Literally years since I've had flowers delivered, I went looking for a florist. Not so easy to find, made more difficult by being outside the area. So pleased to have found Attrellis in Windsor! The recipient was thrilled with the floral arrangement, (it was stunning) and they were easy to work with.

I called on Friday for a Saturday delivery. Whoever answered the phone was easy to deal with and took care of me in professional manner. I ordered a 'house' bouquet for my mom that I let Atrellis design. It was delivered on time the next day and the arrangement looked amazing. Highly recommend this spot for their design, professionalism and taste. Thank you!!!

This is my local floral shop and is such a gem! People who work here are nice. I'm new in town so I want to support local small businesses. Bought a bouquet for my engagement shoot and they were really nice and helpful. I gave them my budget and trusted them. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I'll be buying more from them and will keep supporting the business :) i actually just quickly grabbed a large bouquet for a sick family, and they even wrapped it so nicely with fall colors themed wrapping paper and ribbons.. just shows how they would gladly go above and beyond to make anyone's day special!

I love this adorable flower shop in downtown Windsor. My husband surprised me with birthday flowers that were delivered to our house and I absolutely love them! If you need a florist for a big event or wedding you must go with Atrellis Flower and Gifts. We had a wedding at a local winery in June and everyone commented on the beautiful flower arrangements. My daughter in law sent in pictures of what she wanted and we were all amazed how closely the arrangements matched the bride's vision. I also appreciate the great communication and flexibility. The flowers were delivered right on time to the venue and the florists even made an extra trip to my home to drop off the bouquet , corsages and boutonnieres at no extra charge. I shopped around at many locations and Artrellis gives outstanding, personal service at the best value. I was very impressed with the artistic arrangements and the excellent service. Thank you for making my son's wedding magical. read more

The Atrellis Flower and Gifts located in Windsor is always so helpful! If you have no clue about flowers and arrangements, they provide a lot of great input. I have been using Atrellis for years. I called Atrellis and gave them a price range and description of what the flowers were for, and asked them to put together an arrangement. They delivered it same-day, and the flowers were beautiful. I recently moved to Windsor and received flowers for my birthday. They were delivered when I wasn't home, but the delivery guy called to ask if okay to leave on my doorstep. The flowers are beautiful and lasted a full three weeks, and longer for some once I picked through them. Support your local flower shop, we have a good one!! read more

I called and ordered a beautiful arrangement of roses for my daughter's birthday on Saturday to be delivered on Sunday. The arrangement is just gorgeous and they went the extra mile to get it delivered. Customer service is outstanding. Thank you Artrellis Flower & Gifts for making my daughter's birthday so special. They get a 10 out of 5! I live in San Jose but needed flowers for a dear friend whose mom died. I wanted someone other than an online florist and Atrellis had a great looking website and was local. I have to say that every step of the way was a pleasure. I left a VM after hours and received a call early the next day. Working with designer Pamela could not have been easier. She listened to what I wanted, stated what their parameters were, suggested things to make the bouquet better, and sent me photos of the completed arrangement, which was just stunning. I wish I lived closer to them and could buy flowers for myself from them! read more

Popped in for a last minute request for some flowers on a cake. $10+tax got me 3 red roses and a branch of dusty miller. I should've gone to the grocery store. Store was cute and had small gifts/cards to go with flowers. Lady working there was nice and courteous. Just wasn't the best value for my needs. read more

This is my favorite flower store in Sonoma County! My bouquets always last at least 10 days and the selection of flowers and arrangements are always unique and beautiful. The service is always friendly and prompt. Both times I've used the delivery service I've received rave reviews from the recipients. When ever I'm in need of a gift or a card I'll pop in to find something cute or Sonoma County-esque. Marie, the owner, is fantastic. The day or so after Valentine's Day I came in and she had a bunch of extra miniature red roses, she gave me a complimentary bouquet! Thanks Marie! read more

Unfortunately this beautiful shop has the worst customer service. I went the morning of April 9th, on a Sunday. There were stunning bouquets outside the door, just enough to lure you inside to see more. The quintessential downtown shop, with the rudest employee. I paid $20 for a bouquet which is a little pricey but considering the location and shop, I was game. I was meeting my mom for breakfast so this bouquet would be perfect. The girl gave me no smile, no greeting, tied the worst bow without a care, didn't hand me the flowers at the end, took my money silently with a straight face, not even a good bye. I wont be back and wish I never went. Sad that one employee who doesn't care, can have this impact. read more

I shop here often whether it is for flowers, cards , holiday items or decor for my home and have never gotten the warm and fuzzy from the staff but chose to ignore it because I love the items in the shop and I support local businesses. My most recent negative experience was with the owner who from the moment I walked in acted as if she was bothered by the fact that I was in her shop. I had run in for a card and when I presented my debit card as my form of payment she asked me if I had any cash and I do not carry cash like a lot of people nowadays unless I am shopping somewhere that I know in advance that they do not accept other forms of payment or have provisions. When she learned that I did not have any cash she told me that she did not want to run my card for such a small amount and that I would have to buy more or go to an ATM and to make matters worse she did not even say it in a nice manner she was very nasty! First of all I have run in here for cards on numerous occasions and the other staff members have never refused payment with my debit card as it clearly says that they accept visa, MasterCard etc. There are no signs in the shop or on their website indicating that a minimum purchase is required in order to use a non-cash form of payment. I did not have time to look around nor to run to the ATM as I had made a special trip and had frozen items in my car. Regardless of all of the money I spend in here on a regular basis my card was refused and I had to leave. Unless there is a sign clearly stating a minimum purchase is required to use a non-cash payment it is wrong. It was horrible to be treated in such a rude manner and to be turned away from making a purchase. For a small business owner to treat customers so horribly while in the shop and to turn away business from a local who is trying to support a local business, especially in this economy is appalling. I'm putting my foot down in continuing to take the rude treatment from this shop, local or not and I would urge others to do the same. Clearly post your policies instead of putting people on the spot and change your attitude towards the hardworking people that spend money in your shop, Windsor is a nice community and does not need rude, unappreciative people in it. read more

I can't say enough good things about this shop. The customer service is great the flowers are beautiful. My husband has ordered flowers for me on several occasions and I have been happy every time. It's nice to have a local shop to go to, where the flowers are unusual. The owner really has an eye for color and design. She and her staff are always so helpful when I go in. I fully expected they might be too busy--and I wanted to support a local neighborhood shop--but what a mistake! When I asked if they could help, the response was a blunt 'NO, we aren't doing corsages.' There was no apology, no inquiry into when the event was, and not even a polite suggestion of where else to look. I can accept a shop being at capacity, but I can't accept being spoken to so dismissively. Fortunately, I wasn't deterred. I headed over to the local shop in the bright pink building, and the experience was night and day. Even though they were clearly slammed, they were welcoming, professional, and more than happy to help. I definitely know where I'll be taking my business from now on. I'd suggest skipping La Belle Fleur and heading straight to the shop that actually values its neighbors

I don't know what kind of floral Hogwarts he trained at, but this man waved his wand (and probably a few peonies) and made magic happen. Not only did he create the most stunning arrangements I've ever seen--which somehow perfectly captured both elegance and emotional chaos--but he also handled everything with the kind of care and compassion you usually only see in Pixar movies. If you're looking for a flower shop where your emotions will be respected, your floral dreams will be realized, and you might end up wanting to invite the staff to Thanksgiving dinner--this is the place.
