Rude and unsafe staff…read more I can give the employee who was helping me a pass (despite them taking a phone call mid transaction without any words to me about it, no "hold on one sec", no "thanks for your patience") - but I can't abide the employee who only wore her mask when customers were in the store. And even then, she wore it incorrectly so it was ineffective. On top of being unable to follow basic public safety measures, this employee has no decorum whatsoever. After a confusing bit of back and forth between my rep, my family member who was waiting outside due to health concerns, and myself, she asked under her breath "Did you smoke weed today?". Though she could potentially have been on a VERY quiet personal bluetooth call she chose not to resume until I left, it seemed like the comment was made at the expense of me / my confused family member. Now, I get it, I worked retail, if you want to crack jokes at the expense of customers, do what you need to do to make it through your day... just wait til they leave!!! When confronted, "I'm sorry, did you just ask a question?" she denied it. It was only the two employees and myself in the store. There was no mistaking it, but there was no point in pursuing further discourse. Just wear your mask properly and don't mock customers while they're still in the store; EASY.

I was pulled into a contract which is my fault I signed without reading. My fault I trusted the verbal promises of your employees. But hey? All my emails, messages and contacts were gone. I went to Verizon wireless in Swansea and because I don't use iCloud back up my only hope was to have the phone repaired. I figured okay, well I really needed it be fixed, so I paid for it and I picked it up later. However, within less than 24 hours the screen had cracked in two spots so I went back to tell them it needs to be fixed and the guy was very dismissive and extremely unhelpful ignoring me when I kept asking how this would be resolved. He then said I could pay another $212.00 and they could replace it again. I explained it had been less 24 hours and it was already cracked because of a cheap shoddy screen but he then said he could take $10 off so $202.00 to replace it. Are you kidding me?!! I told him I wanted to speak to the manager about my concern and he said he wasn't available and to leave my number and he would get back to me sometime next week. I explained I had literally seen and heard him talking to the manager twice only minutes before while talking to a customer buying an expensive phone but now he was not available to speak to me. Even the other customer could see how inappropriate this was. Seriously, do you not think people can see how ignorant you are acting? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service, very disrespectful to the customer and clearly shoddy work with a cheap screen replacement that doesn't last 24 hours before becoming cracked. I should have trusted my instincts, the guy behind the counter looked very unkempt, greasy, and shifty never making good eye contact. Its worth going to a reputable business establishment like Best Buy and getting professional service rather than getting taken advantage of at this unethical and shady place.
