They refused and got a rude call from the owner.

The bill ended up being $150... $60 above the service charge just to reset a circuit breaker! When I called to question the additional $60 charge, I was told they charge a minimum of $150 for most service calls. My thinking may be flawed, but charging an additional $60 above the service charge quoted prior to the call, when no repair was required, is dishonest. It may be legal, but they will never receive my business again.

So far over $2,500.00 and he says, Well at least I am not charging you a service charge. I have to let him finish the job that he started but if I were to need another service on any of our appliances, I would go somewhere else. The guy has an attitude, his secretary Laurie is very nice and has apologized many times for this ongoing problem that Mike has not fixed & will probably not be fixed until late September!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was told by two different people that I could use that fee toward a new machine if I purchased it within 30 days. The repair didn't work so we decided to buy a new one. Looked on their website to see what was available and in stock. Got to the store and was met by salesman right off. We told him what we wanted and he showed us the machine with a $777 price tag. We mentioned on line the same machine was $649, the first shyster move!!! He said I'll be right back, and said we were correct. We then said we'd like to buy and put the $229.99 towards the purchase, his response was our policy is only $50 can be used for purchase! Second shyster move! We stated that the employees need to be more educated on the policies, we got a blank stare and then walked out. After telling this to many people , we heard similar and more horror stories from this store, not recommended by many from what the word around town is!!
