Really delicious food in a bright, upscale setting. So many choices...good coffee, pastries, sandwiches, salads all freshly- made, plus a huge variety of snacks and cheeses. The teenage women running the coffee/hot drink area don't know what they are doing. They first didn't stir the matcha, then called me hypocritical after I asked to have less ice. They made the cup about 3/4 ice and proceeded to not stir the matcha, neither add an amount of the syrup that they were supposed to. They said that more ice was " more volume ", and refused to give me the oat milk that I asked them for when they didn't fully fill the cup, I don't see the reason in this because the hot matcha and iced matcha are the same price, yet the hot matcha has everything I asked for, fully filled, but just warm. They also looked over to their boss like I was trying to scam them. Get better service for your younger employees who think that their ego is more important than your products. They make it so the only good thing about Dots is the location. They also were making loud noises in the background and not paying attention to what they were doing, along with going through social media during shifts. read more

An absolutely adorable market place to get some fresh baked goods, sandwiches and breakfast. They also sell wine by the bottle and other local goods. The staff were incredible friendly and while they were extremely busy they were still tentative. If I lived closer I would be going here every week at least for a snack. read more

We stopped in for espresso, which was excellent, and ended up buying picnic lunch goodies as well as food for dinner on the road. The pastries all looked delicious and the ones we bought were wonderful. The selection of gluten-free pastries was almost overwhelming, and the choices we made were delicious. The blueberry bbq rubbed pork ribs were excellent, and the sourdough chicken and cheese sandwich was perfect. All of the sraff was helpful and enjoying their day. Traveling the coast from Bar Harbor to Portland and we needed a bathroom and snack. We were tickled to have found this gem of a spot on our route. When we walked in, we were greeted with the most amazing aroma and struggled to make our choices from the plentiful fresh baked yummies. We settled on a couple of cookies (molasses was divine), the blueberry crumble bar (delicious), the blueberry cream cheese coffee cake (full of so much yuminess) and the bacon, cheddar, scallion scone (phenomenal). We all wish we had longer in the area to try more. There's also an adorable shop attached to the bakery full of cute kitchen and home items, specialty foods and wines. We didn't buy anything because we were traveling but I sure would have loved to! read more

Her next move should be outdoor seating on a patio! The parking lot is pretty big and was full! It is an awesome summer vacation place to get your morning bakery splurge, drink coffee, read a paper and meet locals as well as other vacationers. And to get a packed lunch for the ferry ride to the island, bring your lunch to the vineyard nearby, or load your pack for one of the hiking trails! It's also fantastic for the locals. We have been very pleased with all items, the staff, the amazing assortment of fresh baked and cooked food. The place has a nice atmosphere and a bunch of folks baking away in plain sight. I happened to be passing through the area about lunch time, so took a chance. They had a deli counter....some sandwiches, etc. I opted for the Mediterranean Tuna salad which was very good. The gazpacho was marginal....tasted almost carbonated, can't explain that. The brownie and energy bar were both very good. They have a nice wine selection and many items for carry out. They also have some souvenir type things....everything from lip balm to kitchen items. Interesting inventory. Would probably stop back in if ever in the area. read more

I was very excited to go here because we wanted to visit Lincolnville while staying in Camden. We arrived and were very put off by the not rude but cold attitude of the service there. Not only did nobody even say good morning back to us when we walked in they almost acted annoyed that we ordered. To be honest I regretted ordering due to their poor attitude much rather would have supported a business that cares about customers.
