We have been there twice now for their "brisket" special for a 7pm and 6pm reservation and both times they did not have it available. They said we "just" ran out of it. So the bad staff issue combined with this bad management in ordering food supplies unfortunately takes away from the good food the kitchen staff in putting out. A lot of new restaurants and coming into Canton now so hopefully someone with some authority will address these issues and make Queenies a better restaurant than it is now before it can no longer compete.

Service is consistently great, drinks are solid, and we usually leave happy. Hoping this was just an off evening, because we genuinely like coming here. That was no problem because my kids have learned to find something to eat wherever we take them, and I ordered chicken and waffles to share with them because I love my kids and knew I would get enough food one way or another. The mimosa came in a wine glass because they had run out of flutes, which was fine by my wife, but she said they tasted heavier on the juice than on the prosecco. The chicken was one decent piece for a person, but split between my daughter and me was less than I had hoped for. Thankfully, the salad was a decent appetizer. We always ask for hollandaise on the side because that sauce can go several different ways of bad, but in this instance we were genuinely confused how a benedict could come with anything other than poached eggs! You can probably figure out how I made do with food in this instance.
