ATT silently announced a new promotion starting June 1 that requires sign up in the store because you need to show your Driver's License and I printed out the advertisement. When I came in there were 3 associates working and none ever heard of it and they could not figure out how to give it to me? Renault got super focused and started researching but hit a few walls--but he was persistent and went into tech chats and the ATT web and eventually figured out the bill coding and it worked! Afterwards he showed me some new Samsung phones I may need soon and some helpful S25 accessories. If you only speak Chinese--this is the place because all 3 associates were fluent in Chinese. They also speak English if you prefer that. Parking is free in the lot in front. This is a licensed ATT store and not a corporate owned ATT store.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me set up my My Verizon account, answered all of my questions, and stayed with us until everything was working properly. Even though the delays weren't his fault, he kept a positive attitude and found a way to get everything completed. This was the most bizarre retail experience I've ever had…read more I went in considering two different phones, which in this case are $2000+ devices. There were no customers, and the lady who helped me was very nice and helpful, answered all my questions, and I said I'd let her know in a few minutes because I wanted to go hands-on with the phones for a bit and see which one I preferred. Before I could get back to her, however, she got to helping two elderly ladies who were entertaining in their way but very talkative, and it was clear they were in no hurry to get done. After waiting for a long while, I went up to the front, where three associates were sitting, I said I was interested in one of the phones, and the response was 'ok, let's get you checked in.' But there weren't any other customers. I gave them my info, and they asked if I was ok waiting for the lady who originally helped me, who was now dealing with the women who were there as a social event, which is the reason I asked for some else to help me in the first place. I said 'Uh, ok' and went back to the table and waited. Eventually the first lady who helped me took me aside and said she knew her current customers were going to take a long time, and it was ok if someone else helped me. I asked why they just didn't help me when I went up there, and was told it was because she had spoken to me first and they didn't want to 'step on her toes.' That made sense, and I appreciated the nobility of it, so I went back to the front (\m/) and told them she said it was ok if someone else helped me. AGAIN they checked me in even though there were no customers (I didn't have to check in when I first got there and was helped), so again I waited, and after maybe ten minutes I received a text telling me I was up, and an associate was waiting for me at the front of the store. I went to the front of the store and there was no one there. I waited around for a few minutes, and no one came up, no one spoke to me, no one helped me, so I left. After having been there for over an hour I wasn't even all that upset, it was just so strange. I had to process what had just happened as I drove to Best Buy.
