ZERO stars... Yes, I sure do. I want to thank the Director of Service for giving a directive to resolve the coolant issue and pressure testing/ full car health diagnosis fully and fairly. Unfortumately, the issue WAS NOT resolved and was met with sarcasm and fecklessness after he left the office. Supposedly no coolant leak was found with the pressure test and so they just topped it off. I park the car and had air-travel for a week and a half . I return to find LOW COOLANT - AGAIN. I took it for a 2nd opinion only to find its something called a "union" or what not tgat connects to parts, one being the coolant container/system... that needed replacing and ultimately causing the leak. Something inexpensive and shouldve been identified by Audi service professionals and was not. Very disappointing. Im telling every Audi owner I know to steer clear of Audi-Lemmon. So thanks. You all officially made me a detractor! Its service like yours that make people avoid dealerships for repairs. Stop lying to customers & DO BETTER !!@ read more

Barely made it out of the parking lot and got an email for a car that was no where close to what we were looking for. Explained again what we wanted. Very disappointing experience with the service department. My Audi RS7 was kept for over a week for what should have been a straightforward alternator replacement, and communication throughout the process was poor. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates, and the timeline kept changing without clear explanations. I was also told the car would be ready on a specific date, so I returned my rental car early based on that information. That completion date turned out to be inaccurate, which left me without transportation and forced me to incur additional rental costs. For a dealership representing a premium brand like Audi, I expected far better communication, accuracy, and respect for a customer's time. read more

Car buying. A pleasant experience? Nearly always, not. At Audi Dallas, there's one guy to go to...Brett Huneycutt, the New Car Director. The entire deal was done under the phone. The only step for accuracy, was to check that the vehicle matched up to the condition of what the highest offers stated. As Brett stated, "I need to see, feel, and touch the car". True Car was helpful to determine the value of the vehicle, which Brett honored. The price on the new vehicle, he beat, and was straight forward about the financing. Like always, do your due diligence, and call other dealerships, before you speak with the guy who's going to exceed expectations. Brett followed through, took ownership of everything from the best offer conceivable on the trade-in, aces the best price on the new car. You can't ask for much better. Brett also agreed to provide the first few service appointments free as a courtesy, and ensured complimentary loaner vehicles any time the vehicle needed to be serviced.
