I had a very frustrating experience trying to purchase a used Rivian. I specifically asked multiple times whether the vehicle was a Large Pack because that was the only configuration I was interested in. Over the course of two weeks, I received conflicting answers. At one point, the sales manager called me and confidently insisted that the vehicle was a Large Pack. The tone of the conversation came across as dismissive and condescending, as though my concerns were unfounded rather than worth verifying. Since I wasn't convinced, I repeatedly asked for proof instead of driving more than 50 miles to the dealership. Finally, another salesperson took a photo of the vehicle information screen, which clearly showed the vehicle was actually a Standard Pack. To his credit, he apologized and acknowledged that I had been given incorrect and conflicting information for two weeks. If a customer repeatedly says the information appears to be incorrect, the dealership should take a few minutes to verify the vehicle instead of repeatedly assuring the customer they are wrong and asking them to make a long trip. This entire situation could have been avoided by checking the vehicle's information screen. That is not the level of professionalism or attention to detail I expect from an Audi dealership. read more

My first interaction was with Marc Ingram, who helped me test drive the Jeep and go through numbers with my trade-in. My situation wasn't ideal--negative equity and a few moving parts--and the deal didn't come together that first visit. Still, Marc was straightforward, professional, and never once made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. Eric Rosenthal, the sales manager, was involved behind the scenes and stayed in touch via email. Even though we didn't interact much in person, his communication was quick, clear, and honest. After I left that Friday, I was able to get my situation handled on my end. I came back a few days later ready to move forward and worked with Camila Torres, who was awesome. Super supportive, friendly, and just made the whole process easy. She kept things moving and made sure everything felt smooth. She even gave me my first Jeep duck, which was a cool and unexpected touch. In finance, Mohamad Saab really stood out. He took the time to understand my situation and worked with me while my outside financing was still in progress. At no point did I feel rushed, judged, or like I was a problem deal--just treated with respect the entire way through. That's really what stuck with me. I contacted Audi Fletcher Jones at aprox 8:00 a.m. Hawaii time / 11:00 a.m. California time because I was ready to purchase a vehicle listed in their inventory. I was prepared to buy in cash and repeatedly made clear that I was ready to move forward and needed to know what they required to complete the sale. Over the next 8+ hours, communication was extremely poor. I was largely ignored, despite trying to get a straightforward answer about how to place a deposit or finalize the purchase. With about an hour left before closing, I was told the vehicle I had been trying to buy all day "might be sold soon" and that someone would update me as soon as possible. No one ever followed up. I understand that cars can sell quickly. What I do not understand is why a dealership would leave a serious, ready-to-buy customer hanging all day rather than clearly communicate whether the vehicle was available or whether there was another buyer ahead of me. I have never had to work this hard to give a dealership money. If you value clear communication, your time, and basic professionalism, I would be very cautious about doing business with this dealership read more

Couldn't get my key battery replaced on my own so came in and got it done in 10 seconds.

Purchased a pre-owned 2023 A3 here on Saturday (9/27). Experience was good until we drove off with the car. Literally 5 mins after driving off with my purchased car, an electrical malfunction light popped up so obviously we drove back to the dealership and was told my Garrett Poole that it just needed a software update and everything was fine.. and that I should come back Monday, 9/29 to bring it for the tech people as the service center was closed already. Sure fine, got a 7:30am appointment for Monday and was told the car was fine.. On my way to the service center on Monday, my car started to stop at the freeway. I was no longer able to accelerate.. good thing it was starting to get traffic and people were slowing down and I was able to switch lanes to get to the side. It was sooooo traumatic, I could have possibly lost my life if it wasn't rush hour and everybody was going fast.. I was told by a manager in this location that the car was okay to drive. I got lucky in some sense I guess that I ended up okay and not getting hit.. My car was towed and had Audi roadside assistance help me (decent experience there). When I got to the dealership, they had me wait longer than I thought, I was given the run around and I was getting skipped over. Like okay, as if it's not a big deal that the car that I just bought legit stopped accelerating in the freeway.. thanks guys. Anyway, I had to even ask for a loaner cause I had to get to work and wasn't offered one upfront. Maybe service would be different if I looked more important? I'm just a girl I guess?? Bad customer service tbh. A day later, the diagnosis update is that the battery/generator in the car was ACTUALLY faulty after test driving a few times and they don't have one in stock so they have to order it in Germany or whatever.. I am just wondering how the freak this car passed to be sold to customers. I got incredibly so unlucky and have had such a BAD EXPERIENCE. This just makes me really sad and I'm hoping for a better outcome once the car gets fixed. I may or may not update this review but such a disappointing experience. I also hoped I was treated a bit better and people here were more honest with customers. Anyone reading this, don't listen to these sales people about the car being okay to drive even with the lights going off.. you can lose your life over these things.
