Dates of visit: April 11 - 13, 2026 We came here as guests of the hotel and with my Diamond status, received $50 towards food each day. While each Hilton hotel handles the credit differently, the Conrad provides $50 each calendar day and it's clear that the prices for the restaurant are with the expectation that every guest is getting that level of credit as breakfast for three with tax and tip was easily $100. While this is New York, you could do far better even within a block or two. Day 1: We were doing a food tour so I wanted something light and went with the strawberry maca smoothie. While it was quite good, the amount was pretty minimal for the price. Day 2: I wanted something a bit more substantial and went with the French Toast and it was good, but again, a bit lacking for the price. The plating, both presentation and the actual plate, were very good. Day 3: Having seen the omelet on other plates, I went with this, having ham, bacon, and cheddar inside. Like most restaurant omelets, there was a bit too much egg and not quite enough cheese, but it was still a decent omelet. Outside of price, service can be hit or miss. Luis was very nice, but often absent on the two days that we had him. He took a while to come over and didn't ever check on us during the meal. Located in the Conrad hotel downtown. Only choice for food in the hotel as the rooftop bar is closed til Spring. Service is extremely slow. Initially we thought they were understaffed but they probably just need a better system and maybe more kitchen staff. We were seated right next to the kitchen and saw a lot of food just sitting there without being distributed. It took about an hour to get the food after ordering dinner. They were kind enough to give us a free pizza for waiting. Food was decent. Ordered chicken wings, grilled salmon (delicious and perfectly grilled), grilled octopus, and truffle fries. We also ordered room service for breakfast from the same restaurant. They warned me it would take 2 hours as they were backed up. Luckily timing worked out for us but definitely not the norm. Our waitress Aura absolutely did a phenomenal job serving us and keeping up with orders - she was serving 7 tables at the time! My burger was nice and juicy, good crust, and melty cheese. The texture and mix of the burger was pretty good quality. Service did take a while but our waiter gave us complementary drinks! We were staying at the Conrad so we decided to get dinner here since we were out all day. I honestly thought the food was meh & it took awhile for food to get out. The server was nice and offered us a free drink but we don't really drink alcohol and the only non caffeinated mocktail on the menu was bitter. So maybe the vegetarian options weren't the best here? Great presentation What I got a various of items. I got the seasonal mushroom dish, the calamari an also truffle fries without the parmesan. The mushroom dish was very good. The presentation of the dish was very pretty. The king mushroom was nicely cooked, everything was delicious. The calamari was a big serving, it was okay. The fries were really good, there was a lot of truffle I believe. Also i love that the ketchup was all natural and in a cute little jar Environment Located inside the Conrad. Very nicely presented. There were a lot of seating inside. Niceness of the staff very attentive and nice staff. My water in my glass was never empty and I didn't need to ask for it to be refilled. Had breakfast at Atrio yesterday...here are my thoughts: Service was great and food came out quickly. The restaurant is a bit stark and chilly but it's standard for a hotel. Food itself is good. I had an avocado toast and a juice and my husband had an omelet. Both were tasty but prices are unnecessarily high: $21 for the toast, $14 for my juice? The omelet was a bit more reasonable at $23. Glad we tried Atrio but I doubt we'll return when we can get the same food for half the price just about anywhere else. read more

Atrio is the restaurant inside the Conrad Hotel- Downtown. In a classy space, my five-year-old daughter dined here for breakfast as hotel guests. They have a kid menu. Atrio is located in Conrad Downtown and features an absolutely amazing selection of food for guests and visitors. Because we are Diamond members, we had the pleasure of utilizing our daily food and beverage credit here for each night of our stay. While they don't deliver directly to your room, the hotel is rather small so you won't be walking very far to pick up your food items whatsoever. They package each meal perfectly and provide utensils and napkins as well. MUSHROOM ASPARAGUS QUICHE ($22) -- this quiche is AHHHHHHMAZING!!!! Seriously, I had it on our first day and I couldn't get enough of it. I think that it's a bit odd for them to not have cut the asparagus into tiny bits and pieces was a bit strange as it made the quiche harder to eat but I didn't care... the taste was that good. The meal also comes with a baby greens salad and my goodness was that the perfect, light ending to my breakfast. THREE EGG OMELETTE ($23) -- the boyfriend ordered this with 3 fillings consisting of bacon, ham, and mushroom. It also comes with breakfast potatoes or a salad and the cutest little tomato provençal as well. You can't go wrong with an omelette and this one was scarfed down with zero complaints. TUSCAN AVOCADO TOAST ($20 + $3 egg charge) -- the ideal millennial breakfast can't be complete without a perfectly cooked sunny side up. Now while my egg was actually a bit undercooked and watery, I still enjoyed it very much. The bread crust is always a bit too hard but the textures and ingredients truly made this quite an enjoyable selection that I would gladly get again. TWO EGGS ANY STYLE ($24) -- the boyfriend ordered his eggs sunny side up with potatoes and it doesn't get more classic than that. Comes with another adorable tomato Provençal that I eagerly took from him. Overall, while we had so many afternoon plans that limited our ability to order just on the breakfast menu, Atrio provides an excellent selection that'll make you rethink what great hotel food is like. We would have skipped going here if we didn't get a food voucher for each day of our stay. I understand it's NY, but the portions to the $$ was not worth it. Breakfast menu had a variety but from the price standpoint it's not worth it. Food wasn't anything exceptional. Service was great !! The team here is very customer oriented and do take time to chat with you, which I didn't see happening at other NY restaurants. If you are staying at the Conrad, skip this place and you can find good quality food reasonably priced outside the hotel. Not the best restaurant in the world, and obviously we're in NYC so there's a lot of food boxes to check, so I was happy it was high end hotel pricing so I wouldn't get too stuffed here. Atrio is a disappointing bar and restaurant in the fantastic Conrad Hotel. While the hotel surpasses all expectations, Atrio doesn't reach any of them except decor. The space is lovely. I ordered an Expresso Martini, and the ersatz bartender picks up a martini glass, puts in a shot and a half of cheap vodka over crushed ice. He waits until the ice melts, and then pours in Kahlúa Coffee Liquor. Are you kidding me? The cost of this drink and one glass of wine, with tip, was over $50.00. Are you kidding me? I'm torn and I promise to give a 5 star review to the conrad hotel right after this (where this restaurant is located), but I think the restaurant itself falls short. 1. It's really, really pricey. I eat out an obnoxious amount and I literally went to the One world restaurant on top of the observatory and honestly some of the prices here are quite high. For example, I ordered their beet salad and it was good, but 22 dollars hurt for that salad. There's no "2" I'm just going to keep writing this review and I'm too lazy to change the list up, but the margherita was so lame. Man this is NYC and I've had every damn type of pizza possible - plain slices to personal pies and this pizza was just so whack. It really reminded me of Ellios and to walk out of this restaurant merely wanting a light meal before a movie and to drop $50+ hurt the ol' soul. Came here for breakfast daily while staying at Conrad hotel and got to experience 5 star service every morning. As a diamond member, breakfast option is either buffet or $20 off regular breakfast menu. Buffet is not that much for the price being charged. Standard Conrad breakfast buffet price but other Conrad in Europe or Asia offer more variety of food. I did enjoy regular menu. Avocado toast, Belgium waffles... they served maple syrup warm in a cute bottle with Conrad logo. I had better food at other Conrad hotels but service was the same as other Conrad I experienced. I can't remember what I had but that is okay bc this review is about what I had yesterday. We went for a team lunch for work and again, the service was amazing. Our server recommended dished that proved to be great. I got the beat salad with salmon and we ordered a potato flatbread for the table. BOMB AND BOMB So when my salad came out, I was so surprised to see such a big ass piece of salmon. Super surprised. It was cooked to perfection. The skin was crisp while the the flesh (ewww sounds like I am vampire) was moist and seasoned to perfection. The cheese and mushrooms on the flatbread were so so so good. The dough was too but CARBS so I tried to stay away as best I could but it was so delicious. Even the bread that came out while were looking at the menu was sooo good.
