The older guy working up front I presume is the owner, he was very nice and the gyro was really good! I would definitely recommend bringing a jacket as it was VERY COLD in there!

Still great! The quality and freshness is still here. Ordered Greek salad and hummus. The best hummus in the DMV! The salad was fantastic!

Thursday 2/22/2024 I ordered in person and the food took about 20-30 min to be ready. I got the chicken souvlai platter (with rice, salad, pita) $14.95, "fat free" gyro $13.95, and 1 peice of baklava $6.50. My total was $39.08 which is way more than I expected but they have a 4% credit card fee so maybe that's why but idk. The "fat free" gyro was an extremely messy and disappointing dish. The gyro wasn't wrapped properly so once I got it out the foil it got real messy. The meat in gyro (lamb or beef) was terrible and to make it worse the tzatziki sauce left a bad feeling in my stomach. The only gyro I had before was from Naz's halal and it was significantly better than what I got here (DO NOT get this dish). The chicken souvlaki platter was solid but slightly overpriced due to the chicken portion. It was a huge disappointment compared to what I expected (there was just 4-5 chicken pieces on the skewer). Finally, the baklava which I can easily say was the best item I had BUT $6.50 for a small piece is ridiculous and flat out overpriced. I'm newer to baklava (only tried this and another) but I can say this is the best I've had: sweet and delicious. Overall, I had a pretty disappointing experience due to food taste, pricing, and portions and that's why I would not come back.

The food was cooked fresh, the service was alright and the atmosphere was casual. We went there when it just opened. It was a one man operation. He was waiter, cashier and cook all in one. The portion was big and tasted okay. We wanted to try several different things but unavailable. So we ended up ordering the same lamb platter. I would've liked trying the desserts, but they looked like leftovers from the day before: stale and unappealing. So we skipped. Overall, it's better than fast food chains, but not something I would go out of my way for.

Stepping into this restaurant was like stepping back into Greece! Upon walking into the restaurant, I was greeted by a vibrant older woman at the register. She asked me what I would like to order, and I replied "Chicken Souvlaki". You can choose rice or french fries, and I chose rice. I also ordered a lemonade to drink. After ordering I decided to eat inside, FYI you choose your own table. Upon waiting, I took in all of the artwork inside the restaurant while also soaking up the aroma of the food cooking and listening to the staff speak in their Native Greek tongue. It was warming to know that my food was being freshly made. A few minutes later a raspy voice yelled out, "Sir, chicken souvlaki!!!!" I went up to the counter and was handed a tray that was flooded with deliciousness! Grilled chicken, rice, greek salad topped with feta, and four pieces of pita bread! I also asked for tzatziki sauce on the side which I had to pay extra for, but it is so worth it! I began eating and I was in absolute paradise!!! The flavors were so rich and authentic! I dipped the pita in the tzatziki and my taste buds were singing!!! This food was very flavorful and you could taste the love that was put into it! I took my time eating and savored every bite. As I finished up my meal, more and more people stopped into the restaurant to place an order. I am glad to see this establishment getting so much business, with the level of quality food they are putting out they deserve it. Check this place out, you are in for a treat! Cheers to good eats!

On this visit, we both got selections like what we had around our early times of visiting this spot. I cannot remember what my friend got, but I ordered one of the "Feasty Specials" which had 1/2 Snow Crab Legs and 1/2 Headless Shrimp. It came with sausages (sliced in pieces), 1 Corn (about 1/4 size), 1 Egg, and 2 Potatoes (the skin easily comes off). You get to pick the seasoning and I had Old Bay. What is presented to you is a large clear bag, steamed up and tied, with seasonings and all mixed up. It is served on a metal tray, and they also place an empty bowl on your table for discarding things. Plastic bib was on, bag opened, and I was ready to dig in. The seasoning took me back to my second visit a few years ago. It was when I first tasted their Old Bay mix and became a fan of it. This Feasty Special was just enough and I was glad to switch things up for a change.

Overall, the food is good, and, in our opinion, you do get what you pay for. Keep in mind that they DO charge you if you have leftover food on your table when you are done. Be mindful of that and make sure to let them know as you are finishing up, and want more, to scale down your portion size. There is a 90-minute window to eat. The servers don't really go over the menu much, so if it is your first time for all you can eat, make sure to take notice that the crab legs do come with a few different flavor options. The bad - They started a new policy, which I understand, but do not like. If you want all you can eat, everyone who is at the table must all order it as well, or nobody can. I understand they are protecting their profits, but that has taken us away from this place on more than one occasion to eat elsewhere as some wanted it and another family members wanted to order off the main menu. Also, service can be extremely slow, and I am not sure if it is intentional or not, but we have complained more than once and made them extend our time. Last time we went, they set our first order of food down on the table and as we were eating, the waitress walked by no less then 5 times and didn't bother to ask if we wanted anything else. Then, magically, when our food was gone, we could not get anyone to come to the table for 15 minutes. Upon ordering our next round, it took another 20 more minutes for the food to arrive. They are sticklers about the 90-minute time frame, and we explained that twice this has happened and 60 minutes of our 90 minutes was wasted waiting on a server and then the food took forever. They allowed us one more round of food, which we appreciated and thought was fair. We start a stopwatch now and if we feel things are going slow, we address that with the server and sometimes put in a new order when the food is being dropped off. Overall, we are pleased to come here a few times a year. We only get all you can eat and usually are happy when we leave. The food is inconsistent as we do get the lobster tail with all you can eat, and it is usually overcooked and can chew like rubber, but still has good flavor. The crab legs sometimes come out waterlogged with salt, but most times piping hot. This is your typical "average" 3-star restaurant. If you are prepared to spend the money for all you can eat, you will leave satisfied and full, but never will you think "I wish I could come here every week". I have not ordered specific entrees off the regular menu so I cannot speak on portion size or quality of the food by ordering that way. Staff is always pleasant, but you do need to get on them if they are slacking.

The hostess was warm and accommodating, offering to seat me while I waited for my friend. Once she arrived, we were promptly shown to a comfortable booth in the dining room. The floor-to-ceiling windows filled the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. We started with the cheesesteak spring rolls (three per order), which were delicious. They tasted exactly as advertised--gooey cheesesteak filling wrapped in a perfectly crispy spring roll. For our entrees, my friend ordered the short ribs with broccoli instead of risotto, while I chose the Cajun shrimp pasta. The short ribs came with two generous pieces and were incredibly tender. My friend, who always orders short ribs whenever they're on a menu, was thoroughly impressed. The Cajun shrimp pasta was just okay. While it included a generous portion of nicely sized shrimp and the sausage added some much-needed flavor, the dish overall fell short of my expectations. The pasta was cooked slightly past al dente, and I was hoping for more of the bold, spicy kick you'd expect from a Cajun dish, but the flavors never really came through. To top off the evening, our server surprised me with a complimentary birthday dessert, allowing me to choose anything on the menu. That was such a thoughtful touch. We shared the cheesecake, which was served in a half mason jar with whipped cream, a chocolate "Happy Birthday" plaque, and a candle. I requested the blueberry compote on the side since I wasn't sure we'd enjoy it. While it ended up being a bit sweeter than our preference, it complemented the tart cheesecake filling nicely. The only thing that caught me off guard was that the cheesecake was served warmer than expected. On a hot summer evening, I was anticipating a chilled dessert. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. The attentive service, comfortable atmosphere, and the fact that we never felt rushed--even after spending about two and a half hours at dinner--made for a memorable birthday celebration. While my entrée didn't quite hit the mark, I'd gladly return to try another dish with a bolder flavor profile.

I reached out and was speaking to the back end and was told that they were sorry for the quality and quantity of food and that they would mail me a gift card. I am attaching a photo of receipt of how much we ordered. We ordered a chocolate cake, the photo online showed a massive slice of cake, ours looked as if someone cut half of it off where the cake is supposed to be pointed. $12 for half a cake. My bfs meal was supposed to come with two sides. He ordered mashed potatoes and cole slaw. The mashed potatoes were in with the steak and it was a small portion that looked like a small ice cream scoop, ribeye ($49.00). We did not get the Cole slaw. We ordered a house side salad. It was literally a huge chunk of iceberg lettuce thrown in a bowl with some of the sides. ($14.00) I ordered the steak frites (34.00) the fries were fine, my steak had these weird pieces (see photo) inside, that were veins or ligaments but def not edible and very chewy and gross. I chewed a few pieces and kept having to over chew and then would spit out the pieces because it was rubbery, after the second piece I noticed the texture and then spit it out, then saw whatever it was that was causing the texture and issue. Seeing that immediately made me lose my appetite. So I was left hungry and turned off by my meal and filled up on calamari and fries. I have ordered this before and it usually comes with a nice amount of slices. Mine came with four pieces of sliced steak. We ordered the calamari and had no complaints. The back end comes to my house and drops off a GC of $25.00! Which to me is an insult. For that they can keep their cheap cop out. I will not be back. We spent $134.00 and tipped $19.00 for a take out order. And all they could give us back for a terrible experience and quality of food was $25.00?! Their salad alone was $14. The cake is $12. So basically come back spend more money and we will cover one simple thing but several of your items were sub par and or gross. I would not recommend. This restaurant took a lot of money and did the bare minimum to fix the issue and threw a minimum amount to appease the customer. But didn't mind taking my hard earned money, which I will now spend elsewhere. I also will be mailing back the card. Whoever came to my condo to drop off the gift card came at midnight. Which to me is weird and an odd time to come to someone's house. I have it on security video.

It brought out the umami flavor of the tuna. I ordered the chef's special very berry sangria. Don't get me wrong, it was very good, but not a noteworthy drink. My main dish was the blackened skirt steak salad. The steak was perfectly cooked and I loved the salad with fresh lettuce, tomato, and crispy onion straws. The ranch dressing was amazing! My friend didn't like her pasta dish and they were really nice about switching her order to jambalaya. We ordered two show stopping desserts. The flourless chocolate cake was phenomenal! The cake was served with fresh whipped cream and strawberry sauce. We were scraping the last bits off of our plates. Our second dessert was a chefs special the summer peach butter cake. It had macerated blackberries, brown- butter roasted peaches, peach custard, and white chocolate almond crumbles. It was light and fresh without being too heavy. A wonderful summer dessert.
