Mechatronic unit in my car failed. There are known TSBs out there and Audi has yet to correct the issue with their vehicles with a mechatronic. They discounted the new one a bit, but only after threatening to complain to Audi of America, and communicating how ridiculously expensive a new one is. Even with the $1000 or so they took off after fighting with them and emailing leadership at the dealer, I still ended up paying roughly $5k for a unit that has not been corrected and has only a one year warranty on the part. Update: now my steering is defective all of a sudden. Wheel is near locked and multiple fault codes. Just spent over 5k for new mechatronic now I need a whole new steering rack. Audi cars seem to be trash. They do not care about the customer. All they know how to say is "I'm sorry." read more

Paid almost 90k for a brand new Audi at this dealership - Audi Clearwater . At 4300 miles I needed a service for an issue with the defrost not working. Was told if I wanted an Audi loaner I would have to 'wait a while'. If I wanted an Enterprise rental with no guarantee of what I will get, they could schedule me sooner. The wait for the Audi was 'several weeks.' So if you need service and you fork out thousands and thousands on a new Audi just know you won't be getting an equivalent car to rent if you need service fast at this location. I have owned Audi's for years in other states and I never ever was given a car other than an Audi when I needed service. Not impressed. read more

Traded my XC90 for a Q7 May 2021. 18 days after the deal my trade still wasn't paid off, they were just 'so busy'. I was advised to make a payment on my trade to avoid being late? Like a fool I did. 2 days later the trade in was paid off but confusion ensued, took another few days to sort that out. During financing I expressed interest in ceramic clear coat for the paint. In the financing office I was told that I could get a killer deal on Wheel and Tire protection because of my great credit, only $30 extra With the Clear Coat. Uhhh done. Suweet.... Not. Like a fool I signed all the papers and was gone home with my very happy wife Without double checking everything I was told was on the papers correctly. Later I realize I was actually being charged $30 a month for wheel and tire And not $30 on top of the total for ceramic coating. I called 3 times, I emailed 3 times, so I finally left a voicemail for a manager and was called the next day. Got the ball rolling and have been told 10 to 12 weeks until I get my money back. WEEKS. In this digital age. I will not go back to Audi Clearwater ever. I just feel jerked around and I definitely feel unimportant to them. The Q7 is awesome though. read more

I bought a used 2014 Audi Q5 and put around 3500 miles in the first year. I took it in for a coolant light which was under warranty but they said I failed the 5 point inspection on the rear brakes and tires. There is no way in 1 year & 3500 miles I put that kind of wear on either item. The offered $100 off the brake jog of $900+ dollar. So they KNOWINGLY sold be a unsafe vehicle and were not willing to take responsibility . They have lost a customer for life. So I want to state first and foremost that I love the Mercedes dealership in Tampa. The service is so stellar that I was hesitant to even think of buying an Audi. I fell in love with the Audi 5 Ans post purchasing it I had my first recall. In the beginning I got shuffled around and was to say the least not happy. Then a new rep started and his name is FADY AWADALLA- omg that's the guy you want. He's amazing. He provides you his cell so you always know what's going on. His customer service was really spot on. Answered all my questions. I really felt just as important as when I took my vehicles into Mercedes. This guy is spot on trying to meet all your needs If you aren't happy with your service rep switch. - FADY will make it right ! My kids need vehicles now. Audi sent out a massive recall on defective airbags that could possibly project shards of metal at the driver on impact. As scary as that may seem, I am glad there was a recall and that they tracked me down after several moves and across many states to inform me of this. Thank you. What has me slightly agitated this morning was the unorganized mess at Audi Clearwater upon dropping off my car. They forgot about me. Seriously forgot that I was sitting there for an hour waiting to just speak to someone about checking in my car. I checked in with a woman named Jessica Geneva at 9:15am (15 minutes before my 9:30am appointment time). Jessica kindly asked me to grab a coffee and wait in the waiting area for Sean who will be with me shortly. I watched while every single person who came in after me was checked in. After 50 minutes of sitting there, I approached Jessica and the guys sitting beside her again and ask them if it was normal to wait almost an hour to simply check your car in, only to find out that it was a mistake and that I had been overlooked. Jessica seemed to care less the whole time from the moment I approached her at 9:15am to the time I approached her again at 10:05am. Luckily, there was a young kid working there who directed me to another man (who was not Sean) that was able to check me in right away (only after complaining). This place is unorganized and there are only a few of them there that actually give a damn. The people that actually helped me were the man who checked me (stands next to Sean) and the young man who shuttled me home (I wish I knew their names to thank them). To everyone else, something is amiss when a customer has to sit down and give you a bad review. I would consider what that is and try to improve. *I just received the updated comment from Kristie or Todd (below). This comment from management and the usage of the word "mix-up" actually takes away from the profuse apologies I did receive for their dismissiveness of me that day. I did feel better once I was apologized to by Sean and Jessica, but this new comment below by management only negates the apologies that were made at the time as it tries to downplay the experience. read more

Even when you walk around the show room looking at cars, nobody comes to greet you unless you are an older person which they must believe has the money to buy a vehicle. These guys are simply outstanding. My wife wanted to get a sports car so I spent the last month or so comparing different cars (Porsche, Audi, BMW). The treatment and customer service of Crown Audi is par-none with anyone we interacted with. I went as far as Melbourne, Jacksonville, and Orlando, and I had these guys just a few miles from my house all along. James was my salesman, and he is very knowledgeable and great to work with. His "let me educate you on the car and the brand" approach really hit home for us, because he wasn't looking to put down other brands, and rather focused on what good things Audi had in comparison to others. On 7/5/2019 I drove to this dealership to check out a 2018 Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio. I had no intent on buying the car right away and just wanted to see it in person. I was trading in my beautiful 2011 Audi S4. It was an incredible car if you're looking into purchasing an Audi. I was met by George, the salesperson. We talked about numbers and where I was comfortable. It took a little bit of negotiating but I eventually got where I was comfortable. I love it here ! I would highly recommend an Audi and this dealership gives you the quality service you would expect! I had a windshield crack and my insurance company was being difficult to deal with. They gave a low ball offer to replace it and was giving me the runaround. Nick was great he followed up and got my windshield replaced at no cost. It took him a lot of follow up to get it done but he didn't give up. The service is always super. This has been the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had! After business hours on 1/20 I contacted the dealership letting them know what model I was interested in. I got an email first thing the next morning (1/21) from Jess Ferraro (Brand Specialist). She asked what method of communication I preferred. I made it clear that I wanted to conduct this deal via email. Not once did she call me or bombard me with texts/emails. We talked via email throughout the day. I had numbers before I ever stepped foot in the dealership. I met with Jessica for the first time yesterday (1/23). There was none of that haggling and being made to feel uncomfortable. I am from Michigan and located the car online. In the photos online and in discussions by email and phone with the salesman all looked fine. I indicated I would be flying in on Thursday to complete the deal and take the car home. When I arrived on Thursday, and they knew when I was going to arrive, the car was not even ready to be looked at. 20 minutes later when they found the car and brought it out it was not even properly cleaned. The wheels were filthy, the interior was not cleaned, and the rear bumper has obviously been hit numerous times, rough with touch up paint, scrapes on the left side, marks on the right side, and no one there acted like they had ever noticed this, and this was a supposed CPO car. While I at first enjoyed working with Curt over the phone, it was obvious once I arrived that no one prepped the car for my visit. Upon purchasing the car I was only provided one key and no owner's manual, but was told both would be shipped to me in 3 business days. I purchased the car on June 25th and as of today, July 13, still have no second key or an owner's manual and I've tried to reach the dealership through email and text messages but no one will respond. In addition the brakes apparently need to be redone as there is a squeal coming from the rear brakes after one week of driving! CPO, seriously? How you sell a car as CPO with damage to the rear bumper, not cleaned, needing a brake job, only one key, no owner's manual, etc....just sets a very poor tone for Audi and its CPO program. At this point I would not recommend the dealership or any Audi CPO to potential buyers. I feel very let down and will be hard pressed to every buy another Audi, though I love the cars, but customer service is huge, and just because I walked out the door with the car doesn't mean the relationship is over.
