You order at the kiosk and wait for your food to be made from the kitchen. A wow factor was seeing the pani puri made and filled with toppings live. It took about 10-15 minutes for our order to be complete! We ordered 2 appetizers and 3 entrees for 3 people to share family style. Apps: - Rice: can't go wrong with carbs - Garlic Naan: big 4 pieces that are fluffy, crispy, and lots of flavor Entrees: - Butter Chicken: a classic staple and lots of chicken that was tender, juicy, and so much saucy flavor - Dahi Puri: a good portion of 8 and it was so filling because of the potato and just a flavor bomb that explodes with so much complex flavor of sweet, creamy, crunchy, and more! If you get a meal (Served with 1 bread, Rice & Accompaniments) they give you a divided container with a small section of the entree and the larger portion of rice. Since you're also getting roti or naan, this is backwards to me. Unless you're a carbatarian, get the regular entree and rice and bread on the side to balance the ratios. They don't have enough vegetarian items that we want to eat from them again, now that we've tried them a couple times we'll move on to other local Indian restaurants. We recommend: -Malai Kofta: good sauce flavor, though neither the sauce or the kofta were what we're used to from previous favorite Indian restaurants. The kofta are very fluffy but bland + Punjabi Kadhi Pakoda: good sauce flavor, and the spinach pakoras were good. This sauce has a kick, so it's also good with raita. + Paneer lababdar: good flavor of sauce and cheese -Aaloo tikki chaat: good, I liked the mix of flavors. +naan was good, nice chewy texture and large size We don't recommend: -Bhalla Papdi Chaat: I liked this but my husband didn't. I mainly liked the sauces and the papadi (the crackers I got did not look homemade), so I would try their other appetizers instead. FYI, it doesn't come with pomegranate seeds like in the photograph. -Tandoori Broccoli: huge disappointment, inedible. They either used super old bitter broccoli, or massacred the flavors. It had to go straight into the compost. Neither of us could stand it. Looks like they took it off the menu. -Palak pakodi chaat: so salty it burned my tongue. Portion sizes were decent and easily shareable! No notes or complaints. I enjoyed everything! My biggest gripe was the inside of restaurant... it was so warm inside. I have only good things to say about this place. My sister and I wanted to have rajma and rice and found that this place had it on their menu. As soon as you walk up, you're greeted by people standing outside having street style pani puri. It makes it feel very much like India which I've missed! The rajma was delicious as was the Aachari Chicken. The quantities are geared more towards a single serving over family style but still plenty! We ended dinner with a round of Pani Puri. If you're not indian and you want to know what you're ordering, good luck. There was one person cooking and one working who was not at all friendly and hard to understand. Tried this place for dinner last night. It's located in a small shopping center. Upon entering you walk up to the register and there is a machine you can order at. We asked the worker for recommendations and ordered the butter chicken and chicken lababdar with garlic naan. You can sit anywhere you want. Our food took about 15 minutes and they put it at the counter and you pick up your order. They have free water available. Food was served in these nice silver bowls, however they don't offer plates. They had paper plates at the counter that you would have to get yourself. The flavors were good and not spicy for me. I really enjoyed the garlic naan and the butter chicken. I went to Atulya Bharat when it was just a food truck. I loved the soya chaap so when they finally got a proper place in a strip mall, I knew I had to go. The food held up but it's definitely not something that you can share with others, especially if you're vegetarian. There's achari soya chaap and tandoori veggie momos which are really unique on the menu. The catering service for our party was completely unprofessional , and the company has refused to take accountability for multiple missed and never apologized and kept pushing to pay more for tips and extra charges. Delayed Setup & Missing Equipment: The crew arrived at 7:00 PM--right when guests were arriving. They were supposed to come atkwast an hour early. Despite an extra $500 setup fee, the staff was unprepared, brought only two tables, and lacked table covers. I had to supply my own tables and linens, my private server had to help set up, and the food stations were never labeled. Subpar Food Quality: The main entrees were served completely cold in disposable aluminum trays, and the paneer tasted burnt. The food here is great. I thoroughly enjoyed their paneer. It's definitely my girl's favorite Indian place. You get free desert if you pay with Venmo/Zelle. They have the QR codes to scan for either at the front and show them that you did. You can't pay that way at your table. They don't skimp out on the rice. However, I did ask them for no onions in my dishes, or at least no raw onions. They said they could comply and my food was still littered with onions, so watch out if you have any dietary concerns. Once the food is ready they bring it to your table. They serve the food in compostable containers as shown in the pictures. They only have spoons and forks available. I showed the receipt and also told him that we are 4 people sitting inside with plates and everything why we will we order online. I was craving for soya chaap and found this restaurant through Yelp. There were two flavours, Afgani and Achari, look wise I wasn't able to differentiate between the two, they looked the same. I loved the Afgani soya chaap, was moist and flavourful. Achari soya chaap was a bit hard to chew, although I complained about it and the chef offered a fresh plate of soya chaap which I gladly applauded. They have self-service. Also this place was a food truck before, now they have a much better seated restaurant with loud punjabi music going on inside. We had also ordered Dal Makhni Naan combo, it was awesome !!
