I've lived all over the country and have never encountered the amount of ants that we have at our house. Zach is a genius not only does. He know everything there is to know about getting rid of these ants and making sure that we stay safe in the process. He's a delight to work with. There's lots of companies out there and maybe even some at a lower price, we've been approached, we stay because of Zach. All five stars go to him! Due to my previous experience with AI Pest i decided to go back to them again to deal with this year wasp problems. This year the wasps decided to invade our backyard overhang within the cover rail system. Zack came by texted me 30min on request (excellent for the headsup). Also inspected the area to see if there were any more wasps hives and did not see any and decided to treat the area. AI thank you for another great service on wasp removal. The team responded to my request quickly and looked up times that might work for my schedule! Reasonable price also considering i did not have to deal with purchasing and spraying the wasps. Advanced IPM came over to exterminate ants crawling in my front and back yards and kitchen. Zach is great and knows exactly where to go to address the problem. He is also very mindful of people's pets and won't spray where the customer doesn't want it, although the spray, once dry, is supposed to be safe for mammals.
