I would give this no stars but I can't, I bought a 2019 bmw 540i xdrive from here 3 months ago. When I bought the car they only gave me 1 key and they didn't tell me about the scratches or dings in the car as well as didn't tell me that it needs a new controller module. By far the worst customer service experience. Management doesn't care, at all, about the customer. I bought an AUDI Q7 about 60 days ago. They only gave me 1 key, still haven't received my license plates and the manager was completely rude. After multiple calls, I was told my license plates were finally in and just in time as my temp license plate expired (to which I asked for a new one so that I would not have an issue if pulled over). My license plate delivery is once again delayed and I am stuck unable to drive the car since the temp. License plates are expired. This is a luxury brand and my first time buying an Audi. I have bought Mercedes in the past and never, ever has the service been this horrible. If i were you, I would find another Audi dealership to work with. read more

I recently purchased my new Audi S7 from Audi Flemington. Initially we went in to drive the E-Tron GT, however there was a stunning Grey S7 on the showroom floor. After driving the E-tron (great car by the way), it felt somewhat small (after driving an A8 for 4 years). Josh Doran our salesman was so helpful, patient and professional. He knew I was eyeing up that S7 when finally he asked if I wanted to drive it! To my surprise they opened the showroom door and drove it out for me to test drive. Never in my life have I experienced such customer service?? This is my 5th Audi and my best experience to date. Needless to say we left that day with a brand new S7 and I could not be happier. Besides, Josh, (who this week already followed up to see if I needed any help or had any questions about the car!) the entire staff (John in Finance, Shawn who scheduled our appointment and the full management team) were such a pleasure to work with. Audi's mantra is all about "the experience". For me, the car is one experience but working with a team of professionals who are fullly dedicated to your satisfaction is definetely a highly rewarding "experience". Bravo guys!!! Imagine locking in a deal, sending insurance info as well as trade in info, booking an appointment to pick up the car only to be told 3 hours before the appointment that they sold it to someone else. Did I mention that I told the salesperson this was my wife's 40th birthday gift and even asked them to place a bow in the car (which they agreed to). I love my e-tron A3 and the service here is generally good. BUT, I just paid $692 in labor to replace a faulty sensor that cost $71. Nothing was wrong with the engine (engine light went on), it was just the sensor. I will definitely THINK TWICE before buying another AUDI. All it takes is a longer wire to make a sensor accessible. BTW - there is NO indication on the invoice for how many hours this took OR what the labor rate is. VERY UNSETTLING - NO hours and NO rate quoted on the invoice, just $69285. What is the typical rate - $100/hr? Did this really take 7 hours?? read more

I'd first like to say, I love my new S5 sb!!!! My husband did most of the "hard work" in ordering and obtaining this car for me but my own experience at Flemington Audi with Mike was great. Mike is a very personable and courteous gentleman. We had a little bit of a drive and he made sure we had drinks and while we were waiting on Joe he had me go ahead and meet my new baby. Being that this wasn't my first Audi, I knew most of the ropes around the insides but he made sure before I pulled off the lot that I was completely comfortable and set. Mike showed me a few updates inside including the touch screen. He helped me reconnect into my MyAudi account and link it to the new car. Once Joe was ready for us we were walked to his office. He was a very personable guy, really liked his positive attitude. He made sure I understood everything before moving on, we had a-little small chat and everything thing went smooth. Before i peeled off, Carlos from service was so kind as to congratulate me and say he loved the color we chose. He was such a nice guy and he says he loves his (same car). Carlos was so friendly I felt like i just gained a new friend after our lite chat. If I didn't live so far I would definitely choose this location for service. If I could give a "no star review" I would. I have a 2015 A3. It spiked a temp gauge and wanted to see if it was a sensor issue or something actually that needed more attention. I dropped my car on a sunday and received a call on monday. The "Customer Care Specialist" asked if I had received the video from the mechanic. I had not. I asked if it was via email or text and she said text. I told her I had not received anything from the mechanic and apparently there was no need from her standpoint to have it resent. She informed me that the breather and crankcase had issues that required $2300 of repair work (including labor). She also said the mechanic found a leak in the thermostat. He said that needed replacing and that he suggested I also replace the water pump. I asked if the water pump was damaged and she said no, but the mechanic is suggesting it so that if it failed sometime down the road, I would avoid having to duplicate labor costs (since the pump and thermostat were next to each other). I said, if it's not broken I'm not going to pay to replace it and I asked for an amended estimate. She informed me that the mechanic had left for the day. She was going to text him and see if she could get a response but if not, she would get one tomorrow and let me know. This was on a Monday. Tuesday came and went, no call. Wednesday came and went, no call. Thursday at 11:36 am I CALLED and asked about my vehicle. If I hadn't called there was NO WAY I was getting a call from them. The Customer Non-Care Specialist" said "oh hey sorry I didn't get back to you. My mechanic was out sick the last 2 days which is why I didn't get back to you." Thank God she must have known I'm clairvoyant and knew that was the reason or otherwise I would have thought her unprofessional and discourteous. I told her I would not be using their service for the repairs and I picked the car up on Thursday night. Friday afternoon I dropped it off to a real mechanic (Anzo auto Repair (in the Exxon Station at 228 West Northfield Ave in Livingston). He was obviously busy so I left him my keys and the Audi mechanic's report and diagnosis form. He called me the next day, yes, Saturday. He literally walked me through his diagnosis. It was an 11 minute conversation. Three things stood out. 1. The breather/crankcase associated hoses/clamps needed tightening but otherwise the unit was fine. No replacement or repair needed. 2. The thermostat and the water pump are a SINGLE UNIT. They can't be replaced separately as the Audi folks had told me. I mean, are you kidding me? 3. Anzo told me the cost of the unit was $450 and the labor of 4 hours would be $125/hr ($500). He saved me over $3000 from these Audi criminals. AND he was polite, communicative and professional. I picked the car up this evening. Running like a champ. I'll update if things go south but this man had Audis, Mercedes and 2 Lamborghini Urus in his lot. Apparently his reputation is solid enough that people trust their $200+K vehicles with him. The Audi of Flemington clown show is out. You all should be embarrassed of how my situation transpired. An apology would have been a start but not only didn't I get one the day I picked up my vehicle, I didn't get one after responding to a "Service Follow Up" text sent out by Audi. JOKE! Bring your vehicle ANYWHERE other than these unprofessional price gouging criminals. If you're close to Livingston (or not even...I drove 45 min and it was well worth it), bring it to Anzo. read more

I recently purchased a used 2015 Ford F-150 from this dealer,upon getting the vehicle home I went to remove the temporary paper floor mats to throw away and to my surprise there was only 1 floor mat on the driver side and none for the back. I called my salesman Nick Scheetz and told him about it and he said he would get them for me. I waited for weeks but no call or floormats. What kind of a dealer would sell a vehicle with no mats?I called next door to Ditschman Ford and spoke to the used car manager and he said if he had sold the truck to me he would have made it right. If I could give a minus star, I would. We came here to look at a new car, with a quote in mind from another audi dealer. Once we got in, we worked with Toni to determine the price for the config I wanted. After I got the quote, I told him what the competing audi was offering and if he would match/discount to the price, at which point he said I was bluffing and essentially made me feel like a complete liar. He went on for a while, till I showed him a screenshot of my quote, at which point he said he didnt believe it, and that the other showroom was bluffing, and that I clearly did not understand sales systems for Audis (no I dont, cos that's their job!). I was quite irritated at this point, and decided I didnt want to work with them, and walked out. Thats when the real fun began - I started receiving multiple calls from flemington audi everyday day (i came back from a 1 hr meeting one morning to see ~5 missed calls!) This went on for the next couple of days, but was also compounded by emails from multiple members in their office, followed by text messages. In between the harassment, I decided to call them thrice and hear them out (about 5 minutes after receiving yet another missed call), at which time I was put through to the receptionist, who said she would connect me to Toni. 5 mins of hold time later, the phone was ONCE AGAIN picked up by the receptionist, who repeated the SAME welcome message. On explaining that we just had this conversation 5 minutes ago, she let me know that Toni, OR ANY SALES PERSON, was unavailable (happened each time) Terrible dealer - would never work with them, no matter what the deal. read more

Honestly, I would prefer to buy my next car from any other dealer. I found my recent experience with Flemington to be less than upfront and honest. I received monthly "Account Notifications" from this dealership with specific offers. These written offers were not generic, they specifically referenced my car, my VIN, and included accurate estimated mileage. These offers were dismissed and they failed to honor the values offered. They claimed that these offers were distributed by a third party. This was clearly a "Bait and Switch" marketing effort which may very well be considered fraud. Because of this, not only would I avoid ever buying a vehicle from Flemington, I will actively discourage anyone I know from buying a vehicle from Flemington. read more

I don't normally leave reviews but I work for a company where customer service matters. Nothing says a strong representation of inclusion and diversity as telling someone converted in tattoos the car they are interested in is "pretty but might be too expensive" in the words of Debby and John. I never had to fight to buy a car in my life and every add on was responded with "that's more money" and "you should wait to buy the car". When I went in to actually buy the car, John told me that he had a delivery as in he didn't have time to help me. They wanted my trade in my car months before I got mine. Which I could manage, however John let me know I could get my car in 6 months, 8 months, or not at all. Which leaves me with no car. Which is the whole reason I'm here in the first place. The over all experience was pretty profiling and not worth my energy. I did however order my 80k car somewhere else. Hope you have better luck there. Chris the manager can reach out anytime. Infiniti - really? I scoff at the person who compares an Infiniti to an Audi. Bought my car at Bell Audi so I am strictly reviewing the service department at Flemington Audi, as it is much more convenient than Edison. I love my warranty, first off. It was the best money I ever wasted on something I was sure I'd never use. And of course, due to me thinking I'd never need it, it has resulted in this service department receiving my car many times. One of my favorites was when I supposedly ran over 24 nails. I know.. that makes me sound severely stupid, but I'm placing my bets that some idiot dropped a box of nails in the Home Depot parking lot that I inconveniently drove over. So.. he's stupid.. and I'm comically unlucky. They looked at my car several times, and didn't charge me for the appts in which they did nothing. My warranty paid for 4 new tires, and they didn't even make me pay a labor fee. They even worked it out with the warranty for me so I did not have to put up any money up front. That, to me, is great service. We know how expensive german car parts are, so not having to pay the $1,000+ bill was a big break. They have been so helpful overall. They are flexible when I have to get there past their open hours (they left my keys a couple times with the VW/Porsche desk so I could pick it up at a later time), and always have an opening for me to bring in my car. My only eye-roll is for their extremely early hours. They close at 4:30 and I believe they are completely closed for service on Saturdays. However, as I mentioned, they are flexible so it's not worth a loss of a star. read more

First I am going to address the negative reviews. Many times when reading reviews you must address the sources. Bought the 1982 New at Hilltop Audi in Chicago, the 1990 At Flemington, the 2002 Certified Pre Owned from Oneonta Audi, the 2008 Certified Pre Owned from the Audi dealership in Hartford CT. I have had service done at several dealerships and you must know that service at a dealership can some times be very expensive. This review is not about the cost of service which many times is not determined by the dealership. This review is about how you and your car are cared for. For those who have complained about Flemington Audi Good go somewhere else they don't need your types. You love your car... Fix it yourself ! If you could give a minus star.... Your not the butt hole who complained because they test drove your car are you? Yeah I over heard someone complaining that someone took there car for a joy ride. A Test Drive? Only two of the four tires need to be replaced... If your serious about driving than all tires should have the same amount of tread ware. I apologize for this rant but I have been to repair shops that do repairs that are not needed. You want to drive a sports car! Know how to drive and most important know what you need to have done when you need service. So before you make a decision go in with an open mind and knowledge. BEWARE - - NOT a kid friendly place! WORST sales experience ever! I scheduled an appointment to meet with a salesperson (I believe his name was Jason) to discuss purchasing a 2013 Audi S5. My wife and two young daughters (4 and 2.5 yrs old) arrived and the salesperson greeted us. I could tell he was not thrilled about the little ones running around (yes, they were starting to act little nightmares - every parent knows what its like). He told me he had to make a delivery and would be with me shortly. As my wife and I were looking at the S5 they had on the showroom floor, I caught my youngest trying to climb up the side of a car. I was NOT happy. I admonished her and like any 2.5 yr old she was good for about 2 minutes. As I moved away from her, my wife had her under control. Ten minutes later, I hear a salesman (bald w glasses ~ Tony Santangelo?) sitting at a desk behind the S5 telling my daughter not to climb on the car. He then proceeded to tell me that she can not do that, from there he admonished her again. I apologized, then began to tell me again how inappropriate her behavior was. Okay, I'm not two. If she would have damaged the car I am quite capable of paying for it. He could suggested that they have a play area for children and directed us to that area. But he did not. He believed it was more appropriate to hassle me. Needless to say, I gathered my family and left without discussing it with my sales person. I called and left the sales person (Jason) a voice mail explaining how angry I was and why I would not purchase a vehicle from them. I insisted that he tell his sales manager, who I met on the showroom floor. Its been over a week and I still have not hear from the salesperson and more importantly, have not heard from the sales manager. They simply do NOT understand or "get" the cardinal rule, that the "customer is always right". Was my daughters behavior inappropriate? Absolutely. Was Tony's behavior appropriate? Absolutely NOT. His disposition came from a place of negativity which translated into an abrasive tone and a negative experience for me. Whether people are right or wrong when making the second largest purchase in ones life, the experience needs to be exciting and effortless. Anything less, is unacceptable. I decided not to penalize Audi for this dealerships incompetence but will NEVER EVER will I purchase or have my vehicles serviced by them. I have since leased my 2013 Audi S5 from Gary at Autobahn Leasing in Brooklyn (718.676.1168). I went in a few years ago and purchased a used Volkswagen GTI and following the purchase I realized I had been swindled on the price of the car by almost 4000 dollars. Which I can only be mad at myself, purchasing a car from a dealer for the first time as well as being overwhelmed by the back and forth sales pitch the two employees worked over on me. I took it as a learning experience, but 3 years later, I walked into a different VW dealer to trade in and purchase a new vehicle I learned how badly the actually screwed me. The amount of aftermarket repairs and changes depreciated the car far more then I knew at the time and the car upon original purchase was almost an 8000 difference then the final price. The associate who showed me all the car features was very young very knowledgeable but treated me as if I had no idea how anything worked in a car at all. Based on the positive reviews, I tried to give Flemington Audi a second change but they failed miserably. Chris did not stand by his word an only agreed to look at my car for $500 paid upfront. And he was never able to replace the recalled faulty airbags. "not in stock"....really? for a year? With all this said, I finally found a great audi dealership in AUDI FREEHOLD!! One call and they replaced the airbag in a few days, fixed all the problems, and got my car running new again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Flemington & Princeton Audi. My daughter bought her VW from this dealer. She got a good deal, a good car. When she got a job at MSNBC in NYC, she had to drive the car to NYC and never had a problem. She permanently moved to Hoboken which is the closest place to go to NYC. So I ended up driving the car. I love it. Gas is affordable, and it doesn't use much. I took the car for 100K mile service. It needed 4 tires and a new break. They were so honest to tell me what is really needed to be fixed. The service was great. And it didn't break the bank. Now, that my daughter is back home, I will need to get myself a new car. I am planning of trading in the BMW X5 I am using, which by the way we bought from the same dealership, so I can get either an Audi ( new to me) or a VW. read more

I recently bought my first Audi (in the US) from Dan Keane. I had driven several Audis while living in Europe, and now, back in the US it was time to consider replacing my old Honda. Though I had not gone to the dealership to buy, only to browse, things worked out better than I had expected. I deliberately went to the dealership in worn jeans and an old shirt. This helps me identify those who prejudge a customer from his appearance. To be fair, I did have a little problem getting a salesperson's attention when I walked in. However, once I started the conversation with Dan, he spent time seeking to understand what I was interested in, and then quickly - and openly - showed me what he had that would meet my requirements. Once we started test driving the available cars, it became clear that there was an A6 that would really meet my needs. We started the negotiations, and that is my only gripe, albeit a small one. I had hoped that I would be spared the endless back and forth between the salesman and his manager's office. Yet, despite the fact that there was only one car under discussion and it was clearly in high demand, we spent over an hour with offers and counters until we settled exactly where it was obvious we would end up. I had the KBB and Edmunds values in my phone, and I felt badly for Dan as he spent the afternoon hopping back to his boss' office and me at his desk. I am experienced enough to bring reading material to pass the time when I go to a car dealer, just in case, so I used the time productively. Still, it seems to me that a dealer could sell more cars if they wasted less time on the negotiations charade and more taking care of the "next" customer. In any case, I got a fairly good price, a good value and very professional service. Overall it was a good experience, and when it was time to get the car, Dan came and picked me up at home, as I needed a ride. I wrote them the check, got in the car and Dan spent an hour in it with me, going over the features and controls in depth. When buying a luxury car, it is good to have the purchasing experience be a luxury experience. I would give Flemington Audi, and Dan, 4/5 star on that. read more

First off let me say that I have only bought Audi's ever since I bought my first one. I only deal with Flemington Audi after dealing with many other dealerships in the past (stay far, far away from Paul Miller), as they consistently give me fantastic service with both purchasing a vehicle and service. Victor and Harrison are the people I deal with in sales and they are both great, I was able to get the first 2015 S3 that they received and they gave me great discounts when many other local dealers were trying to charge above MSRP since it was a brand new model. They even worked with me to make a last minute change to my order right as the car was about to be built. Also, if you are a car enthusiast be sure to ask Victor to see some of the great photos he has taken of cars as he does photography on the side. The service department is excellent and anytime I have a problem, even if it is minor, they find time to fit me in immediately. They also provide loaner vehicles free of charge, and have even let me try out different models in their loaner fleet when I have taken my car in for service. I deal with both Michelle and Christina and they are both extremely friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure I am happy, and I admit I can be difficult at times, but they are always understanding. I recently moved to South Jersey but still make the trip to Flemington Audi for service because the staff and service are superior, despite the fact that I have another Audi dealership 5 miles from me. This is a dealership that will make you never want to go anywhere else to purchase a car or get service done. I highly recommend them. read more

We are saddened and disappointed in the Audi of Flemington service department! Do not believe them when they recommend a service!!!! At our Audi A4's 90,000 mile check up, we were told the rear brakes and rotors were bad and needed to be replaced along with 4 tires! We declined this and brought it to two other mechanics who both advised us that the brakes were still very good and that only two of the four tires needed replacement! Sales department was great....Service department is severely lacking. They should try going across the street to Infiniti so they can understand what "Service" actually means. I brought my car in for a problem with the headlight assembly. They said they needed to order a new one. I bring it back and they say it is now fine. The tech who worked on the car had left for the day and they would call me back with an explanation of what was going on. Guess what...no call. And my follow up calls didn't get me anywhere. One hand either doesn't know what the other is doing , or it doesn't care. read more
