Very upsetting that a local restaurant is taking advantage of my son who's only 17 trying to make his own money. ATL Wings owes him 32 hours of work,they're always giving him the run around,I was not OK in the first ppace because he did 3 days of training without pay,but it was his first job and he was excited about it so he did not listen to me when i told him not to go anymore. They're very unorganized,my son did not get a clock in number,he was only being called in to work on occassions,im sure when they were most busy,and that was ok but they're not believing my son about the 32hrs he worked in two weeks,im sure they have cameras, i have proof on my phone,he has proof on his phone,and im sure most employees especially Boomer remember my son going in to work those days. Im hopikng ine of the owners of ATL Wings reads this post,my son Enrique needs to get paid the hours he worked,it's only fair he's not asking for more. I live in the neighborhood, but also deliver for Uber Eats occasionally. I have visited many ATL WING locations, and this one has by far THE WORST customer service. I have picked up there on three separate occasions, and all three had me sitting waiting, with NO apology for over 30 minutes. This place is literally 5 minutes from my home, and I will HAPPILY drive 30 minutes to JT's on 48th Street and Indian School for wings. Better service, better food. read more

I really had hoped this location would have finally got up to speed with other Atl wings locations I have visited. Upon entering this location the concrete entry is black from grease. Opening the door the fragrance of burnt grease meets you same as a few months ago after opening. Another remaining issue is the floor is greasy. I had to rub my shoes in the dirt to keep from the grease on my shoes transferring to the carpet in my car. There are several 5 gallon grease bottles on the floor by the bathrooms and blocking the rear exit which was very greasy. Now to the food. The wings were not bad a bit over fried and hard skin in a few spots a 3 star wing. The fries were dark brown not black but overdone and had the taste of burnt grease. Combined my wife and I ate less than a dozen fries and put the rest of a basket in the garbage. I will return again in 3-6 months to see if things have improved to competitors or other locations levels. read more

I'm super disappointed, I have been to many ATL wings and was excited this was in my area finally. The girl in the front was packing the food. Prior to packing food I watched her come in the lobby and grab a piece of pizza, eata and never wash her hands. Right after, ahe starts packing food again. She stops starts talking to someone and runs her hand through her hair then puts the lid on the food and place the open fries in the bags. Disgusting, so apparently the person she was having a no work related conversation with was the shift manager (not good leadership). She takes my food after I let her know I was not taking it and states she will fix it. She fixed it by placing new lids on the food and said she wanted me to go through all my food to check for hair. Yeah, that wasn't happen. This was horrible management. If they are packing food they need to wear gloves and something on their hair. Food was Meh, chicken was small for the price. So we are definitely familiar with ATL wings and we were so elated to finally have one close to our home! Letting the craziness of it finally opening here in south Phoenix we decided to come in for a mid day meal. We got greeted immediately which is always nice, ordered our food per usual it took maybe a few minutes to get the food. As we start to eat those delicious wings we got one side of fries because who doesn't love fries with their wings!! Bit into a fry and HOLLLLYYY HELLL I love some well seasoned food but these fries were EXTREMELY SALTED. To the point that we had to take off the salt off each fry before we eat it, literally felt my kidneys drying out eating this dang fries. So as a usual person would do I got up and asked the nice young lady if we could have different fries. And she said "this isn't the first time someone told me the fries are really salty, at first I didn't believe them until I tried them." So if this isn't the first time the fries are hella salted why doesn't it change? So the cook in the window says "who said the fries have too much salt" and I looked at waved at him saying i did. The other young man behind the counter said jokingly "oh you're trying to give people high blood pressure" so we all laugh. The young lady , young man and I... so I get my fries replaced, you're thinking okay yay! But no... even though we just went through this super salty situation my new order of fries came out. First time visit- we ordered wings, fries, beans and biscuits. Everything came up besides the biscuits, we kept asking for an ETA but they said they had to call the manager down the street for an ETA. It could be 10,15 or 30 more minutes than the 30 mins we had already waited. Finally we said just give us a couple extra wings instead but it took them 15-20 more minutes to wrap them up. IF YOU WANT MONEY STOLEN FROM YOU, this is a great location apparently! I had left my wallet on January 24th of 2019, and I had called them and they told me they had my wallet. Breathing a sigh of relief, I had my significant other retrieve the wallet since I live far away from this location. Unfortunately... all my money was stolen from my wallet. I contacted them back and asked to speak to the manager and he said he would let me look at the cameras, or at least view the cameras and call me back on who REALLY stole the money. Low and behold, I have not received a single call back. I continuously tried to contact them and the manager is always apparently "out" or "gone for the day". I can't speak to ANYONE. The girls are so rude on the phone and I still, as of February 17th, have not received an update or a call back. They have taken my number three times. Somebody is covering up for someone. You would think they wouldn't want thieves working for them, but who knows. I'm leaving this negative review until I get an answer. So, this place doesn't even deserve one star. First off each order of wings was made for like a 2 year old. Second besides not being anything one order of miserable wings were forgotten and we had to pay for a handful of food $67 what a shame, we are not people to complain but because this was a delivery they obviously take advantage and laziness is #1 for this place. LOVE ATL Wings....and our first time at the location on Southern. We drove the 20/25 minute drive to grab some wings & fries for dinner. It wasn't until we got home that we realized they accidentally forgot to put the large order of wings in our bag. I dreaded calling because it was such a long drive, we were tired and we should have double checked our bag before we left. But....the girl that answered the phone and helped me out was the sweetest girl. She apologized and placed me on hold to see what they could do to help us out. Since it was late, I didn't want to drive back there I asked if it was ok to just refund the amount for the missing wings. They did better than that. Not only did they remake the wings but they had it delivered to my door! Talk about IMPRESSED! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is not one restaurant that I know that would have gone out of their way to fix the mishap. I will definitely be going back there again. The food was DELICIOUS!
