My husband was in the ICU for 6 days when the doctor told me there was nothing else they could do so they were sending him home with hospice. We had a California King, so I was going to need a new bed. i drove over in a daze and explained to the salesperson what was going on, i told her I needed memory foam because I have a hip issue. she showed me two beds, had me sit on one and in a daze i said OK i was out of there in fifteen minutes. The first night i slept on the bed i new it was wrong; She didn't sell me a memory foam bed. I called the nest day, and I was told they could only fix it if I paid 40% for restocking. All the commercials say this is a family owned and run company but i find that hard to believe. I was losing my husband of 43 years and all they cared about was the bottom dollar. the only good experience was the delivery guy, hospice and him showed up at the same time and they helped one another set up both beds. if I owned that company, I would have done anything to make it right, very sad that money was the only thing that was important. read more

My husband and I were sleeping in a bed with too much sag in our go-to sleep positions and if we wanted to cuddle, one of us had to sleep in the mountain range between our individual valleys. I am a hot sleeper, and as the hubs is in his early 40s and I am inching my way there, we were looking for something more firm, but with cushion, and something that had some cooling component. We settled on the "Favola Technogel." I cannot rave about this mattress enough. We have been sleeping on it now for about a month and I have ZERO regrets: It is firm, but I still feel like I am supported with softness; I don't shift my position as much to avoid hot spots; and I look forward to getting into bed each night. Do not buy their extended warranty; it's a scam. The inspection company will come out and find any small flaw or discoloration on your mattress and use this as a basis for your claim denial. We have a defective mattress and our claim has been denied because we had ZERO stains on top of the mattress, but had a small amount of discoloration on the side. This does not even begin to address the poor quality of the mattresses that sit and sleep is selling. I would give sit and sleep zero stars if I could. read more

What can I say about my experience with Sit n Sleep? Nothing but stellar. We walked in and were personally serviced from start to finish by David Stengel. He had us lay on a bed that measures all your pressure points and then only showed us bed that were in our comfort zone. We ended up buying a king for us and a queen for guests. He threw in a bed frame and gel pillows. He also added covers to protect the beds. This place and David are top notch. They also deliver! Walked in on a Sunday afternoon, salesperson was Kat. We started off on the wrong foot: she was very condescending, asking my wife: do you even know what a hybrid is? And then proceeded to interrupt as my wife tried to explain. She also kept asking: what's your budget. We really wanted to buy a mattress asap, so we put up with her, and her bedazzled, sheer and useless mask, and kept shopping at a distance. Her attitude quickly changed when she realized we were buying an expensive mattress. Happy that the mattress was delivered the following day, quick and easy. Delivery and haul away is provided for free, although for the price you pay, it better be. I give Kat 1 stars, and the mattress brings it up to 3 stars. To management, please ensure there's at least some adequacy in the masks your employees wear. A sheer mask is useless, and honestly, offensive for those of us that take COVID seriously. read more

We were just going to move on however, he found the problem and immediately credited our card the difference. You'll NEVER find these part numbers anyplace else. Now other places may have the same mattress, but it is not the same part number. So... YOU LOSE! So go ahead and get ripped off, its your call. My boyfriend and I laid on a bed (with the technology) that figures out how you sleep and tells you the level of firmness and provides good facts on how people sleep.
