I had an appointment scheduled 09.19.2025 for issues they stated was fixed. Only to go to Audi Dallas and was told they will not fix my car or give a loaner. I spoke to Ashelyn who said I was scheduled for diagnosis the issue and repair and provide a loaner. I have all the text, emails and all my receipts of what they said was fixed and the same issue arises. The manager Gregg was rude and told Ashlyn to send me away. They did not offer a solution or try to reschedule other than to get me out the door. I will be making phone calls, this will not go unanswered. Thats fraud to be paid by my warranty company and not actually fix the issue. Audi of Dallas were the only ones that touched my car and I keep coming back for the issues I stated every time is a problem. It's crazy the only reason someone contacted me from Audi Dallas is because I reported the incident to the director of the service department. When they called they gave some sorry excuse as to why they intentionally dismissed. The service department manager told me to leave and there's was nothing they could do. Only for someone to reply to say I "felt" dismissed, how about you were not represent so do not tell me how I felt or the events that occurred. I would give Audi Dallas -0 stars, especially if you're a woman of color. To the Audi Dallas Service Team, I've been bringing my vehicle to your dealership for some time now, but unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere due to a series of unacceptable experiences:     1.    Parts Pricing & Communication I was quoted $6,000 for a replacement part that Audi lists online for $3,000. When I brought this to your attention, I was told there was nothing you could do, but that I was welcome to buy the part myself and bring it in for installation. That is not acceptable--especially when dealing with major components like a 5F module. After that part was replaced, I immediately noticed that Bluetooth and CarPlay were no longer functioning. The technician's response was, "Drive it around and it should turn on in a few hours," which was dismissive and unhelpful.     2.    Windshield Replacement Issues When I had my windshield replaced, it took 10 hours, and the car was returned with greasy fingerprints on the pillars and sticky residue on the glass. I was also told an alignment was "absolutely necessary" after the replacement, which I agreed to--but it clearly wasn't done correctly. I returned to report that the car wasn't tracking straight, only to be quoted another $467 for a new alignment. A different Audi dealer quoted me $270 for the same service, which raises serious concerns.     3.    Routine Maintenance Delays Every oil change visit has required a 3-4 hour wait. On one occasion, after being told my car was finished and had been paid for, I stood outside for an hour waiting for it to be brought around. No explanation was given--just an apology--and the car wasn't even washed. I'm sharing this because I genuinely expected more from an Audi dealership, both in professionalism and service. These experiences suggest a lack of care for customer time, inconsistent technical quality, and questionable pricing practices. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it reflects a broader issue in your service department. read more

Audi Dallas is literally the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Nothing but constant issues with their cars & excuses from management. if your having issues or a flat at 8am, they'll pick up and tell you will be ready be end of day: they then inform you that they can't drop off the vehicle, can't provide you a loaner, can't provide a rideshare to get there for your car after they drop the ball and can't deliver at around 5pm. But, don't worry- they can accommodate you the following day after 9am. What? thanks for the heads up. Be aware; stay FAR away unless you'd like endless headaches. read more

I would have given a 0 star if I could. Bought a 2025 A8 in November. Had to take it back to the dealership in November itself for door sensor issue which took them a month and got my car back in the dirtiest possible way. Now again in June I gotta take the car back because the check engine light came on. It's been 12 days and they gave me a loaner. The loaner had sensors issues and when I went to replace the loaner there was 2 nails in the 2 tires. They say it's a run flat tire and gotta be replaced which cost me 1340$. So what I wanna understand is you kiss people asses for them to buy a car worth 140k, then the car has defects although it's under warranty which takes you forever to figure out. Then you rip them off with the loaner. I had to get my car back without getting it fixed because next thing I know they might charge me for lowering the market value of their loaner by driving too many miles. None of this will happen if you don't sell the car which has issues in the first place. And this is how I got my car today. It's a great business model. BEWARE!!!! Don't fall for the trap of them being nice and generous when they want you to buy the car but after they got your money it's all downhill from next day. They don't know you. Thank you read more

When our car was ready, we were so touched how they put it inside the show room. This gesture made us feel really special and added an impact for us seeing the car we ordered for the first time. I would give no stars if I could. I literally told my advisor when I dropped the car off that I will need a ride back at 5pm to pick up my vehicle, 5pm comes around and no uber or call from my advisor with the current status of my car. I then call multiple times with no answer until finally on the 5th call someone answered just to inform me that my advisor left at 4pm and did not schedule my ride back. 10 minutes on the phone with them trying to get me a ride scheduled, 5:35pm comes around and nothing, I check the status and my ride was canceled, Audi never relayed that to me, I call again and the lady at the desk had a hard time getting a hold of anyone in the service department, 10 minutes goes by she finds someone and sends me another uber to pick me up around 6pm, the time on this uber keeps going up. I get tired of waiting and order my own Lyft and it gets here in 3 minutes, I then get to the dealership at 6:14 when my uber that they ordered me has still not even reached the destination I was supposed it be picked up at. All and all I hated the experience and do not mind paying for my own uber but having my time wasted is something that I do not like to have happen. This will be my last time EVER getting anything done at this location. read more

In response to Audi's response....if the gash was there then it had always been there. From day 1 I had problems with that same tire over and over which is why I kept bringing it in. I had no problems with any other tires. Quite the coincidence. Audi Dallas does it again! This was the second car purchase from Audi Dallas, and I am glad I went back. Buying a car can be a huge pain, but this dealership makes it easy and upfront. From start to finish this car-buying experience was again, great! I filled out my Trade-In info online and also which car I was interested in late on Sunday night, and Monday morning Jaramy emailed me and then gave me a call to go over details. The specific car I wanted wasn't available in their inventory, so Jaramy had to do some hunting and was able to find a car to do a dealer trade within an hour. I went into the dealership and while discussing numbers they appraised my car and we worked out a great deal on my trade-in and the new car, we were done within no time. Jaramys communication was impeccable and answered all of my annoying questions haha! Ricardo in finance went through the signing quickly and easily, and Bret the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Glad I chose Audi Dallas for the second time!!
