So I was able to call these guys on a Saturday. We had a new HVAC system placed and the HVAC guys said they saw some dead rodents and that I should get it cleaned up. I got a call back later that day and said they can come out for an estimate on Monday. Dan came out who claimed to be a part owner and explained the whole process. He came early and was very professional and prompt. Being on time is essential. He was quick and thorough. He said if we wanted to book him, they can start Tuesday. Tuesday came up and Manny showed up with a crew in total of 3 guys. They suited up, cleaned up the attic space then also the crawl space taking out dead critters and what not. They then walked around the property and replaced any vents/mesh needing replacing and sealed places on the roof as well. The team of guys were so nice I went out and bought them lunch and drinks. It is great that you get a peace of mind after all the work is done. A big plus with this company is that they are very responsive. Prior to contacting these guys, between my wife and I, we had already gone through maybe 5 other companies near by that didn't respond until a few days later, a few days too late. These guys back their work with a 1 year warranty so I feel very confident with this company. They did a great Job. Request Manny. His team is awesome. I hired these guys about 4 months back and after much deliberation, we found an insulation solution that fit my VERY specific needs. The rep was the most patient of all the insulation companies I had out to bid the project, and the actual install crew was prompt, clean, respectful, diligent, and hard working! I waited a few weeks before posting this review in the hopes that the owner, Joshua, would do the right thing and finish the attic cleaning and to repair all of the ceiling damage from the workers walking or sitting on the ceiling drywall. I chose Attic Solutions because Dan said he was a small business owner, had been in business along time and worked closely with his crew to ensure quality service. Later, I find out that Dan is NOT the owner but just a salesman and the company has only been around for 6 years. I hired Attic Solutions to remove attic insulation, vacuum attic to remove rat droppings, spray attic with sanitizer, rodent proof attic and put in new insulation for $4800. Before the workers even finished the job, I had a huge crack in my bathroom ceiling that was repaired, but the next day, I found additional cracks in my dining room and kitchen ceiling as well as "nail bursts" in the entry way ceiling. I sent him the pictures (included in this review) and he did not respond to my email. After a week, I texted him to ask when he would come to repair the cracks and nail bursts and he said, "not my guys fault..." and then ghosted me. Also, in my email, I showed him (2) areas that were not vacuumed, and he said that his guys couldn't reach the area because of the low placed joists, even when I showed him a pic of the newly placed wire mesh ON TOP of the debris and old insulation. I also showed him rodent entry points in the attic that were either not closed off with foam or mesh or only partially closed off. After the job was complete, I continued to have a rat in the attic, despite 2 traps that were placed (the rat just ate the peanut butter without setting off the trap) and the rat chewed through the foam that had only partially closed off an entry point. Supposedly, I have a one year warranty against rodents, but all that was offered was traps. So, after spending $4800, I still have a rat in my attic, still have entry points in the attic partially or wide open for rodents to come and go, still have rodent droppings, debris and old insulation sitting in my attic and lastly, have the added work of having to repair the ceiling cracks and nail bursts from the workers walking on the attic drywall. I hope Joshua realizes that when he decided to ghost me, to not provide quality work, to not complete the job he was hired to do and to not take responsibility for the damage done, he will lose the trust of future customers willing to pay $4800. It would have been cheaper in the long run, for Joshua to have done the right thing. For anyone thinking of hiring this company, make sure you take pics of your entire ceiling to prove that you have no cracks, inspect attic/crawlspace yourself to confirm that the entire attic was vacuumed properly (and if not, why not?) and also inspect that foam or mesh was done completely to seal off rodent entry BEFORE letting them put in the insulation. Hopefully, anyone reading this will protect themselves from getting "scammed" by a salesman pretending to be the owner and the true owner, Joshua, who could care less about the quality of services once he has your money... read more

These guys are amazing. We just bought a house that had been unoccupied for many years and they thoroughly cleaned the attic, inspected the crawlspace, and sealed all the openings. At the original visit the estimator wasn't able to locate the entrance to the crawlspace, so the estimate did not include it. However the crew found the hidden access door under a bench - a tiny tiny hole - and jumped right in and did the work without adding any additional charges. They found a bunch of dead rats and a couple live ones, pointed out evidence of where they had been throughout the house, removed our insulation and attic floor and a ton of poop, then sanitized and sealed the house. They're experienced, on-time and professional, courteous, and extremely hard working. After seeing what they did, the price was a bargain. We'll have them back when we reinstall new insulation. Unfortunately I had to call them back four times over the next 12 months, and each time out they found new entry points they had previously missed. Finally they stopped responding this month - I guess my one year warranty is up. My opinion, as I write this listening to a mouse party under my feet, is that if you can't fix the problem within the warranty period, then maybe the warranty should be extended. I cannot recommend Attic Solutions enough. My wife and I bought a home in March, and shortly after moving in, discovered we had roof rats. Attic Solutions had inspected and rodent-proofed the attic for the sellers, back in January, and we learned we were still under warranty. So we called to see if they would come and re-inspect the property to help address the issue. Joshua, the owner, could not have been more accommodating. He spent more than 20 minutes on the phone with me to look up the home's account and diagnose the issue, and promptly had a team out within a week (I imagine this would have been even faster had he not been working through a backlog created by COVID). The team did a thorough inspection of the attic, roof, and crawl space. They found a new hole that rats had made in near one of our rain gutters, and they quickly patched it and set fresh traps. A week later, we could still hear rats in the attic, so we called Joshua again, and he had his team come out a second time. This time, the found new holes in the ground, suggesting the rats (now trapped inside) had gone down to the crawl space and tried to dig their way out. They cemented the holes and, again, laid new traps. It was a stressful two weeks, but our home is now rat free, and it's all due to the diligent work of Joshua's team. He could have easily written us off as different owners and tried to avoid the job; rather, he had his team honor the commitment to keep the house rat free for a year, and had them come out twice at no charge. His team was also incredibly respectful of social distancing and wore PPE throughout the job. They were very thorough in their inspection. They explained everything they were going to do and why. Attic Solutions did an amazing job today with the attic space in my wife's and my home. We recently had a new roof put on our home and the attic (including exposed insulation) was full of related dust and debris. Attic Solutions showed up on time and after laying down plastic runners from front door to attic, they vacuumed, swept and thoroughly cleaned the joists, plywood and insulation. We noticed some rodent droppings in our crawl space and contacted Attic Solutions to help us. Daniel provided very quick service by coming within a day to analyze the situation and give a competitive quote. We scheduled service within a week. Angel and his team came to clean out the entire crawl space and our attic. Our old 30 year old insulation filled with rodent feces/urine was taken away and replaced by new R38 fiber glass insulation. Afterward, Angel informed us that there was actually a dead animal in the crawlspace that was removed and lots of wiring that was probably damaged by a raccoon. I ended up not working with Joshua for now but only because I had some venting issues in my attic (related to a bathroom fan) that need to be dealt with first before insulation. The company that is helping me with those issues will help me with my insulation. I got several estimates- Joshua being the owner of his company gave the most competitive bid and I felt like his assessment was very honest. Had I not had the venting issues in my attic I would have hired Joshua.
