Great Indian buffet! The service was wonderful! Servers were very tentative and the cashier was so sweet! The restaurant was so nice! The buffets were gold and so upscale! And the food, yummm!! The butter chicken was perfect!! Can't wait to come back! This place is my son's favorite!

One of the excellent authentic Indian food I ever had in Bay area. Great ambience and everything was fresh and flavorful. The mutton Biryani and Amritsari and ajwaini fish is a must try. The staff Dinesh and Sadhna were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended

    Buffett includes free drinks.

Went fora dinner buffett. Websites says complimentary beer/mango lassi but the owner refused to honor and we had to pay for the drinks. Had a large party and it was an embarrassing experience. Food trays were empty and no one was looking into it until asked. Naans only served when we got up and asked for it. Plates were not removed and we had to put it on a side counter table. Owner was totally disinterested. Restaurant was empty but still neither of the two owners attended to us.

Nice clean restaurant. We were greeted immediately and seated. We came for the lunch buffet and there were plenty of offerings for both vegetarian and meat eaters. The Nan was delicious. Food tasted ok - I don't eat much Indian food so don't know if I'm a good judge. But I like the variety of flavors and offerings for dishes. As you can see, I got a little of everything including the dessert.

Recently tried their buffet and absolutely loved it. They had 2-3 vegetarian apps, 3-4 veg curries, 2-3 non-veg curries, 2 desserts, juice, papad. We loved the apps especially dahi vada. And veggie curries were delicious. The naan they served was so soft that we asked for an extra. Lychee juice was good and desserts were usual. We didn't try non-veg food so can't comment on that. Overall the food was pretty tasty and good. The staff is nice and they clear out your table quite often, and they make sure to refill your water often. The place is nice and clean. Overall a good spot to try some delicious Indian food. Highly recommended!

I tried the second wife for the first time and it is a pretty good spot for Indian food. The hours aren't accurate on Google Maps as they are closed for 1.5 hours between lunch and dinner, but we were allowed to eat anyway thankfully. The lighting inside the restaurant is nice and lots of natural light and a spacious feel inside. The food for lunch was in a buffet, and everything was good overall. The kale pakora was surprisingly really good. The papadum was a bit oily and the batura had run out though. The garlic chili mushroom was a unique item and was good. Service is great and they kept bringing over naan. The naan was cooked well and I enjoyed the paneer a lot. They have lots of vegetarian and non veg items at the buffet.

I think I may have found my new favorite Indian spot in the South Bay! The food is delicious but the service is a little slow. I came here for dinner and only notice one man serving the whole restaurant. I felt super bad watching him greet customers, drop off menus, bring out food, and doing everything. They definitely need more staff members to help. But overall I think our server did a great job managing everything! Their butter chicken and saag paneer were so good!! I ended up order 4 dishes and a mango lassi. Each dish was bomb and worth the wait! I think I'll come back for their lunch buffet at some point this week. They serve lunch buffet everyday of the week! So excited to come back for the food!

Typical North Indian style buffet catering to a westernized palate. Indian buffet item regulars like colored tandoori chicken, sweet butter chicken, paneer based gravy curry all make an appearance here. With the huge influx of regional and more authentic Indian restaurants in the bayarea it's difficult to appreciate these kind of places. Restaurant itself is new and the serveware are all gleaming in gold color. But the spread is not very extensive. I sampled almost every item on the buffet, though they were all palatable and relatively decent, nothing stood out. I missed biryani as well. Naan was the best item in my opinion, it was smeared with butter and served piping hot at the tableside. But not one of the curries made a good accompaniment for the bread, they were all very sweet or bland and flavorless. Surprisingly they had bitter gourd as well. They couldn't tame this difficult vegetable properly but nonetheless I appreciated the fact that they attempted serving it! The pakora was a bit stale and rest of the dishes were uninspiring as well. For desserts they had rice pudding and sooji halwa, the halwa was overly sweet and needed more cooking.

Nice spot for an Indian lunch buffet! It's close to SJC. :) They had a good variety of curries; both vegetarian and meat options. Lunch buffet was around $23 per person. Place is clean and they give you naan to eat with the curry. The downside is that most options here have spice so kids can't really enjoy the food here. I wish the kids menu was available during lunch and not just dinner.

This classy lunch buffet is the place to taste delicious Indian food and comes with some of the best service I've ever had. Each of the more than a dozen dishes here tasted hot and flavorful. Meats in the entrees were tender and moist while vegetables tasted fresh and crisp. Upon returning to our table, we had cold water and steaming hot naan brought to us. I savored the sweet and sour eggplant. The service here is professional and gracious. They were immediately attentive with taking empty plates or servicing the buffet. The restaurant itself feels elegant - super clean with chic dining ware and tables and in the background are relaxing tunes. Great place!

The Second Wife came up on my explore page and I'm so happy it did! I've been meaning to explore Indian cuisine and felt a buffet would be a great way to try a bit of everything. A bit of everything did I try! Ambience: bright, airy, clean Food selection: Abundant! Each dish was seasoned very well and the spicy level was perfect. The rich flavors paired perfectly with the complimentary infused water Service: 5/5 The staff was welcoming, routinely checked in to ensure we were satisfied I can't wait to recommend this place to friends, family and my team. We will be back!

stopped by for the first time for dinner with a group of 4 on a sunday. made a reservation but it was not necessary as there were only a handful of patrons. hopefully that changes and they get busy because the food is soooooo delicious. the service and ambiance is up there, too. we ordered a couple dishes and ate family style: Dahi Sev Puri, Amritsari Fish Pakora, butter chicken, naan, Lamb Biryani. again, everything was so good. the Dahi Sev Puri was a fun app to start with. the dish is like a party in the mouth. it's an explosion of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors, offering a crunchy and creamy texture in every bite. must be eaten immediately to prevent sogginess. i would come back, especially to try their lunch buffet.

The naan was freshly baked and it was delicious and crispy!

Misal Pav & Vada Misal - Absolutely loved the Misal! Authentic flavor, perfect spice level, and so hearty. I especially appreciated that it wasn't just sprouted moong--there was moong, matki, yellow peas, black-eyed peas, and green peas. A true protein-packed bowl. Two thumbs up Vada Pav - Another hit! We devoured it Sabudana Vada - Crispy outside, soft inside, and just the right size. Didn't care much for the chutney though. Sabudana Khichdi - This one didn't work for me; it leaned a bit too sweet. Ukadiche Modak & Puranpoli - The stars of the meal! Highly recommend both. The modak was soft, pillowy, and melt-in-your-mouth with a great dough-to-filling balance. The Puranpoli was super soft, ultra-thin dough, and perfectly flavored stuffing--excellent in both taste and quantity Sol Kadhi - Just okay for me; not something I'd return specifically for. Kokam Sharbat - Loved it! Overall, a wonderful spot for authentic Maharashtrian flavors with warm, welcoming staff. I'd definitely come back!

So I was hoping for some amazing food from here. I haven't seen many Maharashtrian restaurants, so was very excited. Here is all I ordered: - Kothimbir Vadi: this is absolutely delicious. The flavor and seasoning is top notch. Loved it. - Sabudana Vada: we make this often at home and is one of my favorite Maharashtrian dishes. This was not bad. A bit bland for my liking. But was fried well and I loved the crispness. - Sabudana Khichdi: this was not good. I make this at home and what was sent to me was not cooked properly. Most of the grains were not cooked, and was too bland. - Bhakri: this was awful. No taste. No flavor. It was this white roti that was sent. Not at all like the Bhakri I've eaten in Maharashtra. - Puranpoli: I was super excited to try this as I absolutely love Puranpoli. But this didn't hit the mark. It was ok. Needed to be sweeter. There are many other things in the menu and I would love to try next time I'm in the area.

Weekday buffet was not as packed and i infact saw a huge corporate team gathered for lunch. ***FOOD: doesn't feel like a luxurious buffet due to lack of space but they did have a decent spread with 3-4 veggie appetizers, 3-4 non veg appetizers, 4-5 desserts, Pani puri, fresh table side naan (which was done very beautifully), two varieties of biryani, fried rice, indo Chinese items, 3-4 varieties of non veg curries, 3-4 varieties of veg curries, salad, drinks etc. As with any buffet there will be hits and misses, I for one enjoyed the varied options and the unlimited Pani puri though it was on the sweeter side.
