This was a highly recommended for a quick salad and supper... also grabbed cinnamon rolls and muffins for breakfast and a variety of cookies for dessert... Everything was delicious... great service and atmosphere... we stopped here quite a few times during our stay..!!

Stopped in for coffee and breakfast sandwich (egg, cheddar cheese, bacon on sourdough) which was very good. I tried the cheese danish and was good. The girl at the counter was very helpful and cheery. There are tables and chairs to sit inside and eat.

Cinnamon Sugar crueller, macaroons, & a cupcake

Cute spot with yummy treats! The macaroons were good which is sometimes hard to find out in Maine! I was impressed. The crueller was good too but I don't think they are my favorite in general. They had a wide selection, a friendly atmosphere, & served quickly

Very friendly staff - no frills dining area though... a bit of a downer. Coffee was very good, and the raspberry crumb bar was delicious. The regulars seem to love it here.

    A fabulous breakfast sandwich!

I cannot believe in all of the years we've gone to the Blues Festival that I have missed stopping here! I think it was because of the pastries (not wanting to court temptation!). We were checking out of our campground on Monday morning and decided we needed a breakfast sandwich. OMG, the breakfast sandwich here was to die for. Served w/crisp bacon, perfectly cooked egg, nice sharp cheese and on sourdough. It was totally delicious. Service as great, and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the passersby on the sidewalk.A

Lavender lemon bar & raspberry sponge cake

The line at the door caught my attention. Stopped in and the lavender lemon bar & raspberry sponge cake caught my eye. They were both tasty but the lemon bar was great paired with a hot cup of tea.

OMG the pasteries!!! Premade sandwiches, pastries, cookies, breakfast sandwiches, soup and great coffee!

Yum! Stopped for breakfast and definitely worth the wait for a freshly made breakfast sandwich! Try the coffee and pastries too. Everything tastes fresh and the probably the best you've had! A little pricey but you def pay for what you get here.

Good savory scones (cheddar, bacon, scallion) and good baguette. Tasted a sample of a butterscotch bar and it was yummy.

Food is amazing. Most Asian American restaurants load the sugar and salt. Bakers Way did not…read more Second time here. Take out to our boat. pad Thai, Fried Rice, Spring Rolls, and steam dumplings. Dumplings good, everything else exceptional. And we got the biggest yeasty cinnamon bun I've ever seen. Words cannot describe how decadent this was. OMG!!!! I've been coming to Boothbay for 30 years and never knew this place was there. If someone had not sent me would have thought just a bakery. It is that too. I have seen some negative reviews on service. Not fair. There is no table service. You stand at the counter till they have time to take your order. If you are eating there, they will deliver to your table. There is beautiful outside seating. And English is not their first language so patience may be required. And they are from a different culture and it to some that may translate as rude. That has not been my experience nor those lined up for their food or bakery products. A constant stream of takeout. If you like Asian food, funky place, this is it. One more thing. The order we had at most any other Asian restaurant in the area would have been double the cost. 2 entrees large portions, 2 apps and a desert for under$50 bucks!!!

Their reputation precedes them at Baker's Way. On our way out of town, we stopped by to try one of…read moretheir apple fritters, which they are known for. I am not a doughnut person at all, but I always make an exception for apple fritters. So we bought one, and I want to emphasize the word "one" because it was sooooooo huge that it would've just been too much to have gotten more. It was enough for 3 to share, frankly. It was really large. The apple fritter was good, but I have to say, it wasn't my favorite. I've been spoiled by a place near our home (3,000 miles away) where the addition of a noticeable amount of cinnamon with huge apple chunks always steals my heart. Here, at least in the fritter we got, I didn't taste any cinnamon, and honestly, I couldn't taste any apple pieces either. Not sure what was going on. It still tasted good, but I felt like it wasn't well represented for what they claimed it to be. Again, it wasn't bad... it just wasn't great, either.
