    Just got my Tesla back from this detailer. Dave was great. He was very professional. He has had great reviews here on Yelp. And you can see he has been very attentive to all the reviews including the bad ones where the shop might be able to do better. I had Dave do a gold level ceramic pro coatings which included fixing the paint from swirls, scratches, and minor paint chips. The ceramic coating is helpful in that it helps to repel water and dirt and is scratch resistant, I also wanted an xpel clear bra coating as the Ceramic pro does not protect against rock chips. He actually had another guy whom he contracts with perform the wrap. It looks good, but I kinda wish I found someone who cut the wraps themselves rather than using pre-cut wraps. That being said the car looks great. Dave explained how to care for the car if I were to clean it myself using both a two/three bucket method and even with a powerwasher. He also explained how the warranty for the different services worked, I definitely would recommend him if you want your car to look pristine.

    Don't come here for tint removal. I was given a $140 cost for a Tesla job that is now $490. My issue is with Atomic's poor communication, execution, and attention to detail... not the cost. Richard removed all the tint as requested, but left sheets of glue on the roof and rear because he ran out of time after only 1hr20mins. He called to inform me that he was late to a birthday party and insisted it was a terrible tint job. He also recommended that I call around or come back another day to pay additional $200 for him to finish the job he started. Next time call your customer before you're done so I can make a decision... and build in a scheduling buffer so your techs aren't sprinting out the door when things happen. Water stains, blade nicks, and dirty finger marks = a rush job or he just didn't know what he was doing. I'm not bringing my car back after second thought and will send the owner my repair bill for interior issues. Sorry.

    They made my clients car look brand new again. They got the smell of some food that spilled on the interior out and did an incredible job. Their receptionist is so kind and really funny. I enjoyed my entire experience here and they charge a fair price for a complete cleaning (rejuvenation package) of the interior of the car. They cleaned the mats, all the seats, and even the moon roof. It smells amazing! I'm really glad I brought her car here because it needed a lot of love. I can't wait to bring the my own car here. I attached some before and after photos so you can see the difference!

    I was looking for a local shop that was capable of tinting the front two windows of my vehicle and went with Atomic based off of their good reviews. I scheduled an appointment with them to have this done at 8am when they opened, but was asked to come in at a later time because their tint tech was backed up. Sort of confused at how he was backed up before opening, but sure, no problem, it happens. In regards to the tint job - it was done in a little over an hour and at first glance, it looked as though it was done phenomenally. As the tint cured and settled, it became apparent that the job seemed to have been done poorly and rushed. I have attached photos and you will find there are multiple bubbles due to contaminants, scratches in the film, and the entirety of the passenger side has a haze stuck between the film and the window that has not gone away for 2 weeks. I called about my complaints and was asked to bring the vehicle back. Scheduled an appointment for 3pm this time and was again asked to reschedule, but to come in earlier this time. I show up and the tint tech inspects my concerns and tells me he has never seen anything like it happened before (in regards to the hazing). As he "fixes" the bubbles, he asked me if I minded waiting another two weeks to see if the haze issue fixes itself and if not, he'll do redo the tints, but as I watched his lack of care or attempt to remediate the bubbles (they're still there by the way), I already decided I was going to go with another shop that is much more experienced and organized with scheduling. Would love to speak to a manager or owner and have this poor attempt of a tint job refunded.

    Dropped my car off here to get the headlights restored. My car is about 10 years old, and the headlights had developed a film that could not be removed by a DIY method. I called and they had an appointment on the same day--after an hour my car was finished and the headlights looked brand new.

    Website well formatted, user friendly with a lot of information. Anna the receptionist friendly, informative and helpful. I purchased the full detail for $230 (Honda CRV). There were several other places that offered the same services for much less but given the initial positives I figured it must be worth the price. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. Upon the initial inspection by Darron, the detail tech, he said the vehicle was "pretty straight forward" as there were no stains or excessive dirt. After 2.5 hours, the vehicle was done. The outside looked great! The inside did not. The were many OBVIOUS areas the were not cleaned. I pointed several out to Darron and he did wipe them clean. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I did let Anna know i wasn't happy and of course she apologized. Attached are pictures of other areas...I gave up pointing out things that still needed cleaned.

This mechanic shop is attached to the Stevens Forrest Exxon, located just off of Rt. 29 and Broken Land Parkway in Columbia MD (not far from my home). Due to their proximity to my house, I stopped in there to service my Ford Explorer about two years ago. They replaced the serpentine belt and damaged my vehicle by forcing too much refrigerant into the system. I discovered this once I took it to another shop, and they told me that whomever worked on my serpentine belt, damaged the system. With that bad experience behind me and needing a state inspection for a different vehicle, last week (03/16/26) I figured this would be a quick in and out process. They advised that it would take approximately two hours to complete and they would contact me. After four hours, I called them for an update. They advised that my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee had failed the state inspection because of its windshield tint and faulty rear windshield wiper. I was shocked at what they said was the cause of the failure, but I literally laughed out loud when they said that the repairs would cost over $600. I kept my composure as I advised them I was headed back to their mechanic shop to retrieve my vehicle. This experience cost me $150 Since this vehicle is a work vehicle, I took it directly to a Jeep Dealership in nearby Clarksburg MD for them to perform the state inspection. They did advise that the tint would need to come off due to state inspection regulations, but they advised that my rear windshield wiper was functioning just fine. Now I am not sure what occurred for the rear windshield wiper to "fail" at their location, but function perfectly fine and "pass" the next morning at dealership. Also, Auto Obsession lists tinting as one of their services, so I would believe they could have simply offered to take the tint off my two front windows. I am still clueless on the faulty rear windshield wipe scam they attempted to run on me. In conclusion, I have had two unpleasant experiences with this location, and I would not recommend anyone utilizing their mechanic shop services. I will share pictures of both state inspection receipts to show what Auto Obsession claimed was a failure vs what the Jeep dealership performed to pass the same state inspection.

I actually almost went with Insta Tints because of their flexibility, but I thought using this Groupon would save me some money. In the end, I ended up paying practically the same price due to their hidden costs! When I arrived, they hit me with $35.47 in unexpected extra charges ($20 for 'quarter windows' and an outrageous $15.47 'shop supplies' fee). When I questioned these extra fees, the receptionist (Leah) looked back at the owner and made a nasty face behind my back, mocking me for simply asking about the price, before turning back to me with a fake professional attitude. To make matters worse, there was a tiny bit of leftover tint glue on one window. I had already spent hours cleaning the vast majority of it myself. Instead of showing any professional courtesy, the installer (Freddy) became extremely arrogant and demanded an extra $70 just to wipe it. When I declined, he literally told me: 'You don't want to pay for a professional service, so it's going to look like this.' They intentionally applied the new tint right over the residue, leaving permanent marks, and then even typed a petty note on my invoice to void my warranty. Avoid Hot Tint Speed & Sound at all costs."
