I stumbled on this gem while waiting for a friend. Ambience is very charming and they have $12 happy hour (3pm-7pm) Drink: French 75, heavy on the champagne *cheers to that I'll definitely be back!

I was obsessed with this place! We decided to go to Stafili on a whim because we had just been traveling and needed something before we actually went to dinner. So I looked up happy hour and this place popped up! I don't think there is any happy hour, but they have a very long selection of wines and a smaller list of appetizers which was enough for me! My mom loved orange wine so of course we had to try the orange wine tasting. It was amazing! Absolutely loved the wines. The meet and cheese plate was also fantastic. Sometimes you get one or two bad tasting cheeses or the meat is just fine, but genuinely, it was all amazing. 10/10! The service was super quick and our waitress answered all our questions about the wine. Which was super helpful considering we wanted to learn a little bit about what we were tasting! As for the vibes--inside is super cute and very quaint. We sat outside though because the weather wasn't bad! They have little tables sectioned around the whole exterior and they look out into the street (very French style if you know what I mean). We had little candles. It was definitely really nice!

The place is always busy, make sure you made reservation. Even with reservation you cannot hang out/stay as long as you want, there is a limit how long you can stay. We found out when we were handed out the bill while we still want to eat/drink. It was five of us and were given one small table, with the amount of food that we ordered/ wanted to order, the table was too small, making us so uncomfortable while trying to enjoy the food.

Love this neighborhood wine bar! Extensive menu, if you're lucky to get an indoor window seat - take it! Outdoor seating is fab, too. Service was the right amount of attention and helpful when deciding on a wine. Ordered the beef tartare, buttery, light with a creamy mustard sauce. Yum!

We recently got into wine and this was our first time visiting a wine bar and had a blast! We had an early evening weekend reservation and were seated right away on arrival. Service was great - the lady who was helping us was very informative and quick. Everything we had was quite good too. We enjoyed a wine flight and a charcuterie board. All of which were really great. The best part above all was the atmosphere. Super cute and cozy place with an all around good energy. From the other reviews it looks like it can get busier but the day we went, it was more on the quieter side. Great time and definitely recommended!

We tricked you. Its actually $17. Sucka!

We went in lured by thes "Happy Hour" -- $8 Spritz! $12 cocktails. What a time to be alive. We ordered two Aperol Spritzes. The bill arrives: $34 - $17 each. Apparently, our drinks attended a private Ivy League university before reaching the table. When we asked about it, the waitress informed us that only the "Vermouth Spritz" is $7. Plot twist: there is no Spritz section on the menu. No Spritz of any kind listed. So unless you arrive with psychic powers or a Sommelier certification, you're just supposed to guess correctly. Also, in what universe is an Aperol Spritz -- arguably the most basic, three-ingredient -- priced higher than every cocktail on the menu? Is the bleeding Aperol hand-massaged? When we politely pointed out that we were charged more than any other cocktail listed, the response was a heartfelt, customer-centric: "Yeah I know, but it is what it is." Also, not sure why other reviews warn about needing reservations. The place was so empty we briefly considered checking if we had accidentally walked in before opening hours. It was us, another couple at the bar, and the faint echo of overpriced alcohol. If you enjoy surprise pricing, interpretive menus, and existential shrugs with your drinks -- this is your spot. For everyone else: run.

I really like coming to Stafili. I usually have really good service. This last time, they seated me before happy hour ended, I asked if they can send a server over. 15 minutes later, someone comes by and I can't order a HH drink anymore. I didn't feel like fighting it, but it's very evident there's a bottleneck between seating someone and a server coming over because this isn't the first time it happened. Albeit lateness, I did get recommended a good red wine and I ordered charcuterie and cheese board. It's a nice place with a romantic ambiance if you get there before the house is packed.

Awwww. If you can't make it to actual Greece, this cozy little nook of a Greek wine bar will give you some of the same warm, fuzzy vibe (esp. since at least one of the servers is Greek). They sadly do not have retsina anymore, but the aged orange wine is almost as unique. Super friendly service too. Will be back for more.

The cutest spot nestled in WV for date night! The wine selection is extensive, and the waiter was very attentive and friendly. Great service! For food, my boyfriend and I got the charcuterie board (*recommend!*) but I don't recommend the panini unfortunately (very dry, 80% bread and not a lot of items/toppings inside). However, I said it was my boyfriend's birthday at midnight, and they gave us a crepe on the house! It was unexpected and very kind. I'd definitely want to come back here and I will be recommending others to check out this wine cafe, too! Thanks!

Corkbuzz is a wine bar inside Chelsea Market. While I typically find Chelsea Market a little too crowded and chaotic to be comfortable, my husband and I dropped in specifically for some wine and a snack in the later afternoon on Saturday. The wine bar is comfortable and cool. We grabbed a couple of barstools, ordered 1 wine (a Slovenian wine for me), 2 cocktails (for my husband; he liked the cocktail so much, he ordered a second), and a white bean dip with focaccia bread, that was garlicky and delicious. It was a comfortable place to enjoy a drink and a snack. I'd be happy to stop by again - if it's still open?!

Both were flavorful, but not particularly favorites that I would buy on my own. I did, however, enjoy my glass of crisp City Bubbles Cava that I ordered prior to the start of the event. Their version was from the Penedés region of Spain and offered refreshing citrus notes. Since we were there for the tasting, we decided to also order some food to keep us grounded, though I had had mixed feelings about their cuisine historically. Being there for an event in the auditorium meant that you had to order from their "Concert Menu". We decided to start by sharing the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread, a rich and heavy pizza topped with mozzarella, bechamel, roasted garlic ranch dressing, grilled chicken, bacon, red onions, and scallions. I certainly was gut-bustingly delicious, but with those toppings, I should not have expected anything less. For my main course I selected the Pan-Seared Salmon over a sweet corn puree and plated with grilled broccolini, crunchy fennel, and a seasoned radish salad. I thought it was a perfect summertime dish that was mainly well-executed, but could have used some salt and additional seasoning. In terms of seating, we had selected a high-top table at the back of the room. When we reserved it online, there were four or five large, round tables of four people each to choose from, but when we arrived, there were double that amount with each table only holding two people. We were a group of three, so we had to ask the ushers to add another seat to our table, which became tight with all of the plates and cups we had in front of us. Despite that hiccup, our server was a complete joy! I did not catch his name, but he had long-ish blonde hair that was pulled back into a ponytail. He was fun, energetic, and really helped make us excited for the evening to unfold. Regardless of who our server might be in the future, I would definitely sit in the high-top section again, as the higher views were unobstructed and more central than at the standard rectangular tables, which required you to twist and contort to see the stage. As on previous visits to City Winery, my night had its pluses and minuses, but it will always be an excellent venue for more intimate shows and events of all types.

I came in on a Wednesday night at 8pm, it was empty and we were seated right away. The entire store and bar is very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. There's 3 floors, the bottom floor which located another bar, the main floor which is street level and has the coffee bar and merch, and the top floor which included the Arriviamo Bar. Our server was very nice but didn't catch his name. We couldn't choose which drinks to get so we settled on the espresso martini flight which includes their espresso martini, double matcha espresso margarita, and ube espresso martini. * Espresso martini: tasted good, foam was perfect sweetness, can barely taste the alcohol * Double matcha margarita: good, matcha foam was good, you can definitely taste the tequila in this but they seem to use good tequila * Ube martini: nice sweet drink, but doesn't taste like ube at all (to be expected, but the ube cold foam on their regular coffee drinks has more of a hint of ube than this drink does) * Matcha butterfly pea swirl cake: has a nice dense texture, light taste of matcha, butterfly pea cream also has a thick creamy texture and a very light taste, perfect snack for a drink with a strong taste Overall good experience, would definitely be back to try the other drinks here and downstairs.

It was a fabulous setup with beautiful strung up lights lining the ceiling. While we waited to be seated we were given glasses of sparkling white wine. Our waiter told us that the space for the JBF LTD was donated by one of the JBF board members. Very cool. Eventually, we were seated at our communal table and were given a green garden gazpacho to start. It had pickled green strawberries which were surprisingly very good. Usually you throw the green strawberries out of the bunch and only eat the red ripe ones. David Kinch opened our eyes to eating this unripened fruit and I will never look at green strawberries the same! The soup was paired with vegetable beignets and a crispy vegetable chip - both were just perfect. Our next course was my girlfriend's favorite - an abalone salad nestled on a bed of romaine lettuce coupled with grilled cucumbers and an avocado-nori sauce. I loved the avocado-nori sauce with the tender abalone. The entree came next and was a succulent porcelet with the best crispy pork skins! It was served communal style which was kind of cool. There were two cuts of meat - belly and tenderloin. My favorite part was the skins. Dessert was a lovely popover with powdered sugar. Sweet, simple, and delicious. We had different wine pairings with each course and were semi-tipsy by then end of the meal. The best treat of the night was when David Kinch and John Paul Carmona came out and greeted the diners. They were both kind enough to sign my copy of the menu also. I'll be on the watch out for next years JBF pop up!
