WOW....what a tour. Very entertaining and engaging. Not a dull moment. We laughed, sang, ate, walked, and just had a heck of a time!

The 5 hour tour of Atlanta and Buckhead was great. Audrey was our driver. I don't remember our tour guides name but I can tell you he was born in 1960 and played the harmonica. He was a wealth of history, humor, and knowledge. We had several breaks to get a snack, lunch and to use the restroom. This was one of the best tours I've been on and I go on a tour every place I visit.

We did the the wine tour through this company. It was my first time doing a wine tour, but definitely not the last. We went to 3 different wineries, and the tasting was included in the price. It was so much fun we were at each place for about an hour. Definitely bring snacks as the wineries can up charge you but the views were so amazing!

Surprised my person with this tour because we are wine lovers so I was looking forward to taking this tour. We usually go to one winery every year and I wanted to experience other wineries in the area. The meeting time was 9:30 on Saturday morning close to the Hilton next to the parking garage. Everyone finally arrived and we hit the road headed toward Helen and three wineries. The first one was the Cottage and it was small but cute. The scenery was great for taking pictures and we purchased three bottles to take home. The second one was Serenity Cellars and it was our absolute favorite. Eduardo was knowledge, funny and on point with the description of the wines so we purchased six bottles from here. The last one was CeNita and it was okay. The wedding that was taking place in the winery made it more fun. After visiting the wineries, we frolicked in Helen and had dinner at Cowboys and Angels. The tour guide and driver Pam was very accommodating and made sure we were good frequently. A bottle rolled out of our bag and was left on the bus, she called the next day to inform us and we were able to meet her to retrieve it.

If you are visiting the city of Atlanta, this is a great way to be more familiar with some of the area attractions in history. Our tour started about 9:00 a.m.downtown Atlanta some people were late and the bus and the host was the very best to keep us entertained. While we were waiting for the late party who finally arrived. This tour covered a lot of Atlanta from downtown to midtown to the King center, centennial Park and some of the other notables including the beltline in restaurants in that vicinity. The host I believe her name was Pam. She was very, intuitive and knowledgeable of some things you would even think to ask. She was already telling us about it. I like that while we're on the bus they still stop so we can get some photo ops CNN building in Atlanta. Sign for where the falcons play. We were even able to get a lot of exercise in which Atlanta has a lot of restaurants that we were doing a lot of eating so the exercise was necessary. We had a pretty warm day for it to be March and we were to go across the belt line and see all the residents as well as visitors getting their exercises. We were able to stop at the Ponce market which had a lot of restaurants for people too. Grab some lunch nice tour.

I really enjoyed this tour. It was an opportunity to really experience some of the North Georgia Wineries and mingle with strangers. The driver was on a tight schedule. It felt like both a work and personal timeline. She said we had appointments at all the wineries so we needed to be on time. The wine tour didn't start until 0900 ... but we were told to be there at 840, she started calling us at 835. The shuttle bus was comfortable. Plenty of room. The seats reclined and there were phone charging ports between the seat. No issues with temperature. I also appreciated the throwback music of the early MTV days / music videos. Anything from Whitney Houston/ Michael Jackson to Bruno Mars/ Ying Yang twins. I lowkey would love a copy of that DVD. The first winery is about 1.5 hours away - so I would recommend breakfast and bathroom before leaving. On the way back it rained pretty heavy - the driving in the rain made me nervous. I felt we were going incredibly too fast. One lady even had motion sickness and we had to stop to let her out once back in Atlanta. Overall I would do it again ... would love to explore the other wineries in the north Georgia mountains.

This was my first bus tour (& first time in Georgia) as I normally do walking tours. It was a five hour trip with a few stops along the way and a 40 min break for lunch. I have never met anyone as knowledgeable as Don Moore. He talked the entire time with interesting facts, lots of history, humor, and a little harmonica playing and songs. After the tour I visited a few spots he highly suggested, feeling more confident exploring them as a solo traveler. It was an excellent experience and helped make Atlanta come alive for me. Pam the driver was terrific at navigating the roads, they're a great team. I highly recommend it!

Wow, what a great day with Don (tour guide) and Pam (driver) Don't hesitate to book this tour especially if you want to learn a lot about Atlanta and be entertained. Pam did an excellent job navigating the roads even with the President Trumps visit and road closures. She made sure that everyone was comfortable with the temperature on the bus which was greatly appreciated. Don was a hoot! We loved his accent, his sense of humor and his knowledge of the history of Atlanta and Georgia. Keep up the great work Don and Pam

We had a wonderful time on our bus tour of Atlanta. Driver Audrey and tour guide Don made the trip so informative and enjoyable as they took us all over the various neighborhoods in Atlanta. Don's Google-like knowledge of Atlanta is phenomenal. He described in detail the significance and history of downtown's sites and buildings past and present. If you want to get a detailed firsthand street lever view of this metropolis we definitely recommend this tour and hopefully Don and Audrey are your tour sherpas

I found the Atlanta Sightseeing Bus Tour on Groupon. I purchased a tour for 2 people for only $41. The tour was great. It is easy to get lost from the crowd so I advise anyone going to be back at the meeting point 5-7 minutes before the time the Tour guide sets. My favorite spots during the tour were the MLK memorial sights and the Buckhead mansions. I also loved walking down the belt line and having lunch at the Ponce City Market. This tour was absolutely wonderful and I will definitely be doing it again.

Ask the Community - Atlanta Sightseeing Bus Tours

Can you pay for the tour by cash upon check in?

Yes you can bring cash, thanks!

How many stops does the tour have where you get to walk around? And for how long?

You get out and walk at a lot of places, but longest walk is like a 1/4 mile. It's not bad at all, and if you don't want to walk around you stay on the bus. don't pass this up. Don is the best tour guide. Extremely funny and knowledgeable

Everything about this tour was amazing. But the shining star... our tour guide Jerome! He was an absolutely perfect guide and great guy! (We were very sad to say bye to him at the end of the day!) He was SUPER knowledgeable about wine and was able to explain things in a way that was easy to understand, and we learned so much from him! He took us to three great wineries, we got to spend about 2 hours at each I think is what it came out too. All the wines we had were fantastic and with his help, we were able to get so much out of the tasting experience. Since we were staying in Blue Ridge, we had the option to drive to one of the wineries to meet Jerome, and then he drove us to the wineries from there. He was a great & safe driver, the van was comfortable and he even had water and snacks for us! Also, they provided lunch for us at the first winery! They had a great choice of options (including vegetarian) and it was delicious!! (I personally got the brisket tacos and it was so good!) We would HIGHLY recommend contacting Pop The Cork if you're in town - and if you can, request Jerome - you will absolutely not regret it and will love him! THANK YOU again for making this day so amazing and special for us and our bride to be!
