When I arrived I was told I had to put 250.00 down on a loaner car. I was never told this nor is it the text they sent. This being a safety issue under warranty I was told there's nothing they can do blaaaaa haaaa . This car has been a nightmare! I expected better service and quality . It was insanely easy to schedule a service appointment (got in next day which is insanely rare for me in other states I've lived). They have a coffee bar and snacks which was awesome. Got a really great chai/oat milk latte and I worked in a private room so I could hold my meetings and they.came and got me and shared video via text of the service and explained what they did. 10/10 service, communication, friendliness and amenities. I received a text stating that the part came in and to come down for installation no appointment necessary. Upon arrival they told me they ordered the wrong part. No apology, nothing, just, "do you still want it?" "No" was the easy reply and please refund my money. They did this and still no offer of resolution no apology nothing. Purchased used 2012Mercedes ML350, the car literally started having problems same day. Car has timing chain that needs to be replaced and you only hear the issue on cold star. I texted the sales rep same day and called same week multiple times and spoke to multiple managers and they said you're out of luck you should have purchased a warranty. Sales guy told me all cars are inspected before they are sold yeah right. I'm still in shock over $6000 in repairs to think I went to bigger car car retailer and to think "Audi" and that they would do this to you and not even try to help you or get this problem resolved! 0 Stars Not to mention I paid full retail and the car also has hail which also wasn't disclosed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and pre-paid service program is a scam. I called yesterday to make sure I'd prepaid for my service appointment today, and I was told yes, it was covered under the program I bought when I bought my Audi. So I get there at 7:15 this morning to be told that the program had expired because of my mileage and there was "nothing we can do" about the fact that even though I'd paid for the service already, they were going to charge me again. BS -- my money didn't expire. I'm sure if they'd wanted my business, they would've worked something out. This even after I told them I was looking to trade the car in and get a new one. I was going to wait till the end of the year, but I'm now so angry at this company and this brand, I'm getting rid of it ASAP. No way will I ever buy another. There is far too much competition in the luxury car market to put up with this. These guys clearly don't care about their customers or building brand loyalty. At this price point, I excpect and excellent product -- the car is average at best -- and exceptional customer service, which they fail at spectacularly. Old McDonald sold me a Lemon....L E M O N Buyer beware! Bought a used Audi with 93k miles one month ago and have had it back at the dealership every week since for "oil top off." It burns a quart of oil every 45 miles! After researching online, apparently a class action lawsuit was settled earlier this year for my model as well as many others for exactly this problem. This is a very expensive lemon that McDonald says isn't their problem yet it passed their inspection and nothing was disclosed about this lawsuit. "Older cars burn oil" I am told by McDonald management. Never would have purchased a car with engine failure - sorry but this IS WRONG! I want to warn others. Bought my 2021 Q3 from this dealership, it had only one key and no manual. We requested a letter from Sales confirming that they owed us these items, they sent us an email with this information. Two weeks go by, I go to the dealership to meet with the Audi Technologist, sent a reminder that I would be there to pick up key & manual. Sales acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. Got an email from the Sales Manager (Grady) saying that he had been looking for a key & their guy was off site & wouldn't get back to him. When I arrived Grady told me that he would order me a key & I would either have to drive out to Audi to get it or they would have their service guy come out to my house w/a loaner and take my car to Audi to program the key. I opted for the latter since I live in Evergreen and it takes up half of a workday to get all of this done. One week later I get a call from Grady telling me the key is in, but it's too far for THEM to drive out to me and it would take three hours for them to do this (after telling me they would do this service). I informed them that now I have to drive out and back, it would eat up another half of a workday for me. And - my partner drives a Porsche, the Porsche dealership is on Broadway next to Audi & their service department always drives out to Evergreen to work with his car. No apologies, just an offer to find me a space where I could work while they program my key. Love the car, extremely disappointed with the service. I have to inconvenience my workday so this dealership is not inconvenienced. This is not the service one would expect from a luxury car dealership. read more

Audi Denver owes me a refund in excess of $4,000 for their pure protection plan which I terminated. I called the office three times last week, talked to sales and was put through to the voice mailbox of the finance manager who never responded. Today the sales dept said the finance manager who is in the office would call me right away, again no call back. In the absence of any communication on the matter I can only assume that Audi Denver is deliberately stone walling to avoid mailing me the check. As a loyal Audi owner of over 13 years this is incredibly disappointing. I am pursuing legal action to reclaim the funds and therefore recommend against doing business with this dealership. read more

Overall - Nice people, but this dealership is a bit lacking in the service attitude and attention to detail I would expect from Audi. It's disappointing that the cons definitely outweigh the pros on this one. Pros: -Easy to schedule an appointment online -Multiple confirmation emails/reminders about the upcoming appointment -They offer a $40 Lyft credit to get you to/from the dealership for picking up your car. Cons -Poor communication and organizational skills: I cane here for a regular service for my Audi A3. It seems as though they could improve on their communication skills and organizational skills. I was quotes my service would be done by 3PM, but I left at 6PM. They wanted to do some additional services to my car, and thus due to untimely communication, the service time was delayed. -Complimentary car wash was not given: When I booked the appointment, it said that there was a complimentary external car wash. However, when I received my car, it was not washed. Due to the 3 hour delayed pick-up time of my car, I didn't even mention it to the service team because I just wanted to go home. I was pretty disappointed that I waited a long time to not even get a simple exterior wash. I recommend making sure to double check and ask for it with your agent when you drop the car off. -Tire pressure reset was not done: I think the service team put some additional air in my tires as part of the check-up, but they forgot to reset the tire pressure in my vehicle so I was getting a warning light after I drove the car about 2-5 miles away from the dealership. I subsequently called them but they were already gone for the day so I had to buy a tire pressure gauge on Amazon to make sure the tire pressures were correct before resetting it in the system myself. read more

I didn't get the sufficient help they just gave up on my they ran my credit in a bunch of banks ruined it and ruined the history with the bank now I have to wait 6 months to a year to be able to get a car at at all. They gave me the car without even being 100% approved. Everything was confusing and had no answers. The bank called me for a welcoming everything was processed signed everything than I had to end up dropping off the car I fell in love with. Made an appointment for 7am and asked to make sure I would get the car back the same day showed up at 7am and sat down withe a service rep, gave them all the information, the keys etc. and asked again to make sure I would have the car back the same day. Was then told they would not even be looking at it for 2-3 days. This was on a Friday and I asked the rep if this makes any sense to him and he said no but do to a new computer system they were backed up. He said to just reschedule but it would still have to sit there for 2-3 days to be looked at. Needless to say I got my keys back and left. I posted the below on FaceBook and tagged not only Audi Denver, but McDonald Auto Group who owns them and Audi Corporate as well and advised I would give them some time to make this right before I blast this on every site I can find. I feel 19 days and no reply is ample time...*** Got to Love Audi (Audi Denver owned by McDonald Automotive), took my 2015 Q5 in for an oil change and I'm told I have to get new brake pads and rotors on all 4 corners (they wanted $1500 for brakes too.) and they wanted almost $1200 for a F'in thermostat plus a bunch of hourly rates for hooking a machine up to flush the coolant lines. So in the end they wanted $3,764.39 for brakes and a thermostat... I feel bad for the poor fools who pay these prices and fall for this shit. Got home and my brakes (all 4 corners) still have 25-30% life in them and the rotors are fine so I assume the $1200 thermostat was a load of crap too. read more

This dealer really makes buying a car easy and quick. We were looking for a very specific used vehicle, and they had one of 3 within 250 miles. I contacted all 3 dealers and Bill Coleman got back to me within minutes of me reaching out. He made getting the initial information we needed quick and easy. We decided to go in the next day to purchase which happened to be his day off. He quickly got us set up with Osama who was equally wonderful. When we were running late, he called to verify if we still planned to arrive soon, because he wanted to ensure he was ready and had time to help us. Upon arrival, we got to witness an angry customer (we all know this guy, the angry old man) and got to see how patient and kind other people were at the dealership when trying to explain to the man why they needed time to install something that he was 2 years late in getting. Despite the old man verbally attacking the employees, both the men stayed calm and tried to remain helpful to him despite his attacks. One of these men grabbed Osama and he was already set for us. He had the car pulled up, freshly washed, and full of gas. We immediately went on a test drive with Osama. During the test drive he was very good at making sure that what we needed and wanted in the car were present. Upon arrival, he ensured that we wanted to proceed with the sale. The process of signing docs and negotiating was very simple and quick. Within moments of finishing agreeing to numbers and signing said docs, Coty Anderson, the finance manager came out to meet us. He was very friendly and upfront with us about time expectations and ensuring our information was correct and ready for the legal documents. Coty made selecting the coverage and banking terms that worked best for us very easy and pleasurable. He wasn't too pushy like some Finance people in the past have been. He was able to clearly explain all the coverages, helped us narrow down what we needed and wanted, and even helped us with getting them into our monthly budget. My husband is a mechanic and having the electronic coverage was paramount to us. Get the coverage people.... from a mechanics wife!!! Signing the docs once we picked the coverages was easy as pie on his tablet and we got copies of all of them in emails almost immediately. Osama met us after the paperwork and offered to go through any features we wanted to learn about... this is unprecedented on a used vehicle and I have bought plenty to know that. We both left the dealership being thoroughly impressed with the ease of doing business and the service we received. My only complaint would be that we did not get copies of our bill of sale or title docs, nor did we get copies of the risk based pricing notice due to a consumer when credit was pulled. It appears this was an oversight and easily rectified the next day with a simple email to Coty. I would 100% do business with this dealership again! read more

Not at all impressed with this dealership. Showed up late afternoon and it was not crowded. 1 salesperson was with a customer but several others were just sitting around doing nothing. My wife and I had come in wanting to possibly purchase a Q4 but we couldn't get the time of day from anyone on staff. We waited there literally staring at salespeople for over 15 minutes who would shoot the breeze with each other and then walk away. My husband and I have owned 4 Audis and the customer service has always been 5 stars until the last couple of years. I have been trying for 2 years to have the issue with my Audi Connect fixed the car has never been able to get connected. I have talked with sales people, service people, and new car managers. They all promise to help but then never follow up or even call back when they say they will. So 2 years later still trying to get this feature to work. I also had issues with the clear bra on the car and left several messages and did not get a call back. When I dropped in they told me I needed to talk with Finance and they were finally able to get it scheduled but when I need to reschedule I called Finance to cancel and reschedule no phone call back. I did get an email about my appointment for the day I scheduled for and when I emailed back and said I left a message to cancel and reschedule she apologized about not getting the message but she did call right and we were able to reschedule. Brianna in customers service responded quickly. I left a message for Keith about the issue with Audi connect. and have not received a call back. Do not buy from this dealership. Period. I have never dealt with a less professional group of car salesmen in my life. Not only were they difficult to work with and slow, but they do not listen when you speak. I was very clear with the financer that my schedule was busy until EOY and what days I would be in and out of town. I told them which days I would be where as I travel for work, and scheduled a notary. The financer sent the notary to the wrong location and I was 400 miles away as I had told him. Their only focus was on selling me extremely overpriced add ons as opposed to actually getting me my vehicle. After calling back to reschedule the notary, the financer was very irritated me and I was asked to wait until I am back in town to sign the papers. I told him this was ridiculous and that I had specified this beforehand. I was transfer to the general manager, who showed nothing but a lack of interest and told me that "he had his team on it". His team "has been on it" and it seems that all they can do waste time and money on an "already sold car" sitting on their lot. I am wasting a non insignificant amount on a rental car because of this dealership's lack professionalism and incompetent team. As of writing this, it has been over a week since I wired them half of the down payment on this vehicle. I purchased this exact same vehicle less than 3 months ago from a dealership in Dallas seemlessly with no issues. This is the least professional car dealership around, avoid at all costs. read more

So I went there and traded in my Q7 which had several issues and purchased a new Q5 Sportback. I have now driven from aspen to Audi Denver (8hours round trip) for a service appointment only to have them mess it up and for me to drive home. I do not recommend Audi (so many issues with these cars) or this DEALERSHIP. So unprofessional and so not worth the time or money. The only professional I encountered was the finance guy. Updated review on service department: Absolutely zero stars. Price gauging galore. I called in for an estimate to fix the glass part of my right side mirror, a very basic fix, I just wanted to make sure it was done properly. I was quoted $350 for the part (again, a 5 inch by 5 inch piece of glass) and two hours in labor. Total repair costing $500+. Blindsided by the price, I decided to check out AutoZone. AutoZone was selling the exact part I needed for $25. Upon arrival of the part, instillation included: -pressing firmly with my hand on the mirror until it clicked in Thats it. I called Gary the GSM and he had no idea what I was talking about! Oh and he wanted to know how he can help me.... Not what I expected because I told him the story about my warranty and the current issue I am dealing with that they caused. The dealership put new Pirelli CINTURATO P7 all season tires on my 2014 RS7 that don't meet the speed specs for my vehicle. The dealership in Columbus Audi Columbus can't replace the tire because Audi Denver bought inferior tires for my vehicle so I have to buy the tire and get reimbursed by the warranty company. Audi Columbus service told me they have never seen all season tires on a RS7 (because the speed rating is too low). Thanks Audi Denver for screwing me again! I tried talking to someone about my recent issue with the service department, and it went terribly. Long story short, I had a major issue with the service department, and I expressed my concerns about it. I ended up not going to them to get my car serviced as I was displeased with everything from the advisors, so I took it to VW, and they took care of me. All I needed was a new wheel to be ordered. Audi tried to claim I needed more work done, and that frustrated me, so I was talking to the service manager, Josh. I mentioned that Audi was difficult and that I took it to VW instead. This man literally just started shit talking the VW techs. He said "well they don't know our cars," and just kept going on how they had no idea what they were talking about. (I should mention my car was taken to a shop that SPECIALIZES IN AUDI. They said I didn't have the issues that Audi Denver was trying to claim I had.) So I've realized that Audi Denver doesn't care about you. Don't buy from here. And who shit talks their co workers? It's the same company. Makes you look ridiculous, Josh. I felt way more comfortable talking to VW techs than Audi. They were honest, and not once did they say anything about Audi techs. On another note, I can say in my experience, it was just the service department I have issues with. When I was sold the car, I was in love with it. The guy who sold it to me, his name was Kobe G, he made the experience of buying it better than anywhere else. He was honest and easy to talk to. He explained things I didn't understand and essentially made me fall in love with the car a second time. He genuinely tried to help me with anything I needed with the car. If the rest of Audi was that helpful or even just honest, I'd have a different review for them. This company sucks, and is ruining what should be an amazing experience for their customers. I was calling different dealerships to get quotes / appointment openings for my vehicle. Audi Denver had the right price, and I was told I didn't need an appointment. So I made the hour drive, but there was some miscommunication as I ended up being told you do usually need an appointment. (I wish I remembered who I spoke to on the phone - note for next time.) Anyway, Jared Chipkin was my advisor and he was understanding and was able to squeeze me in. Very nice, professional and didn't waste any time. I really appreciated him being able to take care of me. Everyone I encountered was just as friendly, polite and professional. Their showroom is large, ample parking and everything was nice and clean. The waiting area is nice, spaced out and there's even a coffee bar. Great experience! read more

I own an A6 that I bought from Audi Denver, and I would never recommend buying from here if you want to be taken care of. I asked their advisor, Elijah, how much snow tires would cost for my A6. He quoted me $2150 for just the tires. (Cheapest, he said). He also claims that winter tires "aren't necessary" in COLORADO. Anyways, I declined the stupid winters because no.. they don't cost that much. Well got into an accident a few days later due to .. hm.. winter weather? Well, I took it to Audi, they inspected it. They claimed my wheel barring was broken. My wheel was very clearly in need of replacement, stated nothing else needed to be replaced. They sent me a sheet on what it would cost, 6k. LMAO. I told the advisor, Konner, that 6k for 1 wheel and a wheel barring doesn't make sense. He said he'd look into and came back with 4k. I didn't let Audi work on my car and took it next door to VW. VW was FANTASTIC. The techs and advisors took real care of me. Turned out my wheel barring wasn't broken, my wheel needed to replaced and I needed an alignment and that was it. Total cost? 900$. Audi sent me a survey for their shit job and I explained how unhappy I was with my experience. I heard from someone at Audi that they blamed VW. Well, I went back to Audi to talk to another person, the parts guy, about winter tires, and lo and behold winter tires on my car don't cost more than 1100$ for the best brand. I also really want to add that I've been asking to get a second key made for my car and Audi explained they want me to pay 700$ for the key. 700$ after spending $30K on the car. But it's okay because that's after an "employee discount." Audi is a great car, and I'd advocate for their cars any day. I love my car and I take care of her better than I take care of myself, but Audi Denver really just ruins the experience of it all. read more

Do not recommend!!! The bait and switch - deceitful and untruthful sales practice. I was interested in purchasing a 2023 audi, and made this clear at initial discussion with the dealer. Though not in inventory it was expressed to me that a 2023 would be acquired at 4% financing, and I could provide a deposit to hold the vehicle. I was later emailed a description of a 2022 Audi. When asking for clarification I was informed that this was a "mistake" and Audi "is holding all 2023 models until early next year". I subsequently found the car I was looking for (2023 model) in inventory in a nearby Audi dealership. It is one thing to make a "mistake" (if it were a mistake)... it is another to lie about it.
