I have had a hard time sticking to any "real" diet. I do Crossfit about 5 times per week and basically use food as an energy source. Nutritionally, I don't have a ton of goals. I try to stick to an 80/20 ish lifestyle between healthy eating and junk. I would like to maintain and continue to build muscle, while staying leaner around the waist (I think that's everyone's goal right?!). Anyways, long story short about a month ago my husband started ordering from F&F and I got in on it. The food is great! Ton's of flavor. It keeps for a pretty long time. We've both eaten food more than week past the "best by date". The chicken breast is tender and moist. I love looking forward to the menu changes. The Snickerdoodle Waffles are amazing! I feel like I can indulge with Snickerdoodle Waffles and not feel guilt b/c the ingredients are all whole foods and not processed. As far as my body goes, I've noticed a huge difference from cutting out the processed foods during mealtime. I've definitely leaned out, but maintained the same weight on the scale. My workouts are sustainable and I don't feel completely fatigued from lack of fuel. Delivery is always on time. Overall, I highly recommend F&F.

Thank goodness for the reviews! They were on point. Chef Chris was extremely professional and his food was amazing. Not only did Chef Chris provide the catering, but he also was the point person for my table, chairs, and linen rental and the bar service. Having Chef Chris as the point person was a life saver, giving me a single point of contact for multiple moving parts! Our wedding reception was held at out of town and very casual yacht club. It was a bit of a schlep from Charleston (about a 40 minute drive) and didn't have a freezer. Chef Chris brought *everything* he needed, including an ingenious way to keep ice cream without a freezer on site (not sure how he did it, but I assume I would have been impressed). His staff was terrific and multiple guests said the bar service staff was also wonderful. The food was perfect! We had the low-country boil and it was AMAZING! The shrimp were HUGE and the corn was crisp, potatoes were perfect, and the sausage was bursting. We also had pulled pork on soft buns, as well as salad and green beans. No wedding cake - we went with apple cobbler. All my guests commented on the food, during and after the wedding reception.
