I've used them twice and both times it took over 5 months to get permits to pass (they had to fix multiple mistakes) which honestly isn't all that bad but it's just impossible to get through to the office. Doing everyone here a favor - this phone number will go through the the main office (it's the plumbing line): 703-366-2355. The one that's listed on the website will go to a call center and that's a black hole, you'll never hear back. In general they are very slow to respond to issues and don't keep good notes. A new technician will arrive every time and they never seem to know any history so it's just a nightmare. I will say the techs I generally don't have a problem with, it's the back-office, disorganization, and fear of managers to deal with customers - it's very disappointing and frustrating. Hire at your own risk, you will be responsible for all the project management of the install - they suck out loud at follow through. Also, they damaged my door and tried to hide it.
