So communication was amazing . Sent pictures of EVERYTHING and recieved a quote. Scheduled service and they were on time. The one thing I didn't like was they didn't finish the job. I even gave them a decent tip because it was a nasty job. (Itstrash)But for all 5 trash cans to be completely full was not acceptable for the price we paid. They didn't touch any of them. My finance had made sure to tell them in person even though we had already sent pictures and confirmed TWICE that we wanted them emptied also. Even was nice enough to let them inside to wash there hands. (they didn't wear gloves). THEY DIDN'T FINISH the job!!! Hiring Greek Movers was one of the best decisions I made for my move. They arrived on time and got right to work. We had prearranged a stop at my storage unit on the way to my new place. They guys easily handled retrieving boxes from the 2nd floor storage unit and getting them loaded onto the truck. After a lunch break the three guys quickly unloaded all my items into the 3rd floor apartment (no elevator). Terrible moving company. They did not wrap any of the furniture, took very long, moving at a slow pace. I stopped the job halfway through due to the owner being unprofessional. They did get rid of a fair amount of junk for relatively cheap which is why the 2 stars. To all reading, just use task rabbit and stay away from this company. read more

My husband and I sold our house and were moving the the next city over. We had requested 4 movers and 2 showed up. When they arrived the one kid said he had a half hour sleep, and could we reschedule for the next day? Lol! Mind you our house is all packed up. My husband and I are in our 50's and had to help these boys move a majority of our house and pay them on top of everything else. It is so badly thrown together that I can't even get to what I need. Sure the price wasn't that bad, but what they did to my dishes, my couch, my bedroom set and basically lack of capacity for what they were doing makes me write this bad of a review. These guys met my expectations and more. I hired them to move my 2 small storage units into my apartment. I got a quote from another Redlands moving company and they quoted me almost double and it was a relatively small job. They showed up within the time they told me they would and had all the proper equipment and a huge truck that probably could have fit twice my stuff. They moved everything very quickly and efficiently and they even made another stop at my families house to pick up a few more things. They unloaded everything where I wanted it and they even stayed a little bit longer to set up my bed for me. They were very nice and polite and made the stressfulness of moving a little bit less stressful. Even my family was very impressed with them and kept saying how great they were. They totally caused chaos in my move! I reserved them online the day before the move to be there at 2pm. I received 2 confirmation emails. The day that they had confirmed at 2pm- Nobody showed. I had rented a storage that the gates closed at 5:45pm. So when 3 oclock came- I called them. They said the email confirmation was automatically generated and they had no knowledge of this booking. So I had to rent my own uhaul and load it. By the time I did this- the storage gates were closed. So I had to keep the uhaul overnight. All this cost me so much more money and time than I had calculated. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THESE GUYS! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! IF I COULD RATE THEM WITH NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! read more

After standing up my sister-in-law on three different occasions with no phone calls, I highly recommend you do not use this company. They came to Angelus Oaks to clean out their property so it could be sold. They finally arrived after 3 no-shows. They left power tools and regular tools in the rain- the power tools no longer work and the tools have rusted. The junk was not removed when they left. I realize it was a difficult job but it was just down the street from their other home. On the third day that they came to work they left behind all the weathered furniture out front that they had promised to dispose of. Their price for just the last visit was $1300 and they added another $1700 to the total. They are completely unreliable, do not take pride in their work and check took advantage of my sister-in-law who is 70 years old, disabled and recently lost her partner. Wouldn't use them again..... 2 movers were suppose to arrive between 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm. After several texts and calls, they showed up at 5:00pm, WITHOUT masks! When asked to please put masks on, one stated that he did not have one, seriously! My 77 year old mother then went inside to get the mover a disposable mask to wear. The other mover's mask had one ear band broke, so he was constantly having to mess with it in order to keep it on, which is next to impossible when your hands are lifting heavy objects. Both young men were polite and accommodating, but the fact that they did not make wearing a mask a priority is enough for me not to use them again. read more

I hired Greek Movers to pack & move my friend with cancer move 2 blocks away. I was told by Greek movers that the estimated cost for their home size/square footage & bedroom count, would be approximately $1300-$1500. Knowing this was an estimate, i figured it could possibly be a couple hundred dollars more. WRONG!!!! They charged over $2700!!! What kind of a pathetic estimate was that?!! It cost approximately twice as much!! Do not use them!!! When I called to complain they said "sorry, that was an estimate & maybe we should see the houses from now on before we give estimates". So basically, they reeled me in with their total LOW BALL estimate, just so they could charge me twice as much! Horrible customer service! A lot of people don't have the budget to pay twice as much as a company quoted! This was a standard 3 bedroom one-story home lived in by 2 women with standard furniture & items. They were the absolute worst, and I have moved quite a bit. Unreliable, they broke things including a screen door and a planter, they left a dresser and several boxes in my former home, and they took almost all day, and the move was literally around the block.. The company was completely unresponsive to my calls and the whole experience was a stress filled nightmare. I would give then 0 stars, but in order to submit, I had to give them 1 undeserved star. These guys really busted their butts and loaded a four bedroom two story house in less than four hours. Definitely worth every penny, I will Recommend them to everyone I know. After failing to recruit friends and family to help me move after 20 years in my home, I hired the Greek Movers to do the job. They came highly recommended by a friend and their prices were lower than other recommended movers I contacted. I have never hired movers before so was not sure what to expect. I prepared most of my possessions by carefully wrapping, padding, and marking each box with contents and what room it would go into at the new home. I hired a three man crew and had PJ (Paul), Maurice and Stace to do the job. They arrived within the pre- specified time frame but called ahead to inform me of a more precise arrival time when it got closer. The three men arrived and introduced themselves, informed me of the procedures, had me tell them of my needs with individual pieces and started a timer. They immediately went into fast mode starting with the over 150 boxes and 50 plastic bins. Two men brought boxes to the truck and Paul made sure it was efficiently packed to maximize the trip. They were all three friendly, polite, enthusiastic and very hard working. During my frequent instructions they responded with yes mam'e and remained polite and extremely helpful during the entire 7 1/2 hours and two trips which ended at 10:30 at night. The never stopped to rest or eat, regardless of my food offers. They only stopped for bathroom breaks and to ask questions. I don't want to imply that it went perfect, because there were many confusing times at the new house as it got unloaded. There was three of them and only one of me so it was hard to make sure they put things in the correct rooms and furniture in the right place. A few open boxes weren't marked and I had to have things moved to correct places, especially the furniture which I can't move on my own. And when it was all over, some boxes that were marked were in the wrong rooms. But I must say overall considering how much they moved, what they moved, odd size furniture, curved glass curio cabinets, and huge, extremely heavy potted plants, cement yard decorations and my rock collection, they really moved fast and efficiently the whole time. It could have cost a lot more money to take the extra time to make sure everything was perfectly placed. When it was all over, I was really impressed how fast and thorough they were. Nothing was broken, dropped or damaged. They remained friendly, hard working and polite until the last item was unloaded from the truck and before they left, they asked me if I needed anything else moved before they left. I would highly recommend the Greek Movers to anyone who needs a moving company and I would use them again without hesitation. read more
