Ventured over to this location after sorting through reviews on Yelp. The service was great. I was placed at a spa tub for my pedicure almost immediately. They really take their time and the work shows. They have a lot of supplies and I can imagine any design you want they could very easily make it happen. My daughter and I went in for simple manicures. She is a 5th grader and was super excited for us to get manicures together. They did her nails first and did a good job, but then sent her to the nail dryer where she had to sit alone while they did my nails. I felt badly for her that we couldn't sit together at all. It was busy when we were there, which is fine, but I had no idea when we could finally leave the dryer and pay. So after about 20 minutes under the dryer, I just got up and walked to teh counter and waited for someone to come over and let me pay. At other places I've gone, they have you pay before they paint your nails, so you don't have to dig around for your credit card and wreck your nails. My daughter's manicure peeled off a few hours later in the pool. Mine was chipped up the next morning. I know they are just regular paint jobs (not gels), but we were both disappointed. read more

The facility was dark, sketchy, cluttered, and wasn't clean. I got a French mani-peti, it was rushed and didn't look good. My nails were not cut even or straight and the polish wasn't even close to even. The customer service was poor and and border-lined rude. When I asked to have 2 nails redone ( the ones that looked obviously bad at the initial look), they seemed annoyed and confused. I have never met someone as rude as the manager. Not only did she force me to get the nail type SHE FELT LIKE DOING, she told me I only get to choose length, shape, and color. I got a full set manicure and a regular pedicure.- I was there for 2 and a half hours.. the lady who did my nails did a good job, although it took forever! The polish regular polish on my toes wore off in a day, so that was really disappointing. The dip was really thick and is peeling up near the cuticles. The price isn't worth it for the product. I am staying at the Sands Resort so when I was walking around the hotel I noticed this nail salon with a sign in the window about a special: Mani and Pedi for $35! That was such a great deal my Grandma and I decided to come in. It was busy but they greated us right away and sat us down almost instantly after we picked out our color even though I had to wait, I didn't mind. They have a lot of gel colors to choose from and regular polish too! Everyone was so friendly and they have free soda and water for clients while you wait. This place is fantastic! First, I have to say I am a very PICKY customer especially when it comes to the service of pedicure and manicure. I moved to Myrtle Beach from a much bigger city, and I have been to places in Myrtle Beach to find the best nail salon. And HERE it is! I found the gem of the city for nails! During the winter times, there're only two techs there which I think they are the owners, but trust me, they are the best! I think I had the tech TJ? (I am so sorry that I did not get the name after the service since I was in a hurry) I have been to many other nail salons here including the one this salon had drama with (the one on the 38th, which I just learned that the techs there don't have license, and I had a terrible experience there). My tech gave me long massage on both legs and arms, and he did an excellent job on my nail design and its done on gel nail! EVEN BETTER! This is my first review on nail service around this area, and I decided to write one because I wish more and more locals would know this place. I cannot express how wonderful my experience was at this salon. It opened in like April 2016, and everything is clean and stylish. The blue and white color scheme is so cute and includes awesome, top notch pedicure stations with a massage chair function that is GIVING ME LIFE. The owner is incredibly kind and accommodated my party of 6 with an hours notice. Only two nail technicians were available to work on us but they were so sweet and we had a great, comfortable experience. Our nails looks fabulous and they included complimentary drinks. this is the best mani-pedi outing I've ever had. One star is way to much. For my wife's birthday I wanted to treat her and my young daughters to a pedicure. Ha. What a joke. My wife was told in a very rude way that my daughter's toes were not being taken care of properly. She continued to make smart comments was very disrespectful. My wife told her multiple times that our daughter was under the care of a podiatrist for ingrown toenails. Still the rude want to be doctor continued to patronize and insult my wife and my 9 year old daughter. Now that is professional as it gets. My daughters and wife come back crying after a supposed to be relaxing and enjoying time. Don't waste your time or money. Go to Walmart. I went and talked to the manager and all I got was excuses and bad attitude. Piss poor. read more

This place stunk so badly of chemicals, that I got a headache as soon as I walked in the door. I had to turn around and walk right out again. The atmosphere was also not relaxing. It's a tiny place, crammed with pedicure chairs, manicure stations, and people. Instead of a relaxing feel with soft music, you get the booty bumping music from the pool right outside. It was also so dark inside I doubt the technicians could even see what they're doing. You might be able to see a sliver of ocean out those windows past the full pool of hotel patrons but definitely not ocean views. I can't comment on the services because I didn't get any. read more

Don't go here!!! I was recently in a wedding and needed my gel manicure taken off. I have had this done many times, usually they buff your nails until it comes off. It takes a long time so instead my technician pulled them off. It caught me so off guard and hurt!!! It hurt so much I pulled my hand away. He told me "it was mostly off that one". So I thought he was going to buff the others, NOPE! He pulled of the next one which really hurt! I told him your hurting me and I have never had my nails removed like this. He laughed! Laughed! He told me "it doesn't hurt that bad". Then he took another nail off!!! After that I said, "it hurts because your pulling on my actual nail; that's why I was told to never pull these off". He didn't say anything just rolled his eyes and got out the buffer. He then buffed off the last 7 nails. He was just being lazy! He didn't want to take the time to buff them off. The worst part was there was another technician next to me that didn't say anything. These people do not care about there customers!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY OR TIME! Researched a lot of salons for a pedicure for upcoming trip. Glad I went with this one! Everyone was super nice. It was long enough without being too long or too short. Plenty of colors to choose from. I liked that they actually trimmed the nail around the toe to get any ingrowns which a lot of places don't do. A lot of reviews said something about a view? Not sure what they saw or maybe they've rearranged. But either way you won't go wrong with this salon. read more

This is a beautifully decorated clean salon with comfortable pedicure chairs. Nail services were accompanied by a complimentary beverage of water soda or wine. The staff was friendly however even though I had an appointment I waited to be taken care of and was rushed through. Almost every manicure starts with soaking the fingers in warm water which in this case was skipped completely. Classic pedicures and manicures come with a lotion massage mine was rushed over. I understand it was getting busy with customers walking in but I made an appointment and felt I deserved the time I reserved. I used to live in Myrtle Beach for several years but I now live in NYC. I was down here visiting my sister and my nails were in serious need as they had chipped polish and were a total mess. I decided I'd rather do them here so I didn't have to worry about it when I got back home. I found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try since it was close by. I'm so glad I did! TJ did a spectacular job on my regular mani/pedi ($38) and was very thorough and took his time. I'm used to being rushed back in NY so I really appreciated this and felt very relaxed. The massage portion was great. My nails actually look like gel even though they're not! The are very clean and sanitary and open a new package of tools for each customer. While getting your mani you can look to the left and see an ocean view which is pretty awesome. Also, my eyebrows were ROUGH! I had been putting them off and decided to have them waxed ($10) and they look amazing. I am never completely satisfied with my eyebrows (yes I'm that person) but after TJ did them I was in love with them. He did just as I asked, only waxing the strays and not shaping them into something weird.
