Shopped here a couple of years ago and just realized I never wrote a review. As I sit here still wearing the soft cardigan I love so much, I remembered that I need to go back to this cute store. The cardigan I purchased is soft, warm, and holds up well after washing. The owner is very helpful and patient. The store is organized and clean and I just love seeing all the unique and fun pieces. Never been here, but always like their displays. Today I was able to pop in. Most things were a bit pricey for the style/quality, but sale items were more reasonable. I bought two items. During my browsing, I noticed a small wad of money on the floor near the resister. I was on my way to the dressing room and picked up the money and put it on the counter. I paid for my items and left. I was about 50 feet from the store and the attendant called me back. She forgot to charge me for one item. I returned and paid for it. As I walked out I saw two ladies that were I. The store before I made my purchase. I told them about the money and if they dropped it, should go get it. They both said it wasn't there's and one said she doesn't carry cash. Then it hit me! I think when I pulled my eye glasses out of my purse to browse, I dropped the money! Lol! I went back to the store to tell the attendant and she didn't believe me. She told me I didn't even open my purse! Unbelievable! Who does that. Lesson learned. I need to slow down no matter how excited shopping makes me! I guess the attendant needed the few extra bucks. If you happen to be one of the two ladies that I saw, go back and claim my money! No matter how cute some of the things were, I won't be back. So shady! read more

I absolutely love this place. When I lived in town I shopped often... Far more than I should've... Now when I fly into town on business every month I'm sure to put shopping at this place on my calendar! The staff is amazing the quality of clothes is awesome and the prices are super affordable. be sure to ask the wonderful woman that works there to get a dressing room for you with things that she thinks you'll like. She has amazing fashion sense and can look at body types and know exactly what will look good on you. read more

This store has cute well priced items. I used to shop here often. But, a very poor customer service experience left me not wanting to go back. The store refused a return for no legitimate reason and they all tried to blame it on the different vendors who co-op this space. Then they tried to tell me the item wouldn't sell when it was still hanging on the rack! I liked the idea of supporting a women run local store but after this experience, I won't be shopping here anymore. read more

I bought a dress at the store and the material was very thin. I wore it twice and it ripped straight across as there was a line in the dress. It did not rip it was the material so I took it back to just exchange it to see if they had another one since it was definitely a faulty dress! The lady was so rude to me as a customer and immediately started yelling at me and telling me that I was wrong and that they've never had any faulty material on any of their clothing. I was trying to tell her that I didn't want a refund I just wanted to exchange it for another dress to see if they had one that was better quality! I asked her if she could call the owner and she said no! You can call the store!! I NEVER WANT TO BE TREATED with SUCH DISRESPECT AGAIN!! The clothing is very old looking and average! I had lunch next door and noticed the boutique. I was on the way to the car and got sidetracked by walking into Attitude. I had no idea what a pleasant surprise this unassuming boutique held inside! As I started going through the racks that was a pleasant surprise to see the different styles that they have. Unique and unusual that you will feel like that what you select you won't find anyone else wearing the same thing. I bought 2 dresses & 2 tops that I absolutely adore . If your a purse hound then you'll find this is paradise. All the purses are unique and have outstanding design and quality. i have several purses from here and I always get compliments on them. The clothes are fab as well. They used to have more large sizes but they don't seem to have them anymore. Alas a perfect reason to go on a diet. You would think this store was on Robertson not Sierra Madre Blvd but its worth the trip. read more

Imagine a bag that is probably one of a kind, handmade, super soft leather with a cute design. That is only of of the awesome items that make this store special. Service: Great, the cashier/attendent (there was only 1) was very cute and friendly. She was helpful and knowledgeable as well. Items: Not a big store, but very cute individual items with a interesting design. Probably not likely you will see a girl with the same dress when you go out if you buy from Attitude. Accessories: Purses are handmade by the owner. Crazy right? HANDMADE PURSES! They had great designs, amazingly soft exteriors, nice lining, and I wanted one. I just couldn't pay the price, but if you live in the area you probably can... so definately visit this store! read more

I used to live within walking distance of this little gem; my room mate and I would often frequent it when wanted to shop but didn't want to get into the car to satiate our cravings. It's a pretty tiny little store, but they use the space well. What I love about this store is the fun, unique pieces they carry. As far as the styles go, I'd liken it to a pricier combo of H&M and Forever 21...the items they carry are better quality, so you get what you pay for. They have lots of cute bags and shoes, as well as great jewelry and what I would term "clubbing" or "going out" clothes (dresses, top, etc.). They also have great coats and jackets in fun colors; definitely items you wouldn't find anywhere else because of the special detailing. One of the items I purchased there that I LOVE is a gold necklace with a green gemstone...it has kind of a middle-eastern flair, and everyone always tells me they love it, just because its so different. I really want to go back and see what new jewelry they've gotten in recently. The jewelry is more than you're gonna pay at H&M or Forever 21, but its well-made and will definitely be one-of-a-kind! read more

Ok, I must admit I have never entered Attitude--only driven by and admired from afar as I just moved to the area recently. However, for the past 3 Christmases my boyfriend's Mom and Sister have gone here and purchased, on all three occasions, the most body-flattering, comfortable, versatile dresses I have ever owned and unique jewelry to match! So nice to see well-priced clothes that aren't just from the perspective of Forever 21 or H&M. I'm astounded that they were always able to find the right fit without me ever trying the dresses on! I'll be going here in the next week for my first in-person shopping spree and will update my review based on that experience. read more

Being the owner of a boutique myself I can appreciate a nice layout. I really like how they've placed their displays. The atmosphere is very intimate and calming. That been said, they have very cute clothes and accessories. Will definitely go back when I'm in Sierra Madre :) read more

This is a small, cute little boutique in the beautiful town of Sierra Madre. The customer service is great, the store is clean, and I like the cute trendy clothes they have. I called the store last Tuesday morning, the store was closed. I left a message and asked them to call me if they had what I was looking for. About a half our later they called me back and told me they had the item I was looking for. They opened the store a few minutes before store hours so I can try on and purchase the item. I'm extremely happy with my new sweater and the customer service was fantastic. read more

I bought a dress yesterday and the lady convinced me that it would fit and if it didn't that I could take it back. She showed me that it was stretchy material. When I got home I tried it on... the dress was stretchy... but the lining was not. I got stuck in the dress and waited for my husband to get home so he could lift it with my arms straight up. When mu husband went to take it back they did not take it back. The lady immediately looked at the seam of the lining whic was hidden inside... like she knew that the lining would be the place where this dress wouldn't give. She was un-accomodating. Dress was $58. I really liked the store but when I bought that dress, I was in a rush in between errands... and was planning on going back to buy some cute outfits for me and my daughter. With this kind of customer service... I will NOT BE RETURNING.... there are other stores that have cute stuff less expensive stuff with return policies and you don't feel like a fast one was pulled over your head... literally. At first I loved the the look and idea of the handmade leather bags at Attitude. So much that I spent more than $225 on one. In less than 10 days the buckle/magnetic clasp fell off? Disappeared? Unbuckled? When I returned to the store the manager and maker of the handbags was there. One would think that this was an opportunity to have the defective merchandise repaired or exchanged. Wrong! I was told that I would need to pay them if I wanted to have the faulty mechanism replaced! They do not stand behind their products. I am very dissapointed with their "Attitude" when it comes to customer service. I should have have gone to a Coach outlet store and spent my money on a quality product with a guarantee. The salespeople are super nice, but I will not be back :( read more

This is my all time favorite boutique. The service is outstanding and they have trendy one of a kind jewelry and handbags. If you are passing through this cute little town make sure you stop here on your way through. They also have great outfits that you won't find at your average store. I passed by this cute boutique while in Sierra Madre on a Monday morning. The window display really caught my attention. Fabulous clothed mannequins and cute flower decorations made this boutique a stand out in my eyes. Unfortunately, they were closed that Monday morning and didn't have their hours posted. I tried checking if they had a website or FB page with their hours but no luck. I came back on a Friday morning and they were open, so I excitedly entered to get some retail therapy. Their selection is extensive and upscale, very modern. The store is small but everything is EXTREMELY organized and neat. The store owner greeted me and did not pressure me into buying anything. There are dressing rooms in the back if you want to try on some items before purchasing. I bought a girly floral dress I had seen in the window display on Monday that I absolutely LOVED. It was pricy ($50!) but I understand this is a small "mom and pop" business in Sierra Madre Village where rent is no doubt expensive, so I was willing to pay. They carry an array of dresses, shirts, jeans, handbags, sunnies, watches, and other accessories. Lots to choose from and perfect if you're looking for something cute and flirty (lol). FREE PARKING in rear. Wish this store was more active on social media (Facebook page, Instagram account, updated website). I think they would attract more people that way. This is truly a hidden gem in the SGV. read more

I too have admired from afar. I've been wanting to go in, but everytime I pass the store I'm in my car. So I took a pic so I could see if they had a website. I see they do. I'm really happy to see that; however, they don't show much of their product which is what I'm interested in seeing.
