This is more of a 3.5 but will give them a 4 as the kinks are worked out. The greeter stand needs more guidance on # in the party and how to create tables. We saw a few odd #'s such as 3 adults, 1 child at an 8 topper and lack of creativity to accommodate larger parties over 4. The tables that seat 4 are way too small. Surprised at how small actually. Smaller than a fast food joint. The manager allowed us to move to one of the large booths and was always walking around talking to customers. That is a save and plus right there. We liked the pizza as well. Thin crust was very good. The Antipasto Salad was darn good also. Prices are decent and as expected. Our server (forget her name) was polite, attentive and awesome. We will be back and hope they fix the operational side of it. read more

Love love love Aubrees and this one is no exception! It's the perfect addition to this little college town. The food was great. My husband and I drool over the feta bread it's amazing-hands down the best cheesy bread we've ever had. I got the specialty basil pesto chicken pizza, and the waiter even had it made into a deep dish personal size for me. So delicious! Great attentive staff as well. Food is delicious I've only tasted they're pizzas, but when it comes to service or delivery it is so bad they take super long to serve/deliver I waited for 3 hours for my food to come and checked in between intervals of an hr each.. all they kept saying was that they're super busy... My boyfriend and I dined in a couple weeks ago and ordered a large thin crust pizza. It came out hot and in a timely manner. As we were about done, our waitress informed us that the manager felt that they had not put enough toppings on it. So he made them remake a free second pizza for us to take home. I've been to the Ypsilanti location as well as this new one in Adrian. By far the best pizza in Lenawee County. Great drink specials including $2.50 20oz domestic drafts, $5 20oz crafts beers, and $5 appetizers. I would also highly recommend the Aubree's bread for an appetizer. I have eaten here 3 times. 1st visit was 2 weeks after opening. Service was very bad very slow. 2nd visit was better. I love the bacon brussel sprouts. Today was horrible. I ordered takeout. I had to call 3 times. 1st call i waited on hold 2 1/2 minutes 2nd call was 2 1/2 minutes on hold. 3rd call the the same lady that put me on hold for 2nd call answered. I told her how many times i had called. I asked for an order of bacon brussel sprouts. Upon paying i was charged for a side order or bacon brussel sprouts. The lady brung my plastis bowl no utensils or bag. I didn't speak up i was already frustrated with having a stressful time placing my simple order. Not sure if i will try Aubree's again. Aubree's DOES NOT disappoint! Every time I go there it's for a late night food run, and I always love trying new things so I've never gotten an entree twice. Needless to say, it's never let me down. HUGE calzones for $5?! Um yes. Brussel sprouts are a must. LOVE their sweet potato fries. I really thought I'd be leaving a negative review tonight...we waited an hour for our food (it was not busy, and we only had 4 meals). There was some sort of mishap in the kitchen (allegedly). Other delays furthered our disappointment. However, the bartender came to our assistance as did the manager and they went above and beyond to ensure our needs and expectations were met. My new favorite pizza place!! I think the food is overpriced, but once in a while I don't mind paying extra to get good food. I have gone there for pizza, and it was amazing, got a burger and it was amazing...just not a fan of the fish and chips. As for service, the first time I went it was not so good, but as time goes on it is slowly getting better. The waitress we had needed to keep up on drinks but otherwise every encounter has been kind, and apologized if food was taking too long. I will go back. read more

The pizza doesn't compare to Ypsi's locations. The service is hit or miss. The booze is expensive for mediocre food. If you ask for vodka and don't specify well, you will get top shelf. The feta bread is good. The burgers come in a basket with a paper lining. The wet soggy paper ends up in your food. Don't get takeout, it is undercooked and gross. I've tried five times. Different choices for crust flavors. Very cheesy. They also have a buffet that offers many varieties of pizzas, salads and bread sticks. Bar as well for drinks. We had our first visit this week. The food was tasty! We had coconut chicken tenders for an appetizer and a delicious avocado and bacon handheld for the entree. Next time we will try the pizza. It looked so delicious! We did get our bill and a "I'll take this up when you're ready" before we even received our entree's, which took quite a while to get; I think someone just forgot. A much needed addition to the town of Adrian. Great ambiance, as well as the best tasting pizza I've had in a very long time. If you go, I would recommend ordering the hand tossed. We had burgers and fries. Fries were cold enough it was obvious they had been sitting quite a while waiting for the burgers. It would have been one star but the waitress offered fresh fries. We explained that we didn't want to wait any longer and would be done with our burgers by the time we got the new fries. She came back and had adjusted our bill. Because the waitress made an effort to make us happy we will give it another try, but this being our first visit it was very disappointing.
