I tried unsuccessfully to schedule appointments with the company that does RV detailing there but they were unreliable and didn't show up for appointments. I decided to go outside of people specializing in RVs and simply look for a good carpet and upholstery cleaner. AT EASE Carpet Cleaning reviews looked good. Between our dog and our everyday wear and tear, our three year old carpet was looking horrible. I saw some reviews on At Ease Carpet Cleaning and gave them a call. Derek, the owner/operator/cleaner, was courteous, professional, prompt, and meticulous in his cleaning of our carpets. They looked brand new when he completed the job. He was very honest in explaining that in most cases, spots from dog urine and excessive dirt might come back after some time. I knew this was true from past experiences with other good carpet cleaners who worked on our previous home in another city. A few of the spots did start to reappear after a few weeks, and Derek volunteered to come back out and "re-do" the areas that needed it. Great job in taking care of his customers!! My rug was filthy with stains and stains from pets. One place on the carpet which I tried to clean myself with Kirby rug cleaner did not come out with the other carpet cleaning business I used in the past. Derek go it out and gave me some tips on using household cleaners on the rug. Derek did an excellent job cleaning my carpet by getting the stains out and the big spot which I tried to clean myself. I was bringing my mother-in-law back to Germany in about a week and called Derek to see if he could clean the carpet on my stairs within that timeframe. He made an appointment for the next day. Derek arrived about 15 minutes early and introduced himself to me and to Mom. Very polite and professional! The cleaning was excellent and the stairs look better than I've ever seen them. I have used At Ease Carpet Cleaning for my carpets for several years, but recently I had Derek retack a carpet that had frayed and lifted from the tack board and to clean and seal the grout in our tile floors He did an outstanding job and, as usual, went beyond my expectations. He recleaned the section of carpet where he had been working -- I had just had him out to clean the carpets. He sealed the grout on his hands and knees rather than taking the easy way out and using a mop to spread the sealer. He made sure everything was spic and span. It looks great! We had some carpets we are going to replace but they needed a cleaning until we pull the trigger. Called Derek on Tuesday for a Friday morning appointment since the weather was going to cooperate. Derek was here at the scheduled time and cleaned the 3 rooms of carpet and a braided area rug in about 2 hours. His process did a great job on the carpets and left them slightly damp rather than wet as others have. We were pleasantly surprised as some of the carpets have been neglected for a while and had some pretty bad spots. Derek was professional, friendly, and hardworking. Dereck did a fantastic job. Chose him based on Yelp reviews. We didn't know the cost of carpet cleaning had gone up so much since last time we had it done, but we called several others who had good reviews and they all estimated about the same. We did add on at the last minute scotch guarding too, and a lot of throw rugs plus 8 upholstered dining room chairs, and it was worth it. I doubt the other carpet cleaners would have been able to make our light colored carpeting look brand new, like Dereck did. The upholstered dining room chairs had some very old food stains, and turned out amazing. He's very personable and professional. Certainly knows what he's doing. We highly recommend him. read more

We have carpet leftover in three bedrooms that were here when our tenants moved out and we moved in. We replaced the carpet in the rest of the house with laminate flooring, but re-carpeting the bedrooms aren't in our budget yet. We've had the carpets cleaned twice before, with a different carpet cleaner guy, but decided to give Derek at At Ease Carpet Cleaning a try based on the Yelp reviews. There is an area in our bedroom where the same stains reappear because of wicking. No one can guarantee that they won't come back after a cleaning...it's just the nature of the beast until we can replace the carpet. Derek did a great job on the carpets. He is timely, reasonable, and dependable. The carpets look great. It's only been a few days, so we'll see if the spots/wicking reappears in a few weeks from now. If not, he is a miracle worker.
