They use shoe covers when they come inside your house to keep your carpet clean. The quote was reasonable. But, what got me sold was they could set up an appointment within a week to replace the systems. Chris arrived to the minute of when they said they'd be here. Also used shoe covers when entering the house. Was surprised it only took one person to replace both units, but the entire job was completed in under 6 hours. The quote and bill were all done electronically, which I personally prefer. The bill was exactly what they quoted and there were no hidden fees. I assumed they either installed it or were responsible for the maintenance, so having a unit history was vital to me. Every person I talked to was friendly and compassionate about my concerns when I called. They immediately set up an appointment. The best thing about the appointment was they asked me when I was available. In my experience, companies tell you what days they have available. If you have ever read any of my reviews, you know how big I am on customer service. The initial experience will undoubtedly keep me loyal. They came out and did a complete check-out of the system, made some suggestions regarding the outside unit to keep the coils clean, and recommended signing up for their comfort membership plan. I opted to give the membership a try, and I have not been disappointed. They have been consistent with keeping my HVAC system checked out over the year as we change from heat to air. On this most recent visit, Caleb K. checked out the system. He noticed my drain line in the attic had a dip instead of a constant downward grade. We all know what happens when water collects and cant flow. It could have had the potential to back up and cause a water leak. Another thing, during the winter service, the technician noticed that my pan float switch appeared to be damaged and not working. He replaced it with no problem.
