This bed was going into an assisted living facility for my mom. I ordered a full size, and asked if there was any way to deliver it the same day (Saturday). The rep told me that there would be a $250 delivery fee and it was not guaranteed. I opted for next day for $70. I was told that I'd get a text with a link to make payment and would receive a automated call after 6pm with a delivery window. I got the text, made the payment, but never got an email received. The automated call never came. The next day I called and spoke with the sales manager, James. He told me that there was a payment hold and my order did not get on the truck. I sent him proof that the payment had been processed by the bank. He then told me that he would setup a special delivery. The delivery came later in the afternoon after 4PM, but the box spring was a queen size. Not the full size I had ordered. I called the manager again and explained. He apologized and said that he would send the correct one the next day (now Monday). He also said that he would be in contact at 9am. The call never happened. I called later in the day to see what was happpending, only to be told that they could not get a driver to deliver it. He then offered regular delivery for Tuesday and a $100 discount. I also asked that he verify that I wasn't being overcharged for the mattress and he agreed. Tuesday rolls around and I call in to check status. Once again, it didn't make the truck and now I'm being offered Thursday delivery. I demanded to speak to the manager and was told that he was not in. By now I realized that I was being given a runaround. I ended up calling around and found a mattress shop that offered the same product at half the price and delivery, literally within the half hour. I called SitnSleep back and canceled my order. I was told that the refund would take 7-10 days. Five minutes after I hang up, I'm get a voice message asking what they can do to make things work. It was far too late for that. Not only did I take time off from work. It also caused frustration and as well as mental stress for my elderly mother. The whole experience was absolulty horrible and I will never by from SitnSleep every again. If I could rate it no stars, I would. I will be recommending the competitor to all of my friends and family instead.

I am unable to purchase "run of the mill" mattresses due to anaphylaxis from latex and asthmatic reactions to VOC off-gassing. Due to the aforementioned issues, I opted to visit Sharon. My husband and I decided on the Naturepedic Chorus mattress. This was in April of 2021. Fast forward to August 2025. The mattress had weird sagging and was hurting my back. It came with a 20 year warranty through Naturepedic, so I opened a claim with them...and I'm sorry I did. I wish I would've gone straight to Sharon but I made an assumption because the warranty is under the company, not the authorized retailer. Naturepedic was awful to deal with but Sharon more than made up for that by having a new replacement mattress delivered, set up, and took receipt of the prior mattress. The products sold by Snoozzz are truly high quality, safer for the chemical sensitive population, and the pricing is in line with the quality. At the end of the day it's impossible to put a price tag on your health. My husband and I are loyal to Snoozzz and won't go anywhere else. Thank you Sharon!

After 13 years sharing a full size bed, the wife and I were finally able to upgrade to a queen. We were inclined towards Casper since our old Casper mattress had served us well. So we visited The Sleep Shoppe in order to narrow down options. The salesman, Michael, was friendly and helpful. He gave us recommendations for Casper and other brands based on the features we were looking for, and we were able to rest on a bunch of different mattresses without feeling rushed or pressured to buy. We finally decided on the Casper Snow Max since it had the level of comfort and cooling that we wanted. Casper was doing a discount for the holidays, and the in-store price was the same as on Casper's website, so we felt good about purchasing from the store. Michael even threw in a free quality mattress topper that has its own cooling that pairs well with the Snow Max. Delivery was completed within a reasonable time frame. Overall, we had a great buying experience here, and the new mattress was money well spent!

Lindee is super friendly and patient and she understands exactly what we need. She also offered a very competitive price for a floor model that's still in top condition. Luckily both the mattress and the box spring fit in our SUV so we didn't end up paying for shipping but Lindee helped us loading them in the car and make sure they are all wrapped up. I'm super happy that I just happened to pass by them and give them a shot. This will definitely be my future to go place for mattresses!
