    All of the Mini Cooper models are fun and fast! I had driven Mini's for a decade, and I absolutely loved them! Both the 2-door, the 4-door, and the SUV! They are made by BMW and use their engines, so they've got some serious power! I have a couple of friends who drive them, and one mentioned that they're in the market for a new one, so I had to recommend Christian Banks to assist. He's been a salesman here for decades, and a great advisor! Plus with such amazing year end deals to lease for $269 a month + tax, it's the perfect time to sign!

    Brian Hernandez was so impressive! He is extremely knowledgeable about anything Mini. Everything went so smoothly with my purchase of a 2026 Country Man JCW! Communication was excellent, quick to respond by text or a phone call. I was really impressed with his knowledge of the new Country Man technology and performance. He was so accommodating to my schedule. Couldn't have been a better and smooth experience! Highly recommend Brian!

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment at 12:20PM for an oil change (scheduled maintenance) and wheel repair (curb rash on the rear right passenger wheel and peeling color coating on the front passenger wheel). Unfortunately, I had the misfortune of being assigned to Kyle Anderson at the Service Center. I have a wheels and tires protection plan that clearly covers these cosmetic issues. The service advisor even acknowledged this, but still refused to process the repair. Instead, he insisted the Mini dealer where I bought the car should replace both wheels under manufacturer warranty. I explained multiple times that my wheels were not unrepairable, this was purely cosmetic, and I did not want replacement -- I just wanted them repaired under my coverage while the car was already in for an oil change. That would save me time, hassle, and a two-hour round trip to the original MINI dealer. Despite this, he kept repeating that Mini dealer where I purchased my car from would replace these wheels under the warranty, he does not want to perform repair on wheels that will be replaced later on and waisted their time/ insurance. I made it very clear I didn't need replacement and just a repair is fine to me (which is covered), he grew visibly frustrated, sighed, and even said "Oh my god", stayed silence multiple times on the call. That level of unprofessionalism is questionable. If you dislike your job this much and don't know how to manage your frustration/ anger in this service field, please don't take it out on paying customers, I didn't even raised my voice or used demanding tone. I didn't ask for anything free, I didn't make an unrealistic demand, I only asked to use the coverage I've already paid for, at any Mini Service Center that should honor it. Instead, I was dismissed, disrespected, and left with no resolution.

    I just found a new car through Crevier Mini. David Garcia was wonderful and offered so much patience and knowledge as I chose my new vehicle. This isn't my first great experience with Crevier Mini. The service team and sales team have both delivered a great experience and customer service. Thank you!

    The picture shows a cloth strap from a grocery bag wedged into the latch mechanism of my 2024 MINI with 5300 miles. Crevier wants to charge $225 for a "full diagnostic work up" to even look at my car. It does not seem like rocket science to determine the problem for why the trunk will not open. As there has never been even an inkling of an issue with the trunk opening or closing. Do I want to have any further business with Crevier MINI? Not after this... I will make the trek to downtown LA motors where the car was purchased one year ago!

    It was an amazing experience!!! I have been wanting a Countryman for a while, especially since the new generation has Android Auto capabilities. I decided to go test drive one yesterday and wasn't expecting to get one since I was upside down on my current vehicle due to its value dropping from an accident. Brian Hernandez communicated with me and scheduled a test drive. I loved it, and without any sales pressure, he was able to work out numbers that made sense and worked with my budget. Thanks to him and the amazing Sales Manager, Long, I was able to drive home with this amazing 2025 Slate Blue Countryman. My wife and I both love it!!! Amazing price, amazing service, and amazing people! If you're looking for a Mini, it's a no-brainer to go to Crevier Mini.

    I contacted this dealership at 1a late Saturday/ early Sunday, and they had an answering service who answered my questions immediately and set up an appointment for to view the car we were interested in purchasing. We were contacted first thing in the morning and the communication was fantastic. We had visited 6 dealerships the day before, and Crevier Mini far exceeded all of our other experiences. From Christian Banks and Brian Hernandez (Motoring Advisors) to Long Leho (Sales Manager), we were treated as valued customers without high pressure sales tactics. They had straight forward and competitive pricing that was better than most of the other dealers with no dealer add ons. We were in and out with our car in about 90 minutes. We didn't line up financing, so I thought this is pretty fast. They detailed and filled the used car up. I cannot express how easy it was to buy from them. I highly recommend them if you want a great buying experience!

They engage in deceptive billing tactics and slap you with a retaliatory service ban the second you stand up for your rights. ​I brought my Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Mazda in for a component failure. Not only did corporate refuse to honor the CPO warranty, but the dealership's staff tried to exploit the situation. Because I chose to have the repairs done at an independent shop rather than pay Tustin Mazda's inflated prices, they completely turned on me. ​When I requested to extend the loaner car over the weekend out of pocket, Assistant Service Manager Josh Vasquez sent me a text attempting to charge me $250 instead of the fair $150 weekend rate (Saturday, Sunday, Monday at $50/day). He tried to retroactively back-bill me for Thursday and Friday--days Mazda Corporate had already agreed to cover! ​When I immediately forced a three-way call between Josh and Mazda Corporate, his story fell apart, and his twisted logic was exposed. He scrambled and admitted that he hadn't "received" payment for Thursday and Friday simply because he chose not to bill corporate yet. He actually argued that he stopped billing them to "do corporate a favor"--but then tried to force me to pay out-of-pocket for those days instead! Let that sink in: he wanted me to pay a retroactive $100 penalty because of his own deliberate internal billing delays. Once corporate explicitly confirmed on the line that they were fully willing to cover those days, he was forced to drop the fake charges. ​But the unprofessionalism didn't stop there. Because I caught them trying to squeeze unearned money out of me and refused to let them play games with the math, they threw a literal corporate tantrum. Josh sent me a text stating that Tustin Mazda would "no longer provide service" for my vehicle in the future. When I returned the vehicle, I asked Josh who made the final call to ban a customer simply for refusing to be wrongfully back-billed. He admitted the decision came directly from Service Director Michael Torres. ​Michael Torres and Josh Vasquez would rather ban a customer than take accountability for their own shady, convoluted behavior. They are predatory, retaliatory, and completely lack integrity. If you are a woman or a military family who expects honesty and transparent billing, do not trust these individuals. They will try to bully you if you don't blindly hand over your wallet. ​Shame on you, Josh, and shame on you, Director Torres. You didn't break me; you just exposed exactly how your department operates.

Since nobody was available to help, I spent some time looking at the vehicles on the lot myself. While doing so, I noticed several issues on multiple cars, including paint overspray, scratches that appeared to have been covered up with touch-up paint, and notes written on the windshields listing problems that still needed to be repaired. As a potential customer, I was surprised to see vehicles being shown for sale before those issues were addressed. It gave me the impression that quality control and customer service are not priorities at this dealership. If you are considering buying a vehicle here, I recommend inspecting it very carefully inside and out before signing any paperwork. Take your time, ask questions, and make sure any concerns are addressed in writing. Based on my visit, I would not feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Photos of what I observed will be posted soon. appreciate your response, but as a customer, I don't think it's acceptable for a salesperson to bring a vehicle out for a customer to inspect when it already has noticeable issues. To me, that reflects a lack of attention from the departments responsible for preparing vehicles before they are shown to potential buyers. It does not take much effort to notice problems with some of the vehicles on the lot. I've seen cars with dirty interiors, missing plates, and tires that appeared to be low on air pressure. About two months ago, I saw an all-gray Range Rover with black wheels parked in front next to some trucks. Whoever detailed that vehicle did an excellent job--it looked showroom-ready and was the kind of vehicle I would seriously consider purchasing. This leads me to a question: Do the vehicles on the lot get started and inspected regularly? Based on some of the conditions I've observed, it makes me wonder how closely they are being maintained while they are waiting to be sold. As a customer, I expect vehicles to be presented in clean, properly maintained condition, and I hope these concerns can be addressed. I would advise everyone to read there 1 star reviews. Because those be the situations where people lose money time and vehicles that are not ready to be sold . And also all these add on fees : when purchasing a vehicle from here please demand from these managers that you would like copies and breakdowns for what they are trying to charge you for .

Instead of actually doing that, he sent me screenshots of my credit union's approval tiers... which completely misses the point. I didn't need someone to read me what I already had--I needed him to do his job and shop for competitive rates. When I explained that there's a standard window to shop rates without impacting credit, he pushed back and called it "shotgunning," saying that's only for subprime lending. That's just incorrect. I've worked at a dealership myself and was a top sales performer--I know how this process works, and I have excellent credit. I also clearly communicated my expectations on trade-in value and deal structure. I essentially handed him a ready-to-go deal, and he still couldn't execute. At that point, it felt less like a lack of effort and more like a lack of capability. He's calls himself an Internet Sales Manager, but based on the website he's just a sales associate, it doesn't seem like he has the authority or knowledge to actually structure deals. If that's the case, he should be working with a desk manager instead of stalling the process. Overall, it felt like the only goal was to get me physically into the dealership rather than actually moving the deal forward in a meaningful way. That's a low-level approach and not what I expected. Management should take a closer look here and invest in better training. This could have been a quick and easy deal, but it was mishandled.

From the very beginning, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and even sent me a detailed video of the vehicle in less than 10 minutes. He also worked quickly with the dealership staff to get me a copy of the window sticker, which was incredibly important since I had over an hour drive after work and needed to decide whether it was worth making the trip before the dealership closed. What stood out most was John's communication and willingness to help. I had a very specific checklist of features and requirements I was looking for, and he worked with us every step of the way to make the deal happen. Throughout the entire process, he was supportive, responsive, and never once made us feel pressured. Needless to say, we ended up purchasing the car and couldn't be happier with the experience. Jeff let me know that they wouldn't be able to honor it because they do not carry conventional oil which is the only oil the coupon is eligible for. Soo ofcourse I'm wondering why they would send me a coupon for an oil they don't even carry and haven't carried for a while according to him. I normally only get synthetic oil changes so if thats the only oil they had then I feel they should have honored the price. Since I was already there I agreed to pay the $50 for the oil change with synthetic oil but I really don't appreciate that they are sending out coupons for services they cannot honor. He didn't try to honor or it or make any other kind of adjustment because he claimed that Nissan corporate send these coupons out without communicating with Nissan of Tustin. That really doesn't make sense to me and if it's true sounds a lot like willful false advertising. I've been sent out offers and coupons from Nissan of Costa Mesa that are for different services but they always honor. I also feel like the customer service aspect is lacking. This inconsistency in communication created unclear expectations and caused inconvenience when the service ultimately took 8 hours to complete. Upon checkout, I was presented with a bill totaling $281. This included $195 for the diagnostic and additional charges for an A/C (Freon) service. I was neither informed of nor did I authorize any work on my A/C system. When I raised this concern, I was told that because I did not respond to a text message, they proceeded with the service without my explicit consent. Only after I questioned the charge was it removed, and I was told I had received the Freon "for free." Unfortunately, this was communicated in a condescending manner, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. Unauthorized services, unexpected charges, inconsistent communication, extended service times, and dismissive customer interactions are unacceptable. I expect transparency, explicit consent before any additional work is performed, and respectful treatment as a customer. Last time I'm coming here. I'll drive farther for better service.

The dealer's prices for used vehicles are all very competitive and offered great add on packages. I called and Daylen convinced me to come in the door to make a deal. He had the car cleaned, charged, and showed us even the minor defects on the car. Most importantly, he didn't pressure us to make the purchase. When we were ready to make the purchase, Daylen and his team stayed until late in the night well past closing to get us a better financing rate to close the deal. I've purchased 5 cars in my life and this was by far the best experience.

They have some weird outsourced phone AI system. You literally cannot call the dealership! I made an appointment with a "phone robot" called Zack. Dropped off my vehicle at the dealership in the morning. The dealership or a robot was supposed to contact me to let me know when my vehicle would be ready. They never contacted me. So I tried to call the dealership to check to see when my vehicle would be ready. I kept getting "phone robots". Finally, I spoke with "Amy". She was a human but she wasn't physically at the dealership so she was unable to help me. I asked her if I could speak to "Zack". She told me there is no "Zack". I asked her to connect me with "service". She said she couldn't do that because they don't take incoming calls but she could connect with their "system". I was absolutely furious by this time. I have bought 6 trucks from Autonation Ford! And now I can't even call the dealership? This "robot" system must be new because I have never gone through this nonsense before. And I never will again. They lost a customer!!! A dealership that doesn't take incoming calls????? REALLY????? I hung up and had no way to find out if my vehicle was ready! On top of that, I had no way to get to the dealership! They were supposed to contact me and arrange a "lyft" for me! The situation got worse and worse and this review is too long already so I won't go into the horrendous details. All I can say is AVOID AUTONATION FORD IN TUSTIN LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!! there are many many Ford dealerships around that are excellent and you can actually call into the dealership! WHAT A CONCEPT! HEY AUTONATION FORD IN TUSTIN, SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY!!!! GET AN UNLISTED PHONE NUMBER! Never go to AUTONATION FORD!

    This review is for sales and for service…read more First- Sales- Wolos Safi is a great caring person who is helpful whether you are buying a car or not. I have bought 7 cars from Wolos at DCH Tustin Acura since 2010. Just got a beautiful 2025 TLX from him two days ago. It is fantastic, the price was fantastic! His attitude, knowledge and attention to detail are beyond expectations. I am truly grateful that he has been able to help our family for the last 16 years. Thank you, my friend. Now for service- I just have to give a big shout out to Mr. George- oddly enough he has been in the service department as long as I have been at this dealership, it says a lot about a dealership when they retain employees for this long. George is a great guy, extremely knowledgeable with service and repairs! He is just all-around an awesome dude! It makes the process so much easier when you roll up and whether you're doing great or stressed and frustrated, he is there to take care of it for you. I'm also very grateful for you George- I appreciate you going out of your way for me yesterday. You rock man!! All in all- the best dealership experience.     Today, I came in for service as per usual and informed the service agent at the desk I do not want…read morea wash. He went outside and grabbed the no wash sign and put it on my car. Despite that, I came out to my car washed. For the past two years, I have always washed my car by hand in a very specific manner. It's never been washed by anyone asides from me. Today I see streaks on the black trim from them washing my car despite me explicitly saying I did not want a wash. Also the vinyl I installed got messed up from their wash. Now I need to reinstall it properly using heat and tweezers and I need to polish the black trim to account for the new scratches from their microfiber cloth. I came here for a simple oil change to have one less thing to worry about but instead left with an additional inconvenience. Three stars because I recognize this is an isolated incident, please improve on the communication. If somebody does not want a car wash, DO NOT wash their car.
