I brought my unused Urban Sanctuary bag (it was from several years ago) to this store on 5/4/26 because the material is cracking and falling apart, even though it has never been used and is still in the original packaging. The staff told me that since it is over a year old, it doesn't fall under quality assurance. I explained that I didn't even need the bag back; I just wanted them to send it to Quality Control to investigate why the material is failing so badly. One employee tried to help, but another lady (wearing a short green Define jacket and white shorts) was incredibly unprofessional. She gave me misleading information--first claiming she was the assistant manager, then saying she wasn't--and refused to give me her name. She told me to contact the regional manager, but the phone number she provided does not work. When I called the store back to clarify, she told me a manager would contact me. When I asked if I could follow up if I didn't hear back in 3 days, she simply said "no" and hung up on me. I called back and a gentleman answered the phone, said :"She told us nobody should take your phone call, I can only talk to you for 30 seconds. I have stopped in to this store a few times, and it is my favorite (and my friends, too, who drive in from Santa Cruz) Lululemon store. First, they always seem to have enough employees, and I have never encountered a long wait for the cashier, dressing room, etc. Also, they are well stocked with colors (though not always sizes--somehow they seem to end up with a lot of really small sizes in this store and few size 6 or 8). This is by far my favorite lululemon store in California. I was starting a yoga class and wanted to get a fun outfit to build my confidence to go. When I arrived to the store an event was going on and they had coffee and music which was a fun surprise! Jennifer helped me and we talked about me starting a yoga class and she was so friendly and made me feel confident in my outfit I selected! I went to the yoga class and loved the outfit so much that I went back later that day and both Alex and Jennifer helped me pick out more yoga gear and order additional colors online :) This store stands out because the employees look at you and not through you. I feel they genuinely enjoy their job and are there to help you find the fit that works for your workout journey and life. The store is small but mighty in merchandise and if you see something you like but maybe want a different size or color they can order it right there for you and shipping was very fast for my order ~3 days free of charge! I will return, and this experience is why I remain with lululemon, the employees are great and knowledgeable and the clothes have lasted me years to build a nice wardrobe for working out. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. Laila, in particular, had a lot of attitude and was unprofessional throughout the interaction. Instead of being helpful or respectful, she came across as dismissive and rude, which made the situation worse. I've been a huge lululemon fan ever since I first stepped foot in the first lululemon store that opened in Honolulu back in 2008 or 2009 (I lived there at the time)! Since then, I've certainly shopped at countless more locations all around the world, and even the hometown stores in Vancouver. Suffice to say, when I find a brand I love, I'm one loyal gal! So I had to give a shout out and a big thank you to the current team working at this location in Los Gatos. I recently had to stop by on 2 different occasions to exchange or return a couple of online purchases. Not only was the shop well organized and clean, but the customer service was what I've come to expect from lululemon as a company: friendly, helpful and full of smiles! I really wish I would have gotten the names of the 2 salespeople that helped me with my exchanges & returns, but I was in a bit of a rush on those days. One of the guys that helped me on the afternoon of 10/31 (tall, dark hair, kind of reminded me of Kofun from the Apple TV+ series SEE and I remember telling him that too, lol!) was really nice, as was the girl that helped me on the morning of 11/28. Sorry I didn't catch their names, but just know that this lulu is a great one! And as a longtime fan and also a fitness professional, lululemon athletica is my favorite fitness brand of all time. I have yoga pants and running shorts that I've worn countless times (a few things even 10 years old or so) and they still look great because of their high quality. This Lululemon is so nice! I love walking to Lululemon when I am in downtown Los Gatos. I went to Lululemon the other day because I went to Steven's Creek and they forgot to tear off the sensor, which is annoying. All of the employees were so kind and helped me with this problem. Also I looked at their winter and spring clothing! I want to buy everything there . They have such cute clothing. I really love their bras, leggings, and sweatshirts. This Lululemon was very quiet, and it was quite small for a Lululemon store. The one in Stevens Creek is a lot bigger. I think that even though the prices are high at Lululemon they last a while. Also you can trade in your leggings if they pull. I would recommend this Lululemon because there are other shopping places and food restaurants to go to. read more

This is the worst Lululemon store ever - horrible customer service, unprofessional behavior, rude commentary from the store manager, and completely not helpful. I went in to try and return or exchange $135 pants for a size that actually fit. Even though I had my receipts and invoices - the rude male manager said that he couldn't do anything for me without having the tag. Are you kidding me??? When I asked him - "Ok so are you telling me that I just have to keep $135 pants from your store that don't fit me even though I have the receipt and it's within the company's return policy window of being purchased in the last 30 days?" He flippantly said - "Yes, it looks like it" and then just stared at me. Again, are you kidding me??? This store is the worst. This company already has a horrible reputation of how it treats people and the employees in the Los Gatos store are beyond the worst!!! Why would anyone buy Lululemon's overpriced clothes when your employees treat customers so horribly and make it SO ridiculously difficult to get the right sizes that actually fit!? My wallet was stolen and 3 of my credit cards were used at this Lululemon to buy 3 separate 500 gift cards and $800 worth of merchandise. I went into the Lululemon store and tried to talk to the manager and the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. When we spoke to her about what she could do she profoundly said there was nothing to do. We asked if for suspect transactions if there is any idea to check ID and she gaslighted us by saying this was a completely normal transaction. Recently went to this location and enjoyed it. They have a great selection, the store is clean and tidy, and the staff are very helpful. My shopping experience here was made excellent because of the assistance from Diana, she was really friendly and offered great tips for my yoga attire selection. As a regular buyer of Lululemon I'd rate this location on the below average side. I was in a few days ago and the attitude of the employees is fitting for the location. The store had one customer in when I walked in, but no one had came to ask me any questions while I walked around. Luckily, I had a set plan for what I wanted to purchase that day and I do have knowledge of the fabric and sizes. I was repeatedly looked at by employees and one even passed me to hang clothes on the rack but did not ask if I was finding everything okay. I wasn't told there were new items that were out so instead of me trying them on when I went into the fitting room, I noticed afterwards which led me to not going to try them on. I'd recommend this company brings in employees that work at the Santana Row location to bring in diverse personalities rather than the Los Gatos: white passing, and skinny employee that doesn't smile nor wants to work there for the brand itself, but for the discount since that's all they mention. I have zero reasons to give anything less than 5 stars to this Lululemon location. I walked right up, they told me the protocol of only having a specific number of guests in the store at a time, the kind employee outside took my phone number and gave me an estimate of between 15-20 minutes prior to my being able to enter the store. No problem! That was enough time for me to walk around, and within that timeframe, walked on through, found an awesome jacket to indulge in, and another employee asked if I needed help. I was fine though! The store was clean, organized, easy to navigate, and lots of fun items on sale. As soon as I was ready to check out, though there were a few customers ahead of me with a number of returns, I appreciated the patience by each of the employees, and noticed how kind they were through the entire process. The kind employee who rang me up gave me extra tips on how to wash my jacket, sent me on my way, and was very pleasant! As soon as I walked out of the store with my purchase, the kind employee outside said "Bye Crystal! Have a great day!" as soon as I walked out, and that was awesome. Why? I bought a jacket a couple days ago online for store pickup at the Los Gatos location. They were sold out for the light pink color in the size my daughter needed at the Valley Fair location. The next day after buying online I drive to the Los Gatos location to pick up the jacket. It was a very nice experience the lady helping me was very nice. I received my item in a bag and quickly looked in it (not taking out) but noticed it was the light pink color and didn't think anything else of it. I went through my day with my family and went to visit my parents. My parents wanted to see my daughter try on her new jacket so she did. She put the jacket on and we all immediately noticed black marks on the front and back of the jacket as if someone had stepped on it. I called the store immediately and they did apologize for what had happened and offered a refund. The manager was nice about it. Whoever packed my item should be spoken to. The associates should inspect the items before placing in the bag. I also should have inspected it before leaving the store, but I trusted that with such a nice store with nice employees that I also would be receiving a product in clean condition. It was very disappointing seeing all the dirty black marks on the jacket after spending a good amount of money on it. Be aware if you purchase anything online or for store pickup, I would call ahead of time and ask the employee to check the items before for cleanliness and quality. read more

This isn't my usual store, but I came in to pick up a product that my local store didn't have in stock. The girls were extremely helpful and friendly. I wished I would've gotten their names! They helped me find the product I was looking for, chatted for a few minutes, and rang me up. It's a small shop compared to the Santana Row and Valley Fair locations, but they often carry items that run out of stock at the other stores. Will definitely be back when in town. read more

Let's start with the obvious... it's not at a mall. huge plus for me. easy to find parking, easy to get in and out. i love that. service: everyone here is so incredibly nice! seriously. all the people i have encountered in my many visits to this store have been great. super friendly, very helpful. just... awesome. selection: it's a small store, but don't let that throw you off. they have a lot packed in a small space. if you don't see what you want... ask. they may have it in the back. if not, they'll gladly order for you. check out is always a breeze. i appreciate that they keep the store well-staffed to keep everything flowing smoothly. i've never waited in line behind more than one person, and even then, someone will quickly come to open a register. great store, great team... keep it up! read more

Walked into Lulu Lemon in Los Gatos just to see what they have. Kinda thought it was just women's clothing apparel. A very friendly and knowledgeable worker by the name of Kira helped me. She showed me a few items that she thought I'd like. Nailed it! Very nice shirt's that I can't wait to wear! She made me feel relaxed while I continued to look at other items that my wife would like. She put me together on those too! Ask for Kira, she's knowledgeable on styling and the product line. The manager, Christa, was extremely rude. I shop there all the time and rarely return items. I tried to return a pair of pants and exchange a jacket today that was beyond the 30 day return policy but not by long and the items were still available on the floor. The tags and everything were still attached. She started by saying they couldn't make an exception but later did for the jacket and not the pants..... I've never had someone try harder to not help me. I was polite and respectful and asked if she could please make an exception this one time and once again she no. I was so annoyed. I came home and called their customer service phone number and Carolina from their support team helped me within minutes. She apologized for the rude behavior and sent me a return label immediately, proving that Christa could've helped me if she wanted to. Another lady walked up to us to ask what I was looking for and told me what pants would be good for that activity. She also took the time to explain the different types of pants they had and what activity they were best for. She recommended I take a several pairs and try them on to see which one I felt most comfortable in. She personalized the experience for me and my needs so I felt knowledgeable about what to purchase. This store takes COVID guidelines seriously - which I really appreciate! I stopped by on a weekend recently without an appointment and there was an employee at the door to check people in and out, as well as a low key security guard (a little surprised to see this in LG but maybe it's just on weekends). I gave my cell #, and the store sent a text about 40 min later saying I was next in the store. Me and the friend I was with were the only people allowed in at the time, it's great having the store to yourself! I am not a tik toker but i know why everyone loves lululemon! Ive been wearing their fitness apparel for years! They fit great, come in all sizes and styles, very flattering amd they last forever! My fave is the fast and free pants because they dry so quickly, even if i had to size up! Sometimes the clothes are tighter than previous versions! Their swiftly tank and tops are perfect.. i have them in every color! I wear a define or Dance jacket every day to the gym and to work and on weekends staff is also very friendly. Came her to see what they can do to fix my belt bag. I did not get the older lady's name but she was around 5'3-5'4 blonde hair maybe the manager around her late 50s. She wasn't friendly and never acknowledged me while I was waiting in line. After a while standing there she finally call me over and I explained to her that the thread had completely broken off and I didn't dare to continue wearing it, not knowing if it will break apart. Her attitude was " the thread is frayed I would just cut it off!" I said the thread is completely broken off on this end, it is no longer connected where it supposed to be. She then walks away to grab a new one to double check if I was lying. And told me your option is to get another one, we don't do returns or credit and hands me her device and said " you can choose another color since we don't have this color in stock!" Her demeanor was cold, rude, intimidating and forceful. I Kindly told her I do not want another color as I have so many other colors I do not wish to add a same color or a color I don't want and she repeats with her rude attitude we cannot credit or exchange it, it will have to be the same item. She then tells me to go to Santana Row that they can fix the thread for me and while I was leaving she said they might not even able to fix that for you???!! I was at lost for words. This lady made me felt so uncomfortable, unwelcome and sounded like it will ruin her sales for her store if I had exchange it to a different item and I can see what type of customer she caters to. Once I got into my car I contacted SR lulu and spoke with the manager on duty at the time, I explain to her the whole entire situation and she said it's a quality control and would happy to help me with it. When I got there I was greeted immediately with friendly employees filled with joy. While I was waiting in line I was greeted not knowing it was the manger I spoke with and said we will be with you shortly, barley 5 seconds standing by there. And she happen to help me since the other cashier was still busy. I explain to her again about what happened and she apologized immediately and knew it was quality control by looking at the thread. Bought something online and opted to do curbside pickup. Followed all of the instructions in the email and waited in my car with the trunk open. And waited and waited. I kept thinking since it's right before Christmas, they must be so busy so no one can run my order out to me. Finally parked the car, not easy in downtown Los Gatos, went in and were greeted by salespeople who were just standing around. I said I was trying to do a pick up order, followed all of the instructions and clicked on the button to indicate that "Im here" Salesperson says, well did you call? Uh, no, email doesn't say to call. Well next time you should call. Ok well maybe put that in your email. Frustrating thing is that I will do whatever you tell me to do so maybe change your instructions. read more

I wore a 49ers sweatshirt walking into the store and this one lady approached me with such enthusiasm and asked me if I enjoyed watching the game last night. It was as if we had known each other for a while and her welcome made me feel relaxed in the store! I didn't even realized she was working until I saw the fanny packs that all of the lululemon employees were wearing (I think her name was Julie). I thought it was cool either way that the employees would go out of their way to make you feel like family walking in. What I also thought was neat is how easy the complementary alteration and hemming process is. Just bring in a lululemon product, tell them your situation and they will get you started.
