Should have read the reviews and skipped this place. Upon entering they tell you you have to put in your order and pay before you get your food, not a good sign. Then they say they don't take VISA or debit but you can use their ATM machine. I would have walked but friends just wanted to get seated and eat. So in we went and got seated on the balcony overlooking the river. It took forever for our food to come out. Not sure in whose mind this abomination is considered a pizza but as you have to pay up front you can't send it back! Pizza was square and made on an oven sheet pan. The crust was greasy, sauce was bland, and the cheese was, well just not melty good. I don't recommend. read more

Great pizza! A great place as well to sit and enjoy a few slices or a whole pizza out on the deck!! Prices are very reasonable as well. It's nice because a lot of the other restaurants in the area are much more pricey. You can smell the pizzas cooking from the sidewalk and that's what drew us in. Homemade dough and a delicious sweet sauce. We got a cheese and a pepperoni pizza and both were great. Staff is also very friendly!! A few other of these local places have sassy young girls who seem as if they'd rather be elsewhere. This one is run by a family who take pride in their business. No, it's not nice on the inside or even fancy at the least but the food is great! You go for the price and the taste, not the ambiance. read more

Well, as pizza goes we've tried a lot across many states. Being located on the waterfront made us hesitate to try this place. Unfortunately we bought a 17 dollar "large" pizza. In most all shops it would be considered small. They apologized for putting the large into a small sized pizza box. You can see from the photo...it was a small. Cheese did not cover the pie. The sauce was pretty tasty. So for $17, gas station pizza has a lot more toppings for half the price.. read more

This place is truly a small little restaurant on the St. Lawrence. Staff is super friendly this year and their pizza is to die for! You can tell their dough is homemade and their sauce. No conventional pizza oven, just the little conveyor belt convection. Thin soft crust. Ordered a large antipasto salad. Basically 1 head of iceberg lettuce, less than half a tomato, 4 peppers, half dozen olives, 1 slice of provolone quartered, one slice of provolone quartered, and a quarter cup of Italian dressing on the side. One thing that really gets in my craw is half assed food with snippy attitude. Heat rack pizza where I grew up is tantamount to fiscal suicide, but up here in Northern NY the throngs of mediocrity from Syracuse/Rochester with taste buds as bland as cement bricks keep this place and Foxy's alive. The gal working here looked at me like her mouth was stuffed with vinegar and lemon as well. I am reviewing this establishment as a take out place, thus 4 stars. Although, if it were for sit down service 2-3? We have eaten here several times over the past few years. We call ahead and pick up. No credit cards. I think the pizza is excellent. Sitting there and eating, service is sub par and most everyone is disinterested in your business. I just love how great the service is here. I had had this amazing chef named Adam, he makes a greats pizza that can't be beat anywhere else. They make their own wings and they are so amazing. They also make their own sauce that has the perfect sweetness and tanginess. You can only get cheese or pepperoni longer slices... the old lady who works there emptied the trash can on the back deck with no gloves.... then went back inside to continue preparing food WITHOUT washing her hands.... The young girl up front doesn't know what she's doing and make you wait for 5-10 min between customers... and then when we got to order, I gave her my order then she just ignored my girlfriend and and didn't take her order This place is a joke and I would not recommend stoping here to eat... we are here on vacation and with her not washing her hands now we have to worry about being sick on vacation... read more

We were visiting from out of town and were given a memorable experience in the worst possible way. From the beginning of our experience we we were greeted by a less than knowledgable staff wearing t shirts stating what they did not have and what you, the customer, could not do. They do not accept credit cards. They do not have menus. They do not even have a bathroom. What they DO have is a can't do attitude. When we asked them for Parmesan cheese we were glared at and told to read their t shirts. The food here was over priced, greasy, and a poor excuse for pizza ( their specialty). I highly recommend that you don't waste your time or your money being mistreated at this poor excuse for a restaurant. read more

We had pizza and antipasto there this Thursday. They make their own pizza crust . Absolutely delicious ! We also had a platter w fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. Again , very fresh and delicious. Unfriendly, rude staff. Passable but not exceptional food. I placed my to-go order with the unfriendly counter staff teen, paid cash for it and was told it wold take about 25 minutes. It was not busy and I saw only one other customer during my entire encounter. I took a walk and came back 20 minutes later to pick up the order. A different counter staff teen gave me my order, and was making to ring it up again when I told her I'd already paid for the order. She turned to the other worker and said "did she already pay?" When the other worker affirmed that indeed I had already paid for the order, she slid the box across to me. Not one "thank you" or pleasantry of any kind was ever uttered, no less any sort of apology for questioning the veracity of my stating I had paid for my order. The pizza wasn't so great that I'd put up with the rude staff to order there again. Update: same complaint, different counter staff. read more

Water Front dining is the best here, very lovely..I enjoy Attilio's Pizza and All their food, service is okay for the most part sometimes they could be a little rude and prices aren't wonderful.
