I had no intention of having them follow through on doing the job and called to let them know how I felt - someone from the company then negotiated the repair with me and we agreed on $175. Then after the repair was done the technician told me the total was an additional $150 Terrible communication within the business - totally overcharging customers.

On my last contact to make an appointment for oven repair she was beyond rude, I asked if i could speak to someone else or Matt directly. My words were this "your just an unpleasant person". She then hung up on me. Tried calling back with no luck. Several friends in the area have used them and had the same thoughts on their customer service. I agreed to those terms. As it turned out, the problem was a tripped circuit breaker in the home ( how stupid am I), therefore, no repair was required for the range. The bill ended up being $150... $60 above the service charge just to reset a circuit breaker! When I called to question the additional $60 charge, I was told they charge a minimum of $150 for most service calls. My thinking may be flawed, but charging an additional $60 above the service charge quoted prior to the call, when no repair was required, is dishonest. It may be legal, but they will never receive my business again.

He said when my fridge temp increases to call him so he can shoot more free-on in it. Most of the time his diagnosis took time. Now he tells us the part was defective-omg!! So far over $2,500.00 and he says, Well at least I am not charging you a service charge. I have to let him finish the job that he started but if I were to need another service on any of our appliances, I would go somewhere else. The guy has an attitude, his secretary Laurie is very nice and has apologized many times for this ongoing problem that Mike has not fixed & will probably not be fixed until late September!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just shake my head and wonder if Mike watches You-Tube videos on "how to repair appliances".
