The receipt says that they will accept any returns within 30 days with a receipt. The guy told me there's a sign by the register and that he doesn't need to put it on his receipts. I think the receipt should list all of their terms/policies, not a "sign" that they can take up or put away as they please. Never again! Advice/ make sure they sell you the right product or you will be out $$.

I had several issues that were one after another. None of the ongoing issues were due to anything AAA did or didn't do. My hot tub is a few years older and has been moved to my current home which contributed to the issues I had along with normal wear and tear and the prior company not fixing the original problem correctly. My ongoing issues came within hours to days after the prior repairs but AAA Spa and Pool Service were always professional and responsive to me and getting my hot tub taken care of before the cold weather hit which can make fixing a hot tub outside the home difficult or almost impossible till warmer weather. The staff and technicians were all great and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about them!
