Attic Kings (I called them "AK") are the real deal. The only word that comes to mind is LEGIT. AK treated my house as if it was their own. The professionalism and courtesy was simply unbelievable. My home purchase had a serious skeleton in the closet, as the insulation hadn't been touched in decades. During cable TV installation, the service guy indicated there were "critters" crawling around in the attic. Concern for the wife's comfort, I called Attic Kings from an internet search because of their service description, not knowing what to expect. At the time, I was still baffled by...had we not run cable wires in attic, we would have never known of any issue. Anyway, AK comes in, goes into the attic, and comes down with a photo album. Yes, a library of photos of what my attic looks like. Skeptical, but impressed by this move, I challenge the approach with a request to show me exactly how these pictures reflect what is up there. AK pulls out another flashlight headband and mask, escorting me to replicate his observation. Needless to say, I almost fell off the ladder seeing all of the "stuff" up close - EVERYTHING rodents could do what up there, even dead ones. The insulation was...lets say a very different color all over. AK was very clear regarding next steps, what to expect, and how this situation would be remediated when they came back in a few days, negotiating a price that was very reasonable. On remediation day, AK not only: Turned the house into a HazMat scene with plastic everywhere Removed the old insulation Cleaned up all bacteria, matter, and rodent stuff Geared me up AGAIN to confirm all of the stuff was gone... Plugged up all points of entry Installed new insulation on the attic floors But also brought extra sq. footage of insulation for all attic walls The arrived around 9AM, and didn't leave until 7PM. Before doing so, they geared me up another time to see the completed job. I was literally blown away at the extra mile they took paying extreme attention to detail to ensure satisfaction. In fact, we were painting that day, and they even offered us extra plastic. to cover things up. Words could not express how pleased I was at the service provided. I must admit I was happy to pay them. Definitely an ALL-IN-ONE, ONE- STOP SHOP. I don't believe that there are many companies that will be all inclusive like that regarding issues in the attic. I'm a homeowner in San Francisco and was horrified to discover that rats had made a huge mess of the crawlspace beneath my house, destroying the insulation and leaving filth everywhere. It was so distressing, and I didn't know what to do until I started searching online and found Attic Kings. I was impressed with the customer reviews on Yelp and gave them a call. The owner Moshe was prompt in responding and gave me a bid based on the square footage and my photographs and description of the scene. They came out last week and took care of everything: they removed the destroyed insulation and replaced it with new insulation, vacuumed up all the rat poop, removed a rat skeleton, worked to detect where rats may have been getting in and closed up those areas with wire mesh and expanding foam, and then sanitized the area and hauled all the detritus away. It was a pleasure working with Attic Kings. It is not very common anymore that you find companies - like Attic King, which are dedicated to a high level of customer service. Mosh's bid was competitive, and he took the time to review each aspect of his quote. The rodent abatement and insulation removal took a full day and Mosh and his team made an unpleasant process stress free. After the insulation removal, Mosh provided pictures of what he found and what steps were taken to close off the rodent entry points. Mosh returned 3 weeks later as promised and was he satisfied with the measures taken eliminated the rodent entry points. Mosh is a "straight shooter". Gave me a verbal quote on the spot and later followed up with a confirming written quote. He told me that he would check all attic entry points for rodents and seal them. In addition, he sealed exterior entry points that I would have never seen and then was on the roof adding screens to the insides of roof air vents. Who would ever have thought of them as rodent entry points. Lastly, I couldn't believe it but he was in our crawlspace adding foam to entry points in several vent holes. I feel sorry for rats who want to enter our attic or crawlspace. The removal of old insulation was clean and efficient. New 12" high batt insulation took a few hours. I can wholeheartedly recommend Attic Kings both for rodent control and for insulation. Several months ago I began hearing noises in the crawl space below and in the attic above. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family! The technician arrived right on time and gave me a call about 10 minutes before he arrived so I could be prepared. He was professional, throughout the entire inspection. After carefully inspecting our attic which I suspected squirrels got into, he confirmed that there were no signs of any animal intrusion. Owner Johnathan Younts and Juan arrived today as scheduled and surveyed the back exterior of our home and interior of the office to determine where and how a snake and lizards had entered. Johnathan checked behind the iris plants and followed the exterior wall, looking for cracks and holes. He sealed the problem areas with Pur Black foam and removed the sticky pad from the office which had held the snake "and friends" for about 5 days. And though the lizards were dead, the snake was still living! Johnathan felt certain that after "30 days, we shouldn't see anything new," but he'd return if necessary. Recommendation for Moshe- Attic Kings I must definitely recommend Moshe - we had rats in our crawl space and the insulation was falling apart. Highly recommend Attic Kings. They came out today to inspect my attic and crawl space for any creatures. The inspection was free, and the technician was on time, called ahead, and was very knowledgeable. He even gave me helpful tips on what to watch out for. Attic king employees are very professional. They checked every corner of my house to make sure every entrance was were covered with mesh wire, they even check under the sink and in the garage. They removed, cleaned and installed the insulation the same day! They replaced the air ducts that were very old or broken. Cleaned the crawl space and sanitized both areas after they finished .
