A doctor advised me that I would need a shoulder replacement - which could be true in the future. Wanting to postpone that surgery for as long as possible, Cary has helped me get back some range of motion so I can eventually use my right arm for most daily activities. I am very pleased with the progress I have made so far and will continue the physical therapy as long as it gives me a little more range of motion. His expertise in knowing how slowly we have had to proceed and the exercises that are the most helpful has been extremely beneficial. This has been an ongoing problem with my shoulder and I have had a couple of other physical therapists. I was loosing sleep to wrist and elbow pain. I couldn't trust my wrist tendons to pick up a book or cup of water without a sharp pain shooting up my forearm. I was fighting numbness and nerve pain every day. CBD creams and ibuprofen would help, but only for a few hours at a time So . . . I'm 4 weeks into a 6 month treatment plan prescribed by Dr Justin. I'm already thrilled! I go in 2x per week. If I'm in pain or discomfort when I arrive, that is addressed immediately. It might be a hands on treatment or TEMS unit and ice or any number of tools they have to address pain. I can tell my comfort matters to the entire team. Then I'm learning stretches that help loosen up tendons. My favorite thing is the combo of the spinal decompression and a neck adjustment. Not only is my wrist/arm pain a little less intense, but my upper back, shoulders and neck are also loosing up! I'm waking up refreshed instead of stiff! Today I was informed that this is no longer a thing and now it's $100 for a month that includes 4 adjustments and if you don't use them you lose them. Now it's $60 per adjustment without the monthly plan. The same 4 adjustments will now cost $240 unless you use them all within a month. The management over the last few months has clearly gone down hill, people are far less friendly, and now the prices are out of control. Do not go to this chiropractor. Save yourself the headache and go to a real chiropractor that's not trying to be big business. This is the definition of a place turned corporate.

I had injured my left foot while exercising on my treadmill at home, and Spooner got me in right away once I realized that I would need a physical therapist. I was assigned to Emily, who is as fantastic, professional, and helpful as every other Spooner therapist has been with me. She knew what she was doing, and I progressed so well that I was discharged earlier than expected. My wife has also had fantastic therapists at this location, so I highly recommend coming here if you have need of their services. A tip: The dedicated entrance to the Spooner facility is on the south side of the office building, so you'll want to park in the parking lot between the building and the freeway. Spooner has a few marked spaces in front of the sidewalk that leads to their entrance. It may not look at first like an entrance you can use, but it is. While I believe you can also access their suite through the hallway leading from the main entrance for the building, that's usually a long unnecessary walk--and depending on your injury, you might appreciate less walking. :)

They stuck me in an exam room, there was one nice nurse that came in and took my vitals (and for the record she is the only one here that was warm or kind) then shut the door and here I sit for 45 mins without another word from anyone. So I opened the door to make sure I'm not forgotten and the provider comes and tells me she has to shut the door for Hippa (never mind that I can hear everything anyways). So I am currently sitting in the hot, stuffy exam room with no end in sight and the door closed. On the back of the door is a sign encouraging reviews on Yelp... so I start reading the reviews and seems like my visit is par for the course at this place. Definitely won't be back. Debating on even staying at this point.

I had surgery here by Dr. Lisa Stearns to remove a SCS / Spinal Cord Stimulator which just didn't…read morework for me. It was implanted my another Dr. in Chicago and I was traveling through. Dr. Sterns was great. It was the last surgery of the day and I was the last patient. On all my paperwork I wrote that I wanted my device that was removed. I wanted is because it was in me AND IT IS MINE. It is also worth thousands and that is the reason I BELIEVE it was not returned to me. After the surgery my Dr. left and then this guy named Rich tells me that he is not giving it to me. He claimed health laws restricted it because it had my blood in it. There is no way that blood can be in it since it is a sealed device. I have a very bad back & neck and I have everything that was ever removed. I was groggy and not in the right mind as they walked me out to my truck otherwise I would have called the police for what I feel is THEFT. I WANT MY SCS / Spinal Cord Stimulator.

They assessed the information I provided and recommended I check out urgent care at Regent and that they could get me in within the hour. I headed over to the urgent care, they took my information and got started with the review of my vitals etc. They noted that I was very dehydrated and sugar was very high. I was given 4 bags of fluids and a shot for my queasiness. Wendy and Michelle were so AWESOME!! They treated me like I was their only patient. They were genuinely concerned. Very personable, informative and knowledgeable. They were concerned as to why my previous physician had prescribed a total of 3 medications which caused more issues than solving. Needless to say, at that point I asked if I could switch to their office for my Primary Care. Once all was completed with me, they got me the form to complete to change my primary to them. I'm all about recognition where it's due. It is definitely due here. They are the real thing. Their office is very unassuming at the end of a strip mall but the service is top notch!!
