Worst car dealership in Charlotte !! I decided to review this dealership due to especially poor communication by Erika Gillard their internet sales manager. I had expressed interest in their Audi A5 sportsback but after the initial quote there was no further communication by Erica. I had mentioned what time I was going to stop by on Saturday August 4th but she did not respond or told me which sales manager would I be dealing with. We went anyways and Jimmy Barnett was the sales contact we dealt with.He met us at the door so we didn't really had any choice. I was hoping to deal with someone experienced such as Max along with Erika and felt like we were handed off and was such a downer from the get go. Jimmy being very new does not see to have any leverage regards to pricing negotiations and had to run every numbers by his manager. This dealership seemed very busy and short with us, so after just one exchange of prices, we were told that they cannot go any lower than 5 % MSRP. They just does not seemed to be too keen or willing to work with the customers. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, for their lack of communication, and unfriendly service. I went the same day to Hendricks BMW Northlake dealership and what a pleasant change. I purchased 2019 430i Gran Coupe and I am very happy with my purchase. Audi should review these dealerships for not only customers who bought the vehicle but also customers like me who were motivated buyers but were turned off by the attitude and poor service of dealership such as this one. read more

Let me start with my conclusion. DON'T buy an Audi car at Audi of Charlotte. As a 70 year old and father of three daughters I have bought dozens of cars and never been treated as shabbily as at Audi of Charlotte. Because the Audi Q7 got rave reviews on Consumer Reports, instead of a Lexus like my previous 8 cars, I thought I would try an Audi. The car is nice enough but the service was horrible. After the nice salesman Max explained the car I decided to purchase it. Max assured me that Audi of Charlotte looks after their customers. I was handed off to Peppi Bonocore who is the Finance Director. He showed me all the options for added coverage, and I bought policies to cover the leather, paint, dings, routine service and extended coverage for 5 years. When I went in for my first visit, Kenn Hooker the service consultant, could not find the appointment that I had made 2 weeks previously( although I had received an automated reminder.) I was going to leave the car a week so they could fix several small scratches, change the oil and whatever was needed at the 10,000 mile first service visit, and inspect the car. Kenn reluctantly agreed to take the car, and I did not even trouble the dealership for a loaner. When I returned a week later, the car was dirty, the inspection had not been done, and the scratches not repaired. The service manager could not have been more disinterested, impolite and unhelpful. Peppi denied that I had been told scratches were covered and I was mistaken. He said only tiny scratches that could be buffed out were under warranty. Max my friendly salesman did not help me in any way, now that the sale was over. The upshot is that the car was poorly serviced, the service people argumentative, the manager incapable of managing the problem, and Peppi and Max were not helpful. I know what good dealership service is. I have had a Lexus since the first model, and never had a problem getting the cars maintained. I sincerely doubt that this disrespect would have happened at Hendrick Lexus. Only a year ago, I had a 12 week old kitten hide under the second row seat of my daughters Lexus SUV. She would not come out to food or a toy, and the temperature was 95 that day. When I called Lexus with the problem, they said come right in to the service bay They took out the back seat to save the kitten. At no charge. My recommendation is buy a Lexus, not an Audi, and go to Hendrick Lexus of Charlotte. If you must buy an Audi, go anywhere other than Audi of Charlotte. read more

I bought a 2021 Audi s6 from these crooks less than 9 months ago. I was not a local resident so I assume they had no incentive to behave properly as I would not be coming for servicing. The tread on the rear tires less than 9 months and 5k miles later is 2/32". That is physically impossible as I'm being told by my local Audi dealer. They suggested that whoever I bought it from replaced my rear tires with old ones because that would never happen with these tires. I bought an 80k car brand new from these crooks and they legit gave me a car with used tires. It's actually incredible. Also, don't bother calling Audi corporate, they just blamed the tire manufacturer (who I also called, and they blamed Audi). My advice to you: unless you're local and going to use them for servicing- stay far far away. They only behave ethically when their incentives are aligned read more

Most women cringe at the thought of getting their car serviced. I can honestly say every experience I've had at Audi of Charlotte has been a good one. Today was the 2nd time I've needed something repaired that wasn't covered under warranty and they still covered it at no cost to me. My car was involved in an accident and there was a residual problem the collision center would not repair. Bill told me to bring the car in and they'd diagnose and potentially be able to fix the car same day. I was there for about 2 hours when a manger approached me. He said, "you have been her a long time. Can I get you lunch or would you like to take my car to go out?" I declined because Bill had just checked in and stated my car would be ready soon. The manager said, "ok, but if anything changes, you let me know." Two things here: 1) Bill was great with checking in and letting me know the progress of my repair. He also offered to assist with getting the insurance any information to expedite my reimbursement. 2) The manager was attentive and noticed I was there a while. His offer was surprising and kind. Wow. This place is unbelievably bad. Went to drive an Audi Q5 because I need a new car. They provided old school, pushy sales tactics while I was there. In the 10 days since visiting the stealership, they have hounded me with daily phone calls, emails and texts. Multiple sales people have pestered me asking what it would take to get me in the car. I expect this behavior from a buy here, pay here lot. For a prestige brand, this is ridiculous!! WARNING! Do not give them a real email or phone number if you want to keep your sanity. read more

The service/part department is extremely below average.. I took my car in for a battery test and an oil change. They did the oil change/replaced the battery and the multi-point inspection as well. I had to pay $500 for a battery. When I picked my car up it was making a strange whining sound. I took my car back a day later and told them; turns out the alternator was bad (not sure how often both the battery AND alternator fail at the same time). At first said they would have it done by October 31st (two weeks away) . It came and went with no communication. I had to reach out and turns out it was still on back order with no ETA. My car has been sitting there for almost 3 months. After being without a car and no periodic updates other than "it's on backorder" when I had to call them. I took it upon myself to call a different Audi dealership who pointed me to Volkswagen of South Charlotte ( I'm sure this location has access to the same system this other dealership has) . They had one on their shelf that matched the part number and had been on the shelf for over a month. I can understand back orders due to supply chain, but not actively looking for parts is a lack of due diligence that I expect when choosing to have an Audi. I had to pick the alternator up and take it to them for installation, so I pretty much did their job excluding the installation. No courteously gestures such as a free oil change due to this massive inconvenience or anything. They also advertise courtesy vehicles on their phone line/online and they said "we don't do those anymore due to Covid", so I've been without a car for 3 months. Like I said, I understand supply chain but it takes minimal effort to have good customer service and good communication in which your dealership has none. If this is how Audi does business.. my next car will be a BMW. read more

I took my Audi A4 3.2 into Audi of Charlotte for service a couple of times. The friendliness of the staff is fantastic. However, the service department has room for improvement. * Although the service department fixed my coolant problem, they left several parts on top of the engine as well as not properly pressurizing the coolant system. I needed to take it back and then everything was properly addressed. * I have a V6 engine but the service department only put in oil as if it were a 4-cylinder engine. The oil light came on and luckily the Audi of Chandler, AZ was able to address it in a timely manner. The Audi of Chandler, AZ mechanics noted not enough oil was put in the engine since my last service. * Audi of Charlotte did a great job on my rear brakes but charged me nearly $100 for a tire rotation that somehow took my car out of alignment. Also, the service department failed to put in the proper amount of tire pressure in the tires. Luckily Goodyear took care of everything and Audi of Charlotte later adjusted my bill. Note: Audi of Chandler, AZ did not charge me for a tire rotation when my front brakes were getting replaced as the tires were already off the car. The prices at Audi of Charlotte are reasonable but I question the service department and how much you have to keep after them to make sure everything is done right. I purchased a used vehicle just under two weeks ago. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice. They did make a mistake with the financial paperwork which would of benefited me greatly and I'm sure my attorney would of loved it but I let it slide since everyone was so nice. There was a definite lack of attention to detail. The reason for the bad review is that they told me the interior would be cleaned. It definitely was not. I had to clean the interior myself which involved a full steam clean and shampoo. It was extremely disgusting. Also, I received countless requests to submit a review from my salesman. I would give them a zero stars if that was possible. On May 31st 2018, I brought my Audi A6 to Audi of Charlotte because my coolant indicator light came on. On June 4th, after his "service" the Audi service technician informed me that no codes came up and the coolant was low in the expansion tank. The tech said they topped off the coolant and found no leaks. They then released the car to me. Upon later inspection of the invoice, the "mileage in" and "mileage out" was the same. So they never test drove it...after talking to other experts, a car won't overheat without driving it? I drove the car about 100 miles after picking it up from Audi of Charlotte with no known issues. On June 25th I was taking a family trip and was about one hour outside of Charlotte and the same coolant light came on that had been checked by Audit of Charlotte three weeks earlier. I was on the interstate and as soon as I could find a safe place to pullover I did. Maybe 10 - 15 minutes, I'm not certain of the time. Given this exact issue had been thoroughly checked and I was told by Audi of Charlotte that everything was OK, I didn't think there was a major concern. After pulling over I turned the car off. When I tried to restart it, it wouldn't start. I then contacted the nearest Audi service, which was Audi of Columbia SC, and had the car towed there for service. I rented a car and continued on my trip to see my family. Audi of Columbia did $2,563 of repairs to my Audi's coolant system, no coolant, busted pipes and hoses, etc. All after I was told by Audi of Charlotte 3 weeks prior that there was nothing wrong with my coolant system. After Columbia performed all their repair work to the coolant system, I was informed that my car still wouldn't run because of damages to the engine due to loss of coolant. They estimated the repairs to be $15,000 - $20,000 or more. My car had always been properly serviced since the date of purchase. As of this date, I had to buy a new car. I tried to work with Audi of Columbia on a trade "as-is" for my Audi for a new Audi, but they would not work with me. I have received zero help from Audi of Charlotte, Columbia and America. This is the case knowing that any reasonable person could come to no other conclusion but the obvious, Audi of Charlotte misdiagnosed or didn't do a thorough inspection before they released the car to me on June 4th All Audi representatives have refused to take any responsibility and have refused to help me at all. I don't understand why Audi of Charlotte is refusing to own up to their mistake. If they had properly diagnosed the issue with the coolant system, my car's engine would not have over heated and need to be replaced. My Audi that had a book value of $22,000 (originally cost $72,000 and only 53,000 miles on it is now a total loss. I did what I thought I should have done, take it to Audi service, and I have been totally let down. Audi of Charlotte didn't do their job and I am paying the price. Audi of Columbia still has my car, and will not release it until I pay for the coolant system repair on a car I can't even start. Is it common practice to replace a coolant system on a car that has an engine that doesn't run? How do I know the coolant system was properly repaired if I can't even start the car? I am still waiting for some type of resolution from Audi. read more

This review is specifically for the Service Department only. I'm giving Audi of Charlotte's Service Department 4 stars for amazing, quality cosmetic workmanship. They refaced all four of the rims on our car to make them look brand-new! This review is for all the wives and girlfriends out there who have driven their husband/boyfriend's sports car and somehow, the curb got too close to the car. I can't begin to describe to you the doe eyes I feigned when my boyfriend asked me if I knew anything about the scratch on his rims with the most pained look in his eyes... TIP: The person who refaced the rims and does minor cosmetic repairs is only available on Mondays, and only if it isn't raining because he works outdoors. Amazing workmanship. For less than 10% of the cost of completely replacing our scratched and scuffed rims, Audi of Charlotte refaced them and literally made them look like they are brand-new. There is no trace of any remnant scuff or scrape on any of the rims. The fact that they offer this service is a godsend!!! They did mention that they would perform this service for non-Audi vehicles but without the benefit of the complementary loaner (see below). Further, they state that they can perform other minor cosmetic repairs, including fixing our scuffed bumper (my bad...again) and matching our multidimensional, upgraded paint to boot! Loaner vehicle offered almost immediately. Because the process takes a few hours, Audi offered me a complimentary loaner vehicle (new A3 that still had the new car smell but no navigation) that was available almost instantaneously. Customer service; this is where they fall short of 5 stars. The good. + They have a waiting area that is stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks (that's not uncommon for most dealerships). + The work was done in a few hours; expedient, quality workmanship is always greatly appreciated. + The service managers are polite and courteous. Room for improvement. _ Underquote; overcharge. They quoted me "at least $90 per tire." Ok. So 4 tires = $360 plus tax; however, my total invoice was $400 plus tax. I didn't quibble over the $10 because in the whole scheme of things, it's still a great deal and we didn't have to replace the rims since it was just a cosmetic repair. BUT... It's the principle. If you tell me that it's $90, then charge me $90. Otherwise, tell me that it is $100 per tire so that I expect $100. Just manage my expectations and we'll be great. Don't pull the bait and switch, regardless of how minuscule the price deviation. _ Soppy wet loaner vehicle. The loaner that they gave me was still dripping, sopping wet, with soap suds on it. Coming from many years of BMW and recently Mercedes, and Audi of LA complementary service, this is a first. Every loaner that I've received was clean AND dried. In their defense, perhaps because they told me that the car would be available in 3 minutes, they wanted to honor that timeframe but I wouldn't have died if they were still wiping off the car. _ Lack of information. After the rims are refaced, there is a lacquer placed on the surface that apparently makes the brakes feel a little delayed; they keep rotating even when the brake pedal is fully depressed and they make a horrible groaning sound. This would have been good to know BEFORE I left the lot. I noticed this while I was driving away and within 10 minutes, I decided to turn back and have Audi inspect them. The service manager THEN informed me that the lacquer and corresponding braking delay was normal and would wear off in a few days. Properly functioning brakes are REALLY critical; this would have been good to know before I left the dealership, especially if this is typically something that I should anticipate. _ Friendliness. When I walked in to the department, there were 4 men, standing around, none of whom made eye contact with me and greeted me. It took a good 3-4 minutes of me standing there expectantly before they addressed me. This is just a gesture of common courtesy, guys. You're not THAT busy; you're not performing brain surgery, after all. Take a minute to greet people when they enter, it doesn't cost you anything to look up for one second to say, "Hello, we'll be right with you." Overall, the Audi of Charlotte Service Department is getting 4 stars for giving me what I paid for, refacing my rims to brand-new condition. They didn't get 5 stars because I expect luxury customer service at a luxury dealership. Update: we had our bumper repaired for about $350. You can tell that the paint doesn't match, especially in sunlight. I would recommend sticking to rim repair only. read more

Called a million times to get hung up on each time. finally get someone on the phone and they put me on hold to get the service department and of course no one ever comes to the phone. Audi Northlake has never given me these issues. I recently moved to the independence area and of course would've liked to use them since they're 15 mins away but I'll continue getting my awesome service from Audi Northlake. I called and drove to Audi of Charlotte to change the battery in my car key which was under warranty. After driving 15 miles in rush hours on independence Blvd. and getting there 10 minutes before they close, the service advisor told me that we are wrapping up to close the shop and won't be able to change your key's battery under warranty but if you go to part department you can buy the battery and change it yourself. I was so disappointed of his attitude and customer service. I bought the battery from part department and went back to the service advisor and told him you are still here and you could have done it, but your bad attitude and customer service just lost one customer. I drop my car at the end of my lease. BTW I looked at the new Audi in Atlanta and they always have better offer. read more

I have to take my boss' car in for services. He's a multi millionaire and paid cash for his new car. The money isn't the issue for him, but the service is a serious issue for me. Today's goal was to take it to get a new tire put on, that's it. Nothing serious or even time consuming, right? I tried to make the appointment online but had a question so called to speak to an adviser. I wanted to be sure they had the correct tire before I waste my time going there. I was surprised to hear that not only do they not have it in stock, but they won't have it for 2 days, there will be no valet service due to the tire's issue and that they don't have any loaners to facilitate dropping it off at night. WOW. The service "adviser" spent lots of my time telling me all the things he could NOT do for us and zero time trying to find solutions. He even had the nerve to let out a couple of very exasperated noises while he was on the phone with me as if I were bothering him with my petty request. I decided that there are plenty of tire stores in Charlotte so went online and found the tire we needed right down the road. While I was there I went ahead and purchased 2 other tires and the roadside warranties for all 4 tires. I spent over $900 but was still in and out in less than an hour. Yes- less than one hour. Excellent work Audi service guy; way to cut yourself out of some commission and piss off a lucrative client at the same time! Since I'm the decision maker as to where I take his car for services, today's adviser has helped me make the decision to no longer use Audi of Charlotte. read more

1) I took my Audi in for a service a few months back and noticed The car had an extra 15 miles over what I brought it in with on the tak. This of course meaning after the service they decided to just drive my car apparently everywhere. I do drive an Audi R8 which is considered an "exotic" so it's understandable that one of the mechanics might've wanted to joyride it a bit longer than usual. This really pissed me off and after talking to the service manager nothing was settled other than an excuse that they needed to make sure the car was "fit for the road". #whatajoke 2) I told myself I would never use them ever again but I needed a quick answer to an easy problem and decided to call Audi of Charlotte to see if they had an answer. So today I called In to ask the service manager about an issue I was having with my AC and where exactly the nozzle for the re-charge of freon was. The technician refused to talk to me about where the nozzle to insert the AC Freon was he just tried to relay the information to a receptionist(who clearly knew nothing about cars) and she would try to regurgitate what the mechanic said. So after going back-and-forth about 10 times And being on hold for over 30min she said the mechanic says bring it in and we will recharge it for you. I then asked how much that would cost and for a nice price of $140 they will handle it. I finally got so mad that I told them I will never use Audi of Charlotte ever again nor will I ever buy a car from them ever again. Now I understand why their star rating is so low. Meh. Longstanding customer of the service dept @ Audi of Charlotte. My comments on service: 1. Good for the easy stuff like oil changes. 2. Service reps border on harassment about giving them a "10 of 10" rating on JD Power surveys. You feel guilty that their kids won't eat that night if you go less than 10, which essentially makes the survey pointless. 3. You have to remind them to give you the vehicle checklist (wear/tear items like tires, brakes). You also need to double check their work. I've had the techs measure things wrong twice (tires don't grow extra tread between services). Def keep an eye on the numbers between visits. 4. I've had to drive back to Matthews (45 minutes) because the tech/advisor forgot to reset the service interval in the ECU (computer). #painful 5. I learned that the service team changed my brakes over, but, didn't flush/fill the brake fluid in my lines. This should have happened when my brakes were swapped at 2.5 years w/ 40k miles. Any high end mechanic would have at least suggested this. Again, this goes back to doing your homework on service intervals and checking their work. 6. For tires, highly recommend Discount Tire. Audi of CLT is def "stealership" when it comes to tires. Close to half the cost for the same OEM tires at Discount Tire, and Discount includes free rotations with Hunter force road balancing every 5k miles (will dramatically extend the life of your tires) 7. Audi of Charlotte service team had zero compassion when a road trip left us with a single car with no A/C in the South Carolina heat. They could have cared less. Fortunately, Audi Northlake saved the day. This was the last straw for me. Good bye Audi of Charlotte, hello Audi Northlake (both for service and my next Audi). read more

The worst experience I've ever had as a customer! I ended up suing them over the issues they caused! I was at Audi of Charlotte for some service, and had some parts replaced. Unfortunately when they had improperly replaced my dipstick, bits of plastic from the un-professional removal of my dipstick caused those pieces to find their way into my oil return pickup which then couldn't provide oil pressure to my top end of my car, and ruined the chain tensioner making my car a brick on wheels. As my trust had been ruined with them, I immediately had my car towed and serviced by A&M Automotive LLC, who did a fantastic job of fixing the engine. When the car arrived, the top end of the engine wasn't even put back together at all! I ended up suing them in court for the $2500 they owed me for the repair costs due to their mistakes, which they insisted that it was issues with the car and not their service, not to mention the countless times they changed their story on me about why my engine was not functioning correctly. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THEM OR TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM. THEY WILL RUIN IT AND BLAME YOU!!! I WON THE COURT CASE BTW :D P.S. I still have the evidence of how they left my engine in shambles, so message me if you want to know how terrible their service really is. read more

Before you go any further, this dealership in our opinion exercises healthy predatory sales tactics. I would say initially the experience starts out well enough. My wife and I were in the market for a new SUV and were debating between the Q7, and Mercedes. We were basically walk ons to the lot and met a salesperson (name not included, if you want it I will post it). He was friendly enough and took us on a test drive highlighting some of the features of the vehicle. We left to go drive a Mercedes and decided on the Q7. I started putting out feelers for pricing on a new Q7 from GA to MD. I received a fairly aggressive quote from MD and sent an email inquiry to the internet sales folks here and they said, "Unless your a loyalty buyer or military we cannot touch that price." I replied "Thank you" and proceeded with the purchase in MD. A week later my wife received a call from the sales associate that we met initially on the lot and she told him that she had purchased in MD and that we had moved on. I suppose he took it personally and was a little agitated with her on the phone so she hung up on him. He proceeded to email her and tell her that he had recently sold a Q7 $9K off of retail and that all she had to do was come in and negotiate and they would provide the best price possible. He then stated that he would take her off their contact list....however he had to follow up with one more email to tell her of the stellar reputation this Dealership has. So the only way to get the BEST price possible is to goto the dealership and spend half a day negotiating prices, please and no thank you. I sent him an email to not contact any further. I sent management an email on the experience and what did I hear back, nothing. I suppose when they take you off their contact list, they really do. Just be aware, maybe we were the exception it appears that they have a lot of google reviews, albeit without any real content but do what is right for you. We will not step foot on the lot as something that should have been nothing got nasty real quick. However Audi of Greenville, SC and Rockville Audi in MD are truly exceptional. read more

Again Audi of Charlotte doesn't disappoint! From the moment you drive in with an appointment, you are greeted immediately and with a friendly smile. They tell you who your service advisor will be and as soon as you walk in, they greet you again immediately. Bill Atkins is GREAT; he always recognizes me and knows my vehicle and is always helpful and pleasant. Bill keeps you informed in the repair process and tries everything to get you out as quickly as,possible when waiting for the vehicle. I am very happy with the service I received at Audi of Charlotte. John my service advisor provided me with a nice loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired for an annoying noise that drove me crazy from the clutch pedal on my 2014 Audi S4. The car has now been repaired properly as I rode with shop foreman Kevin and the technician John Wilson to resolve the issue as they listened to ensure we were hearing the same noise. The care the shop team provided to find what was wrong with the vehicle was next to none. I would recommend these guys to anyone! A++ Thanks guys read more

I say I was mistaken because I had the great fortune of working with Greg at the dealership. From the second I stepped on the lot I was greeted by Greg and he seemed to have a genuine interest in what I was looking for. Throughout our interaction we test drove several vehicles and he did what any great sales person should do - became a friend, someone to relate and talk to. Justin & Duane were also fantastic throughout the negotiation process--albeit a long one. All in all, everyone made me feel like an Audi Owner already when I was just test driving. I felt like Greg had known me for years and we were just catching up and he were telling me about the new cars available; that is key to going from a good sales person to a great sales person. Really happy with our experience both shopping and purchasing new Q3 from this dealership- Max our salesperson did exactly what he said from start to finish - No attempts to inflate mrsp with nonsense add ons like nitrogen for tires like Hendricks Northlake Audi did. That stuff really annoys me and makes me distrust the entire process- non of that here just a sincere effort to reach a win win that results in purchase/sale - Also want to compliment Marcus the finance dude - we had small issue with trade in car title and he took ownership of problem to facilitate trade in and new car sale - Overall a plus experience and oh did I mention we love our new Audi - thanks guys!!!! read more

I had a 7:30 appointment for the 15k mile service. Was greeted at the car with the work order and told the service advisor needed the car back by 2:00. Signed the work order and left as my ride to work was coming. This was a great experience and deserves 5 stars. Now I need to deduct at least 3 stars as I finally left the dealership at 5:00 in a filthy car as I could wait no longer. Requested the car to be ready as I had plans. I was offered a loaner car but since I was not going to be back for three days that did not work. As I walked to my car I was told to call and they would pick the car up to complete the service. Did not accept that offer. Already made one day troublesome cannot imagine another so soon. read more

This is an edit to the earlier review. Will try to make it as short and sweet as possible. Oh! Fyi, I am here while writing this review. Congrats Audi of Charlotte to go from 4 to 1 star. I scheduled my car service at 4.30 pm on Jul 12, 2016 from the website. Received a call from service advisor that they can't do it at 4.30 pm because their service men leave at 5.00 pm. When i mentioned that website says your service center closes at 6.00 pm., he said that website might not be updated. How was i able to book an appointment for 4.30 pm at the first place, no idea. He then asked if i can make it to 3.30 pm. Since i scheduled for a Tuesday, a working person can't change all his office meetings only because their online system is broken. I said that he can send me an email about whatever he just said. I got no email back. After filing a complaint on online chat, i received a call from service manager who said that they will provide me service at whatever time i booked the appointment for. So nice of him, i received another email confirming my appointment at 4.30 pm. But guess what.... I call next day at around 3.10 pm to confirm my appointment for that day. Tadaaaa, "sir i told you yesterday we can't do at 4.30 pm". I was mad, so i said that i will head there to make it in time, can they provide me loaner car? "Yes sir". But wait.... When i reach the place, they don't give me loaner. Denied me a loaner saying that there is none available. They are ready to service my car right away if i can wait 1.5 hrs. Professionalism at its worst, i change my plans 3 times in 2 days to because their online system was broken (which btw was not) and because they can't provide me loaner. On the way back to home my new right front tire got flat. Plus they had to change the right front tire and add patch to the right rear tire, but in fact they did the opposite. New rear tire and patched the front one. Worst service experience ever in life, and this is coming from a person who had a Honda car in India. This was the earlier review, which still agree with only because of sales person: Had the best car buying experience. They made my choice easy. The best salesperson ever 'Walter'. Go to him, he knows how to make your decisions easier. One star deducted for finance department. read more

I have now been to the dealership's Service Dept 6 times for various reasons (routine checks and cosmetic fixes), and I've always worked with Bill Atkins - who has provided consistently excellent service. I went in this weekend looking to lease an A4... I was asked to test drive immediately and what my budget was. When I declined both the test drive and to answer the budget question the sales person became very frustrated. I asked about the special posted on the website and after going through the whole process I was told they only had a bright blue car. When I asked about other colors I was escorted out and told to leave after they talked to management while I was standing there. I wasn't looking to buy a Bmw but this was my next stop and I needed a car. Very satisfied with the new Bmw and that car buying experience. Very disappointed that this place looked at me like I couldn't afford a car. Bmw treated me stellar! Would highly recommend going to Northlake first! read more

Terrible experience with service. Work was to be completed in approx an hour; took 2 hours after inquiring several times. Mechanics were backed up, and then car wash was backed up, and car was not washed as I could no longer wait. Set correct expectations and respect your customers' time. Just basic business courtesy. read more
