I bought an extremely rare 2006 Mercedes SL65 from Car Connection for $28,000. On my test drive…read morewith their salesperson the car seemed fine, and I was so determined to own the car that I neglected some important details relating to the purchase. I explain here. Car Connection's 3-day, 100-mile warranty. I found an issue with the car after getting it home and chose to avail myself of this policy. I learned that I would be charged a $495 restocking fee and a $20 wire transfer fee. Had I asked for details about the return policy beforehand as their website mentions doing, I suppose Car Connection would have noted these fees. Car Connection's 3-month, 3000-warranty. As mentioned I found an issue with the car. The engine misfires whenever you accelerate at full throttle and your speed is greater than c. 67 MPH. You'd figure a drivetrain warranty would cover something as basic as this, but it does not. It only covers engine internals -- pistons, connecting rods, bearings, etc. Their website did mention to get details of the warranty, but I did not. I decided to keep the car and to deal with the misfire issue. Reckoning an $800 ignition module was the problem, I requested $400 toward the purchase of a module. Car Connection gave me a check for $400. My 3-star rating for Car Connection is based upon the above as well as a variety of factors which I do not mention in the interest of brevity

I had a truly terrible experience at Sterling Auto Consultants located at 4180 Lawrenceville rd…read more Tucker GA. I purchased what I thought was a reliable car, but it turned out to be a complete lemon. With an engine problem which was discovered on the way home the day of purchase. From the moment I drove it off the lot, I encountered the issue. I reached out to the dealership multiple times for help, but they were unresponsive and dismissive. They refused to honor the 30-day/1,000-mile engine and transmission warranty from the day of purchase!!!! Despite being covered under the lemon law, and the warranty that we signed off on, they refused to take responsibility and fix the problems accordingly, even while keeping the car for 4 weeks making believe they were fixing the vehicle. They only care about making a sale and not about their customers. I'm now stuck with no support from the dealership, a Broken-down car, Warranty promises that disappear, Angry and manipulative phone calls and Complete disrespect once the sale was made The woman who works there as the admin is rude, dismissive and doesn't do a thing to ever rectify anything! Definitely not the energy she had when making the purchase! I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from here to think twice. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

Central Auto sales took the time to to get to know me and even though my credit was not the best they had a real conversation with me. They took the time to understand that we all have gone through hardships and should be given a chance. They take a chance on you and throughout these three years they worked with our family and now we will be life long customers. They made it easy to pay off our truck and we will definitely be getting all of our vehicles from our new found family! Thanks Steve, Miss Margaret, Keith and the entire central auto sales family.

The moment you walk in, you'll be greeted with kind professional attitudes that make the sometimes overwhelming task of buying a car a lot more bearable. The lot is stocked with car fax certified vehicles at such a reasonable price. The knowledgeable sales staff goes the extra mile to get first time or credit challenged buyers approved in just a few simple steps. Unlike other used car dealerships, they offer a limited warranty that can be a lifesaver if you experience a major issue in the early stages of ownership. The peace of mind that provides is invaluable. I have had such an amazing and satisfying experience that I don't hesitate to refer any and everyone to Central Auto. You won't regret it!

When we started going over the paperwork and stuff, one of the guys that said that he had ordered a fan for that car and it wouldn't be in until Tuesday. Nick, who had taken my money said that if I could give him three hours, he would have the fan fixed on that car and it would be condition and he would even sign a letter stating if anything went wrong with the fan within three months he would fix it so I gave the owner chance I left for three hours after my car was paid for and they called me to come back and get it. I finished all the paperwork I got all my stuff drove off in. It got 3 miles up the road and the radiator exploded car overheated. I turned it around to get straight back to the dealership. Nick, the one that took the money was obviously gone, but the two young guys that were selling the cars were still there. They automatically just refunded my money and that was it.. They didn't say anything else. I feel that that was very unprofessional. There's also another couple there that was highly upset with them over some reason with their car I could tell there was an animosity between the two people there with their car messing up and the owner. Even though the sales guy, the car plug plugged me into the wrong outlet. He was very nice but his merchandise what is Nice is his professional attitude. I do not recommend this dealership because they do not have their cars fixed and ready to go perfectly or they say they do an inspection then they should know that the radiator is gonna blow up if they do an inspection. Don't waste your time.
