My # 500 review goes to this laundromat. Individual car park out front limited space shares with the car fix and boxing. But machines inside takes loaded washcards, with touch screen machine and they are fast. As compare to the local one by me which has coin operated machines and are much older models. The touch screen machines here are an upgrade for me. Dryers are fast too and they have a cool down built in feature so your clothes dont come out piping hot and cools as you fold. Not much else in this area other than deli, but fun 99¢ stores around! There's claw machine and a vending machine for snacks and drink as well as bathroom inside. There is a giant machine for your load ! $20. They have small medium and large loads, $6 range to $14. Cost around $20 for a small load of wash and dry for me this time. This place is so huge and clean the only bad thing about this place is that I don't see this place open 24/7 machines look new and dryers work fine just be advised you need to buy a physical card at this location to use any machine. read more

The Chinese guy who works there has a bad attitude. The laundry has the sign that it is 24 hours we arrived with my friend and the guy Jos Corrio said that they closed at 12 am. So I talked to the manager and he also behaved badly, do not go to wash there, he treats him very badly read more

CON: I thought the whole pay system was inefficient and seemingly a scam. PRO: Washing machines and dryers are pretty clean (2 stars for this) Please be warned that they do not accept quarters for their machines. You would need to purchase their pay card and pay a $1 deposit. Also keep in mind that the remaining unused balance in your card is not refundable per their policy. read more

Last week, I was lured with a postcard advertising grand re-opening and a free wash. I decided to redeem it tonight and had a lot of frustration. First, the attendant was unaware aware of the postcard. Eventually (maybe 10 mins), she was able to reach someone to confirm the offer. To get a free wash, I would need to buy a laundry card for $1. Based on the size of my load, she recommend and drying time putting $4 (so $5 total). Dryers are 45 cents for 8 min. She told me to pick load a machine and let her know when I was ready. After I had loaded it in the large machine, she said for the first time that the free wash is for the smallest washing machine (10lb). When I asked to at least redeem it for the medium machine ($6.25) so I could wash most of my load since she did not tell me before I bought the card, she said no. And I could not get a refund due to the miscommunication. I had to beg her to at least call her boss to see if he could allow it. He said ok and she told me "I was lucky." I am writing this I am waiting for the machine to finish. This will be my last visit. So much for having a regular weekly customer after the grand re-opening. I will also share my experience with my immediate neighbors. read more

DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR LAUNDRY AT THIS LOCATION!!! The employees here will steal your clothes and put someone else's clothing in your bag. Over $250 worth of clothes lost and nothing done for reinbursement. To make it worse, half of my clothes were burnt and had holes in them. BEWARE AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! I come here every week and highly recommend it. the place is clean and spacious and the staff is very polite and helpful. I usually have them wash my clothes and it comes out clean and perfectly folded. Dry clean is also very good, once i had a problem and had they fixed it right away without a hassle. I give 4.5 stars because they have lost a sock or 2. but who hasn't. read more

I've been coming here for the past 6 years. Its big and spacious. i never really had to wait for washer or dryer like other small laundromats i been in the past. It doesn't take coins and accept the card. If you need a brand new card i paid 3 bucks for the card and other cards work for these machines too. It doesnt have the chip so not sure if those would work. Pricing is not super cheap but decent. I like how its air conditioned so on hot like dog days of summer you can sit comfortably while waiting for your clothes to wash. Only complaint i have is there are few times the machines are defective and you have no idea until you put your card in and you try to tell the attendant it didnt let you select the wash you want (water temp on program) or the times when your load of wash is done and the clothes is dripping wet you would think they do something and swipe their card in so it can at least spin it till its dry or stop the machine so you can select correct program for your clothes. All they tell you is they cant do anything and you have to pay again for it to spin it dry. I dont bother because i am not paying double for it. I have to waste extra money on the dryer so it will dry it. Overall i give it a 3.5 star for the perks but the overall service is 3.0. Pros: place big, seating, vending machine for drinks/snacks in case you get hungry, air conditioned/heating, tv to keep you entertained while you wait, clean, 24/7 for late nights when you can't come during regular hours because not everyone works a 9-5 afterall (best to come late nights, the place is empty and can wash your clothes in peace) Cons: defective machines you wont know till your clothes is loaded in machine and you paid. Attendants not helpful when something goes wrong with machine. Pay extra for wash when broken. read more

This place is horrible! I have been going there for years and have finally had enough. I give my laundry in because I don't have the time to do it myself. On dozens of occasions, my clothes have been discolored, some of it went missing, and, lately, a majority of it come out with a horrible smell on. I called the manager, Mila, and she was rude and nasty. She was annoyed at my call and made me feel as though it was my fault that my clothes came out smelling like burnt rubber. This happened on 3 occasions and I cannot let this happen to my clothes again. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as it has increasingly gotten worse. read more

Came here on a Sunday morning around 10:30 AM and there were barely any people - to be honest, on any given day, I've never had to wait for a machine or dryer. RUDE DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT!! MILA, lady with blonde hair and glasses is absolutely obnoxious. I washed my clothes in a large machine only halfway full and half of my clothes came out DRY. I kindly walked over to her at the counter and showed her a couple of shirts that were dry and explained to her that the machine must not have been working properly and She went off!! She started waving her finger in my face and started yelling saying the customer is never right and she doesn't care. I just wanted my damn clothes cleaned? Instead of just kindly helping me out and putting my clothes in another washer (since I had just wasted my money there and needed to re-wash them) she yelled and screamed and yanked my clothes out of the washer herself and I ended up just leaving with my half wet clothing to go somewhere else where I had no problems actually re-washing my clothes in the same size machine. Rude and Horrible service I went to wash my clothes at this llaundromat early on a Saturday morning with my 4 year old daughter I put my clothes to wash like I do every Saturday morning on my day off of work I come to this llaundromat very often i sat down in the seating area with my daughter while I was waiting for my clothing to be cleaned and the lady from behind the counter came and screamed at my child and when I asked her what was wrong she got in my face and started telling me she doesn't care if I am a customer she doesn't care about customer and that I shouldn't bring my child to the llaundromat I told her she had no right to get loud with me or my daughter or speak to me like that and she is wrong this woman has horrible customer service when I asked or her name told me it was Mila I took my clothing and I left the llaundromat and went to another establishment I recommend if you like to wash your clothes and be treated like a human being go somewhere else read more
