It hit so hard that it bent the wheel and damaged the brake rotor. I was 15 minutes outside of Yakima when this happened. I called up Apple State and their event coordinator, Leanne answered the call. After explaining my situation, I asked if they had a way to come get me and she said unfortunately, due to staffing issue, they were unable to come get me at the time. As I was looking for a tow company to come get me I got a call back from Leanne telling me that there would be a gentleman calling me and that he would come get me. This wasn't a employee, but yet a friend of hers. I was absolutely blown away that she was willing to reach out to a personal friend to help out a customer! This was just the start of this amazing experience. Once I got to the dealer, obviously they didn't have a wheel in stock to be able to fix my bike right away. So I started looking into other ways of getting the bike either home or myself home and coming back and getting the bike. I forgot to mention I live in western Washington. After some phone calls and talking with a friend, we came up with a plan to get the bike and myself home. Shortly after this a salesman Ty came up to me and introduced me to Jamie the owner of the dealership. Jamie came up with a unique proposition to get me back on the road. He took it upon himself to pull a motorcycle off the showroom floor and give me the front wheel off of it and then charge me for the original invoice which I was glad to pay! that not only was an almost unimaginable situation, but the customer service and the amazing support and compassion that was shown by this dealership to make sure that a traveler could get home was just outstanding. Reinvigorated my faith in humanity. If you are ever in need of anything from parts with Jesus or crystal from service to just about anything else in the store, rest assured you are in great hands. I'm a young 23 year old woman who was looking for a helmet for my e bike to block the rain/be safe in Seattle and stopped while driving through. Was given great recommendations and help with my glasses without them being pushy and tried on many helmets until I found the perfect one. Really appreciated their patience as someone who didn't really know what they needed/wanted. I would highly recommend as I tried looking in the Seattle area and noticed many took advantage of my lack of knowledge to push the most expensive product/ make fun of my wants for "cute" helmets but not here. Appreciated the nonjudgmental atmosphere a-lot as someone who is hoping to upgrade to a beginner motorcycle in the future and will have a lot of questions. I didn't have an appointment and I dropped my car off at 10am and they had it done by 1pm. Super quick turnaround time. Rich was especially friendly! I pulled it as far as Yakima with my equally small truck, fighting sway the whole way. I managed okay, not great, but okay, until I hit the wind. I could barely stay on the road, so I pulled off and started calling around to see if anybody could help me. I called these guys and after hearing my story, Troy in the service department said if I could be there when they got back from lunch they'd put sway control on for me. Everyone there was amazing. So kind and helpful. Eduardo, the technician who installed my sway control, went above and beyond to make sure I was safe on the road. They even ran to the store to buy some bigger hooks for my breakaway chain. He checked my tire pressure and lug nuts. He explained how everything worked, even things not related to what he installed. Troy was also very kind and patient with my inexperience and lack of confidence pulling a trailer. He went above and beyond making it easy for me to get out of their lot and even waved goodbye as I left. I seriously wanted to bring these two guys home with me. I don't think my husband would have appreciated that though so I left them there for now. (I'm still considering going back to get them...) I don't know if sales is anything like service, but the service department knows what customer service is about. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Upon arrival I asked for a quote and a time of completion. Was told about an hour work time and $140.00 quote. They kept my RV all day when he said it would be about an hour. With a 2 week in advance appointment I should have been the first rig worked on that morning. When I received the bill it was over $400.00. I told him he quoted me $140.00 for an hours worth of work. He gave me an OH this can't be right. He then changed the bill to $140.00. SO BEWARE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOU DON'T PAY ATTENTION. Make sure you get a quote and working time line. Because they will jack up the price and try to rip you off and charge you for work and time they don't do!

Not a month passed by and I returned to have a scratched looked at on my rear hatch. They said they could buff it out and proceeded to take my keys and work on it immediately. After they were finished I asked how much I owed them. The owner proceeded to say they are not in the business of nickel and diming customers and did it free of charge. Wow! Thank you GO!!

Extremely nice on the phone and told us they had common models of water pumps in stock. We decided to drive to their location. They had the replacement water pump in stock. We explained we were on a trip and asked if they could possibly have a technician install the water pump. They were able to accommodate us and got our RV in right away. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, from the parts person to the very nice lady that was able to get us in on short notice. They let us bring our dog inside while we waited. Everyone we talked with was very friendly, and our dog got a lot of attention. From the time we pulled in, to pulling out with the new water pump installed was only about an hour! Aubrey's is a hard-to-find gem. I understand completely why they have been in business so long. Great people and service. Highly recommended.
