    This is now my third Audi, and I can't say enough good things about the team there. Over the past three years, Mike, Leo, and recently on this car LaQuan have consistently provided exceptional service and made every experience feel easy, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable. What stands out most is how intentional they are with their customer care. They always check in, make sure everything is running smoothly with my vehicle, and are quick to help whenever I have a question or need assistance. Buying or leasing a new car can sometimes feel stressful, but I've always felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The negotiations have always felt fair, transparent, and respectful, and the team goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of.     Came in for annual service check. From moment of dropping off the car to pickup everything was well organized. They offered ride and pickup for me as my car insurance had wrong information.     Walked into Audi Fletcher Jones expecting a pretty typical "used car" experience... and walked out honestly impressed. I wasn't there shopping for a brand new $90k Audi--I came in for a used Jeep. But the way I was treated, you'd think I was buying one of their top-tier vehicles. That level of consistency and respect across the board says a lot. My first interaction was with Marc Ingram, who helped me test drive the Jeep and go through numbers with my trade-in. My situation wasn't ideal--negative equity and a few moving parts--and the deal didn't come together that first visit. Still, Marc was straightforward, professional, and never once made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. Eric Rosenthal, the sales manager, was involved behind the scenes and stayed in touch via email. Even though we didn't interact much in person, his communication was quick, clear, and honest. After I left that Friday, I was able to get my situation handled on my end. I came back a few days later ready to move forward and worked with Camila Torres, who was awesome. Super supportive, friendly, and just made the whole process easy. She kept things moving and made sure everything felt smooth. She even gave me my first Jeep duck, which was a cool and unexpected touch. In finance, Mohamad Saab really stood out. He took the time to understand my situation and worked with me while my outside financing was still in progress. At no point did I feel rushed, judged, or like I was a problem deal--just treated with respect the entire way through. That's really what stuck with me. There are a lot of dealerships out there that make you feel like you don't matter unless you're spending big money. That wasn't the case here at all. I left with my new-to-me Jeep and a completely different perspective. Grateful for the way I was treated and the effort the team put in to make it happen. I'd absolutely recommend them.

    I really wanted and intended to write a five star review of OC Autosource because initially I liked…read morethe owner, Tony Thompson and trusted him. I ignored other reviews and purchased my dream car from OC Autosource...a Bentley Continental GT Speed "Limited Le Mans Edition" (#7 of 48) coupe. Though the car had been in his hands for weeks, he apparently never bothered to have a mechanic look at it. I paid for a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) after buying it (my bad, don't make this mistake) and learned the truth about the car. The front grills had sustained damage, breaking off the tabs that hold them in place and subsequently been GLUED back on. The front left wheel had a crack in it which caused the tire to steadily lose air pressure, ultimately triggering an alert on the car's dash. This alert effectively froze the computer, making it impossible to use the navigation, listen to music or do anything else. I returned to the tire shop 3 times for refills, seven days later the alarm was triggered again, On my third visit they discovered the crack in the wheel. The exhaust system was loosely hanging on...missing brackets that secure it and prevent it from hanging low. The car has a 20 speaker, $7500.00 sound system but the blown speaker in the dash made it painful to use...like nails on a chalkboard. When I provided Tony proof of these flaws, he assured me he would make good on the repairs and "..do the right thing" and I believed him. I had everything fixed at a cost of $2637.79 (parts & labor) and now enjoy driving the car. Weeks passed and Tony never contacted me until I posted a review and filed a BBB complaint. 24hrs after posting my initial review & filing a BBB complaint, I got reimbursed the total amt for the aforementioned repairs. But because Tony asked me to "...remove all the negative you put out there" I feel this was mere damage control rather than his desire to do the right thing because I received more messages from him within 24hrs of posting my review than I received in the preceding 4 months.. I promised him an honest review on my first visit to OC Autosouce & that's what this is. I always keep my word. If you intend to purchase a car from OC Autosource, I suggest you demand a PPI be conducted before you buy. Have the cost of any repairs necessary be deducted from the purchase price and handle the repairs yourself. JMO...I could be wrong.

    I wrote this earlier today but must have erased it by mistake. Tony sold my Son a challenger that I…read morePaid $48,000.in a cashiers check for. I had Tony come get the car and he promised me my refund after I sent the pink slip. I did send the pink slip but wasn't refunded. I had a handyman in my home posing as a contractor. He seen a jeep on OC's website and had to have that car. I told him if he could get a vehicle from them then to pay me back the $48,000 that would be fine. Tony let him know the car couldn't go for that cheap. Roger Michael then threatened Tony's life. That didn't go over well. After the poser stole a small fortune from me committed fraud and elder abuse. He stole my Jeep Rubicon and took off for Arroyo Grande. However my Jeep is now in police custody. I'm pursuing charges with the DA against Roger. Tony Thompson has called me and apologized. He is going to make things right between him and I. I'm going to put my trust behind Tony. I believe he will make things right so I'm giving him a good review. I don't want his business to suffer no one deserves that. I want him to do well and help me out. Give him a chance he's had some tough times too.

Those are fixed costs...Last, when asked about the manufacturer warranty, it was overstated. We did like our sales rep, inventory, but the pricing strategy was really not ideal.
