Remember a written response is just words. Actions speak louder than words. For those who still go there all the best luck and hope you never have any issues with them and all those who are considering think before deciding who you choose for your pets well being. There are many vets out there who are out for your pets best interest. Also, repeat sedation is also not safe for your animals so the fact that all they continuously want to do is medicate and sedate because they have no other options to deal with animals who have any issues is not a positive. A side note that we have used Middle Hope for years and this is how they treat their patients so again their concern of best interest for the animals is only to protect themselves and not try to work with animals that have issues.. The concern that Middlehope states about giving prescription medication for was about my dogs ear and I was asking for ear drops not pills. They can say what they want to continue to defend themselves and their facility but in the end they are not for the well being of the animals. They want things only their way. They are just money grabbers trying to take over the area with their continued expansion. Trust me when I say do your homework there are many other better vets out for the well being of your family members.

However, we were not advised about random Saturday closures and lied to about "free nail clippings" with every visit. More recently when we visited for a shot and asked the vet to take a one minute look at our puppies leg she didn't have time to feel it but just to observe her walking. Great service and a true animal lover right there! They also like to stagger shots that other vets give simultaneously to get more office visit money out of you. When told of our disappointment with it was suggested we find a new vet. Gladly! I wouldn't give this place another penny after the dishonesty and lack of caring over the past few weeks. Glad to find out now though before wasting any more money or trusting the care of our new family member with a business that is just out for money.

I'm obviously asking for a refund but of course the vet is not there on Fridays and when she did return, she refused a refund and refused to correct situation. Her recommendation was to keep bringing him back & to keep charging us to check his blood levels. !!! After she admitted to the mistake?? She said she just "didn't check what ingredients were in the food. After the cat was gone they have us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. Dr. Guazo had to shave some of his hair off his leg. She gave us the hair in a little square box to keep. A few days later we received a very nice sympathy card in the mail signed by everyone there along with a hand written note. As I said earlier, they were compassionate and caring, and also very sympathetic. I cannot recommend A Cat's Place highly enough.

My call was promptly returned, a convenient time scheduled, and the process discussed. During this time of social distancing, some special accommodations needed to be made, but they in no way interfered with the love my dog received that day. Dr Dale played music made for dogs ears only and was extremely comforting to me as well. She made a clay print of my dogs paw, which I will cherish forever. The support Dr Dale gave that day extends far beyond as she checked in on me and provided access to support groups. When I picked up my dogs remains, they where surrounded by meditation gardens and considering the circumstances (pandemic restrictions) I couldn't have asked for anything more comforting and reassuring that my dog was truly loved and that I had made the right decision.
