I saw that they were available when I checked online, but couldn't locate them. I asked Sherry in the bakery department if there was anyone in produce who could help. She looked with me at the grapes and I pointed out that the ones I wanted were located on a pallet high above some other produce. She located Gio, a produce employee, who went out of his way to get the grapes that I wanted. Both employees were so kind and helpful and I wasn't expecting such service. I hope that management reads this review and recognizes these two employees for their outstanding customer service.

They have so much and for great prices but of course in bulk for a family of 2 only some things make sense but still happy we got it. Love their produce very fresh and their patio sets are amazing and other fun things we saw. Check out was fun, Brenda helped us out and taught us how to do the scan and go and it was fast and convenient. Lines weren't that big so that's was pretty awesome. We grabbed a few good items for our first time here.

I love to cook & I see all the possibilities of the items to make life easier or more efficient here. My santoku is starting to become dull & needs sharpening. I couldn't my favorite chef 's knife (the whole knife block cannot be found!) Hubby found a chefs knife & he got me the sharpener. I told him I wanted to get the stone/honing block but he opted for the metal kind. The staff are super helpful & answered our questions. There so many "toys" I wanted to buy but I must resist the urge to amass more "clutter" (that's what Hubby calls it, but he reaps the benefit when he eats what I cook). I still need a dumpling rolling pin, but they only have standard types at this location. Aisles are fairly spacious & inventory appears well stocked, neatly arranged & sorted. Prices are fair & marked accordingly. It has its own designated free parking lot. Good shopping trip, met our goals.

    Warranty Experience with Chef's Toys and Mulberry Technology…read moreInitial Purchase and Expectations In 2023, we invested a total of $26,472.61, which included taxes and two warranty insurance plans, for a 3-door KINTORA refrigerator and a 2-door KINTORA freezer. Our initial experience was smooth and hassle-free, largely thanks to our salesperson, Estaban Aguirre. Unfortunately, we later discovered that Estaban was no longer with the company. The Issue Arises On March 6, 2026, the hinge of our 3-door KINTORA refrigerator broke, rendering the refrigerator unusable. Since we had purchased a warranty, we immediately reached out to Estaban for assistance, only to learn from Raul Flores that Estaban was no longer employed with Chef's Toys. Raul provided us with contact information for Mulberry Technology, who was supposed to handle our warranty claims. Challenges with the Warranty Process This marked the beginning of a frustrating ordeal. It quickly became apparent that Chef's Toys was not well-acquainted with Mulberry Technology. Raul initially gave us an incorrect contact number for starting our claim. He directed us to Joshua Wohl at Mulberry, who, while not involved in claims processing, was helpful enough to connect us with the appropriate department--after we had already experienced several unhelpful responses from Raul. After sending our purchase order to Karime, our contact at Mulberry, we learned that Chef's Toys had never registered our protection plan with Mulberry or transferred the necessary funds for our warranty. We attempted to follow up with Raul but received no response until we escalated our concerns to Chef's Toys' corporate office. Unfortunately, reaching out to their main line at 714-662-2433 during business hours of M-F between 9am-5pm only led to a voicemail, and our emails through their website also went unanswered. This is TERRIBLE! Resolution and Lingering Frustrations Eventually, Raul from Chef's Toys responded and offered a courtesy repair for our refrigerator door but informed us that our remaining warranty coverage would not be honored. This was frustrating, as we had already paid for the warranty. During this period, on March 25, the Health Department visited and deducted points from our inspection due to the non-functional equipment. We promptly notified Raul about the urgency, as another inspection was scheduled for April 6. Fortunately, the Health Department accepted our communication with Raul and a photo of the completed repair as proof. The entire process--from the breakdown on March 6 to the repair on April 6--took a full month. This delay was disappointing, especially given that waiting for a part should not have justified such a lengthy timeline; someone could have delivered the part to expedite the repair.

More than one team member was able to assist me on my trek through the warehouse clothing department, pharmacy, and fine jewelry area. I was able to submit my prescription at the pharmacy with the knowledge that I would be sent a text message in less than an hour when my order was ready. I love this option, as I am able to shop and check-out, all while my rX is being prepared. I was assisted in the clothing department by wonderful team members that opened several cases of clothes for me so that I was able to get a needed size. No complaining, no heavy sighs, no eye rolling - just smiles and kindness as they helped me and wished me a good day. The fine jewelry department was another hit with my husband and I. Here we were assisted by a team member, as well as a manager, since it was a fine jewelry purchase that had to be unlocked and verified. My husband was able to purchase a previous gem ring with diamonds for me at a wholesale price, when it would have been several hundred more at a chain jewelry store. I felt extra special that team members were giving me a thumbs up and smiling when they saw what my husband was gifting me. I feel spoiled, to be honest. Finally, the pharmacy was the final stop. The pharmacy staff are kind and dedicated to making sure that your visit is smooth and that you are safe with your prescription, new or refilled. Team member Chris at the pharmacy is always a face I look forward to, as he remembers many customers by name and face, and is a welcoming smile. There is handicap parking located in front of the doors on all sides of the building near the front door. Wheelchair access is easy and smooth, and the staff is welcoming at the entrance. The noise level is mid for being such a large warehouse and staff is always willing to assist.

Both immediately held out their hands and told me to give them the card. When I explained that I wanted to make sure it was returned to the rightful owner, I was told it could be placed in lost and found. What disappointed me most was not the policy itself, but the lack of concern and customer service. No one explained why they couldn't page the customer, offered any alternative suggestions, or seemed interested in helping reunite the card with its owner. The interaction felt dismissive and impersonal. I understand stores may have policies regarding lost credit cards, but a simple explanation and a more professional, helpful attitude would have gone a long way. I left feeling that the situation was being treated as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to help a fellow customer.

The only interaction I had with the store after my purchase was when I returned the same day to try to return the shoes. No one from the store ever contacted me afterward to follow up or try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, no resolution was offered. Still the worse experience I've ever had. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. ---- Road Runner Sports started as a promising experience but turned into one of the most frustrating customer service situations I've had. I came in to buy running shoes, and the initial process seemed great. The associate scanned my feet (which was actually pretty cool), had me try insoles, and brought out three shoe options that fit my profile. However, communication was difficult, he was mostly mumbling, and I had to repeatedly ask him to clarify what he was saying. When I decided on a pair of ASICS, he immediately tried to upsell the insoles (around $120), even though I had only tried the shoes with those insoles, not with the original ones. That felt a bit misleading. At checkout, he also pushed the VIP membership, saying it would give me 90 days to try the shoes and return them if needed, making it sound like that flexibility depended on being a member. We declined. When I got home and tried to run in the shoes, I couldn't even last 90 seconds, they just didn't work for me. We called the store (using the number listed online) and were told that as long as the shoes looked brand new, we could return them. That gave us confidence to go back. Unfortunately, the in-store experience during the return was completely different. The associate told us: * The shoes did not qualify as "brand new" * We could not get a refund to the original payment method unless we were members * The only option was a gift card Then, again, we were offered the membership as a solution. The inconsistency between what we were told on the phone and what happened in-store, combined with the repeated upselling, made this a very frustrating experience. What started as a helpful, professional fitting ended with unclear policies and poor communication.

Another Saturday and it's not as busy today, barely waited less than 5 minutes when Lorenzo approached us & offered assistance. No muss no fuss. As per usual there's the push for yearly membership, but he didn't press it & I appreciated it. Lorenzo was kind & attentive. I pointed to the custom insole, Lorenzo had it warmed in the machine then I stood on it to make the impression, one & done. Decidedly, why not get two pairs before it rises to an incredible $150 per pair? And we're off. Hubby got them for me, woohoo! It's a 12 hour shift but in reality, I'm on these puppies at least-4 hrs- BRUTAL! Parking is plentiful which is shared with other businesses. One errand DONE, scratch off the list Yay!
