One of my little neighborhood cafes that I frequent! Super friendly staff, delicious baked goods, with plenty of vegan-friendly options, and they're savory dishes are proving excellent too. I will say, however, for your iced coffee fix, this maybe not be the best spot, but, the people, the ambiance, the food are all worth it. I wish their hours were longer and they had WIFI so I could WFH outside here! I've tried quiches, and crumb cakes, bagels and yes, the avocado toast and more. They also have a punch card where if you purchased 10 coffees, you get the 11 cup free, and guess who just got her tenth coffee stamped, *points thumbs at self* yep, it's me. Wonderful local spot - they also have some beer and wine too!

Quiche Lorraine with side of salad was delicious just enough for light brunch. Almond croissant and cappuccino were great. Service was on point as always. Quiet place to enjoy yourself in solitude or meet with friends. Ambiance is welcoming, people serve you with smile! Just always awesome experience!

When I visit my aunt I always try to make a stop here in the mornings. I truly enjoy their food and beverages. I highly recommend pretty much anything on their menu. I usually get their spinach quiche and Shitake mushroom Empanada. Their lox bagel needs more texture because otherwise too mushy..You can request cucumbers as well to add in. Their bagel is thin , soft, and nicely toasted.

    Chai latte, delicious

Lovely and quaint, this cafe offers lots of variety of drinks. Came here for a quick drink with some Friends before dinner and we all had lattes. I thoroughly enjoyed the Chai latte I had, just the right amount of sweet and loved the foamy top. It was a beautiful hot drink on a cool and rainy evening. This review is only for the lattes. Didn't get anything else. The cafe is clean and well kept. I shall return.

Wow, this place has really changed within the last few years. My younger brother and always loved this place, the food was great quality and staff were friendly! It's been about 2 years since our last visit. We came here not to long ago and decided to order our usual, roast beef sandwich. The quality of the meat was horrible, it was like chewing on rubber. It was stiff and didn't have a great taste to it. We literally did not finish our meal due to the texture and quality. The still offer gluten free bread and other various options, however the quality of food has changed since our last visit.

Cut in 4 Here's the deal. The service is very professional. Takes a minute because they're extremely busy if you visit during the lunch hours. If you're a foodie and enjoy the view of fresh meats, cheeses, salads, breads, and sandwiches being made fresh..... then the ambiance was bliss. The fact it was in a common neighborhood made it even more enjoyable of a visit! Now to the sandwich..This sandwich itself DEFINITELY lives up to the hype! It really is the REAL DEAL!! Maybe they should change the name to "Da Bomb", because it's that's good! However, through no fault of anyone, this is the learning experience I take back for my next visit: 1) Extra lettuce, tomatoes, onions, hot peppers. Potato Salad IF extra hot peppers! 2) Bring reusable containers for your sandwich, especially if you're not going home/ hotel right away. Next visit, which will be my next visit to NYC, I intend to try the roast beef and turkey hero, extra lettuce, tomatoes, onions, hot peppers. Overall, I still rate 5/5. They do a fantastic job here. Service is awesome, food is fresh, and the amount of food they offer for the price is well worth it. Definitely worth visiting again and again!!

So when he mentioned how his burger was the most popular item, I definitely had to give it a shot - $8.75 for a no frills 8oz Angus burger with American cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce (I believe I saw pickle was available, but didn't get it). What I got was the 8oz of meat, but it was on a gorgeous brioche bun, with 2 slices of beefsteak tomato and really fresh lettuce. The red onions were meticulouslu cooked down in garlic butter on his griddle, and the burger patty (100% fresh, by the way) was cooked on grill using wood chip-fueled fire. Like I said, the guy really cares about his food. The meat was cooked to order, and all of the ingredients (bun, produce) were from LOCAL SHOPS freshly delivered every morning, so no unfresh ingredients. He dared me to eat this burger and come back to tell him it's not the best in the area, and I think he has an argument. So if you want to get a really good burger, all while supporting a 1-man show who supports Astoria's local businesses, stop by! This place is a great addition to the neighborhood, and I can't wait to try the rest of his sandwiches.

I got the "Aged…read moreto perfection" which was prosciutto, and the "US open fan favorite" which was roasted chicken breast. Both came with generous amounts of meat, not too saucy either which sometimes makes sandwiches soggy. I got the regular sub size which I ate half of. It can easier feed 2 people! I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to get a sandwich from Stacked since I haven't had one in a while. I I walked in and waited to be greeted while the staff chatted and gazed at me for about 5ish minutes or so. Finally, I'm acknowledged and asked "what can I get for you". I saw they had a Thanksgiving sandwich called the "Gobbler". I asked how long they would have it as even though it's the November special, sometimes places might make it last through the holidays. When asked I was told "it will be available until whenever November ends". This whole interaction made me feel so unwelcome. It didn't look like there was much going on there in the relm of orders, but it still took them a while to make my sandwich. Finally they bring it to the front counter. Pack it in paper and a paper bag and I'm off. I didn't have much time to eat so I scarfed it down in my car before heading down Queens Blvd. It was very good. Not my favorite, but def has potential. I also feel like, though this is a nice sized sandwich, they were a bit stingy this time around. I would say the star was the stuffing. It just tied everything together. As you all know, I love a good sandwich shop. I wish this was as good as it once was to me. Not sure if I'll give it one more shot just yet.
