My Experience could not have been better from start to finish. I reached out to Audi Grapevine from South Florida As an out of state buyer on a pre-owned 2020 Audi. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Aspen Sqyures, she was very attentive, knowledgable and even though I wasn't in the showroom I could tell I was a priority to her. Within minutes I had detailed pictures, information, a Car fax and pricing on the vehicle I was interested in. I bought the car here but would not recommend the service. I call them to schedule warranty for my new car. I request a loaner and schedule in advance get there and no loaner. They tell me it won't take long for service so I wait. After I wait awhile, I am informed they don't have the parts so I need to come back. While I am there, another customer who has been waiting before me is told they need to offer him a loaner since they need to order parts for his repair. The Service Department is either liars or idiot's. They lost my business. read more

My wife and I went to DFW Audi following a great deal of research, and test driving numerous other cars. We've owned 10 BMWs over the years. I was interested in a car that I saw online and began talking Oscar Restrapo and he told me they would take a $100 if I came in buy. I said great I will get there as fast as I can. So Friday evening my wife and myself went to look at this glorious car. It was nice drove like a dream had really been looked after Wow can not believe it. Test drive last 10 mins because I am hooked. Talk to our salesman Alex and said hey I had been talking to one of your specialist throughout the week and they said I could get $100 credit for the. Which I showed him the email that the specialist had sent me. Alex did not care for it and didn't honor it. So you have a bit of a time reference it was approx 7:15 or so after filling out the paperwork before going back to financing. My wife and myself were sitting straight across from the salesman when I asked if it had 2 keys. He looked in his computer and said yes 2 keys were turned in with the car. Alex went looking for the second one and could not find it and said I will have to ask the used car manager tomorrow as he had left for the day. He then stated it no big deal if they don't we can get one order and that would run $70-$80. Bam. Ok no problem let's just get it done. So all that was the May 29. So I call up Saturday and still have not heard anything. I also called Mo Saleh and emailed and called the next day and he never returned called or emailed. Again the next day Alex stated that he talked to his used car salesmen and he could not remember where he put it because it was taken in right before COVID hit so he can't recall what happened to. SO HOW IN THE HELL IS THAT MY FAULT!!!! Guess what it should not be! I did tell the salesperson to get me a key even though I am paying for it. $70-$80 no biggie. He replied the next saying the key ad been order and would be in 2-3 day and ready to go. I called on day 4 nobody could find the key. He tell we are going to reorder it again and give us another 2-3 days and we will call you when it arrived. Ok great. Days go by weeks go buy and still not 1 single phone call. So on Monday and when I say Monday it been a whole month to tell me my plates are in. Great I am headed there to get them and check on my key. Plates on great. Guy says thank and I say hold on. Did a key come in for me. So he gets into the computer to pull it and he said it was in closed status because it was an overdue order. Yes folks that have GREAT FOLLOWUP SKILLS --NOT. He then said is Audi suppose be taking care of the charges. I told him that they absolutely should for me lying to me and my wife and wasting our time So service guy asked me to take seat he was going to take it to his service manager to let him get authorization. The not more than a minute. My salesman came over with a piece of paper and told me that I never promise you a second key and I stopped him from talking and said my wife was sitting 2 feet away and heard the exact same story. Then I state that all he cared about was get the papers signed and it was no longer his problem. Wash you hands away clean. I can not believe that your sales people and the GM that have been sent many emails and phones calls to wont respond at all. So back to the key. I told the tech go ahead and cut and let's go I have already been here forever. He pulls the car up and brings me to the computer and says ok total Charges are $497. So naturally I grown madder and madder every second I was in the place because the services specialist, the GM of the car lot, the used car manager won't step up and take care of the customer. Myself and my wife drive Audi's but not know if we are going to keep them. As I don't know that I want to bring them in to service and work done on them withou holding a grudge. Hell maybe somebody higher up than the GM Mo Saleh will see this and take care of me the Customer and any other customer for that matter because we are the ones that keep you in a job as well as your employees and the doors open. Something needs to be done or we will never step foot in that delearship again. If I could leave no stars, I would. Be very cautious when leasing a vehicle with Grapevine Audi. I recently leased a vehicle with them and during negotiations and while signing my contract, a 36 month lease and only a 36 month lease was discussed. Imagine my surprise when I got my first note in the mail and discover it's a 42 month lease. Not only that, upon reviewing my paperwork provided by Sean in the finance department, none of my financial paperwork was provided. Yes, shame on me for not paying more attention. However, I had faith that what was coming out of their mouths was honest and was what was written on the contract. Sean seems to think it's ok they did this though, because he gave me a deal on the Audi protection plan. read more

I was very disappointed when I took my car in for a noise that was going on around the engine area. First time they were unable to hear it. Second time I took it, the manager heard it and said he will have a mechanic check it out. Then they tell me the mechanics didn't hear it so I ended up going back to drive the car with them Inside so that I can point it out. They were supposed to pick me up and when I called them to inform them that I've been waiting for a while, the manager said he will call the driver so that they can contact me and let me know where he's at. An hour later nothing. I ended up taking an Uber to the Grapevine Audi extremely upset and told them I just wanted my car. They said they were sorry but that was about it. No compensation whatsoever for having to pay to pick up my car when they state they have complimentary shuttles. I asked if they did an oil change which was another reason I have taken in my car and they act as if they did not know. I mentioned it 3 different times from the first time I have taken in my car including informing the managers it needed to be done. Long story short, they did not handle well at all the fact that I had to pay and take an Uber after waiting over an hour and being told that he was on his way when I'm not too far from the Audi dealership not to mention having to cancel my plans. I was very upset and was told my part needed to be ordered from Germany so I drove without my oil change until the part arrived. I was not a happy camper. read more

As a huge car fan, I often drop by the dealership on Sundays too look over their inventory. I was in the market for a car a few months ago, and decided to stop in. From start to finish, the experience was abysmal. The girl at the front desk looked like we were bothering when informed her we did not have an appointment. Several sales people walked by without greeting us or asking if we were being helped. 5 minutes pass by and we were finally introduced to a sales person. The lack of enthusiasm was palpable. I asked about 3 different cars. He said they didn't have 2 of them, to which I then pointed out to the lot to show him that they did indeed have one of the cars in stock. The sales person then said that one is used. I never said I wanted a new one, just wanted to look at it as an option. I asked to take a test drive in an sq5 and drove it around. We tried asking questions, but the apathy in responses caused me to think twice about the car, dealership (and the brand). After the test drive when we were walking in, I then saw an RS5 that I have been fan-girling over for the past few years and they had a clean example, so I decided to ask to test drive. The sales person said his manager only lets people who are serious drive this kind of car. I was fuming after that comment and said, "ok we're leaving" he begs us to stay and goes inside to ask his manager if we can drive it. The worst part about the experience was that he said he had to lie to his manager to tell him we were serious so that we could drive the car. I drove it and hated it. I couldn't tell if it was the car or the sales person's constant checking of his watch and phone. As we get back to the dealership, we went inside and said our goodbyes, he throws the hail mary and says "is there anything I can do to earn your business"? I scowled and said no. I will admit, my wife and I are younger than the typical Audi buyer. And we were treated much differently than the older couples that walked in after us. I planned to pay cash for my next car, but this experience made me never want to go back. After that experience, I took my business to a different brand. I was ecstatic about driving an Audi and ever since then, I have encouraged people to go to different dealerships if they wanted to be treated equally. read more

While I love my new Audi and thought our sales guy was good, the rest of the dealership is incredibly inept. It is hard to explain all the screw ups from everyone involved not named Bill Whitlock. The finance guy totally struck out. The lease was wrong, and the auto pay sign up was carelessly submitted and caused me a late fee. My equity check from them was so late I thought I was being scammed. Nobody returned phone calls despite promises to "look into it" Nobody there gives a damn. Still don't have my plates after being told they would take 3-4 weeks. It will soon be 2 months. Just got 2 letters from the service department thanking me for my business. I haven't been there for any service. This place is a laughable amateur hour. No one return calls, no one fixes problems, no one tells the truth. Every decision must be made in their home office in Houston or so they say. Audi makes great vehicles but buy yours somewhere else. read more

Took my car here for a warranty issue. Was courtiously greeted, all info taken on the issue, shown around the waiting area, offered breakfast and coffee, had my car completely inspected and even had the service manager go over the inspection to be sure I didn't have any questions. My husband made an appointment for his car service with a loaner car a week advance because this place never have loaner cars available. This happened to us previously and this is exactly why we made an appointment early, so we don't face issues like this but when I showed up today they told me they didn't have a loaner car again. How do you book an appointment and promise your client something and not have it ready? I understand there are certain circumstances and emergencies but I've never experienced this kind of service anywhere but at this dealership. They told me I can get an enterprise rental car and enterprise picked me up from audi dropped me off at enterprise and I had to wait here again to get my rental car etc and there goes my whole hour of waiting and missing my appointment because I plan ahead of time. I personally will never do business with audi but please learn to keep your promises and in cases like this please let your clients know in advance so they can make adjustments to their schedules accordingly too. read more

I was profiled and treated like trash !!!!!walked into Audi today before I went to finalize the paper work for my husbands new Lexus from park place. I just wanted to make sure I explored all options before this purchase so I walked in Audi with the pre approval and the deal I had from Lexus in hand. The Audi was MUCH cheaper and I knew already I had a solid approval and tier 1 credit !!! I informed the front desk of my intent to lease and to show them my current deal .The salesman walked up to me NO hand shake and didn't even ask my name! He began to tell me to take my deal from Lexus and that they do "marshmallow financing" what ever that means. I began myself to look at the cars because it was obvious he had no intent to show me AND he continued to follow me and let me know I was in the wrong spot and way to expensive of a vehicle he also explained he could help me if I Financed with them but no way on a lease it would be to espensive How would he know that he never even asked my budget or to see the deal I was offered!!!After a few minuets I interrupted him and ask him what about me gave him the impression that I needed to take the Lexus deal with out him seeing what is was and also asked if it was normal for him to advise his customers to go elsewhere I was so mad and hurt I left in tears i asked to speak with a manager but it was apparent that I had been profiled and they did not feel like I was the ideal customer for them. Maybe it was how young I am or the tattoos and darker skin !!! I left headed right back to Lexus!!! I told them what happened and they gave me such an amazing deal that my husband and I both purchased 2018 es 350's that's over 90k dollars we purchased from park place this evening I can't wait to drive BOTH my fresh off the show room floors Lexus to AUDI and walk the Sales manger out to see the DRASTIC mistake they made today ... just like on pretty woman ...BIG MISTAKE this actually sounds like a real good reason to contact channel 4 consumer alerts read more

If you want to service your car where you purchase it, don't purchase from Audi Grapevine. I've had more than one poor experience. They have glam and glitter, but it's for naught because the service product doesn't match the glam. If you want or need a loaner car, expect to plan several days in advance. Even scheduling an appointment doesn't ensure that you'll get the service you planned. If you want true service, consider Sewell or Park Place. read more

OMG! Totally nightmare with this company. I sold a car that I purchased from them and they provided the wrong payoff amount to the new dealership, as a result they have been negatively impacting my credit report due to their negligence. They received a check for payoff and then decided the amount they provided was incorrect. So the new dealership sent them another check for the difference in an effort to get the matter resolved as quickly as possible. It is now December and the matter still has not been resolved. read more

Car was running poorly. Was told if i paid for a diagnostic its cost could be used towards repairs. Because I wanted partial repairs, not full repairs, I was then told I could not to do so. They did not even complete the diagnostic ... stating I had to make the repairs before they continued it. Didn't know I had to pay for a diagnostic of each problem ... thought I was paying them to diagnose whatever the issue(s) were with the car. My spouse bought a diagnostic tool ... money well spent. I purchased a 2018 Audi A3 on September 1, 2018 and have not received license plates yet - my temporary tag expired October 31 and I am afraid to drive as I don't want a ticket. I have emailed and telephoned several times and sometimes they lie and tell me the plates were mailed and other times they admit they haven't been received yet and that they don't know why or can do anything about it but advise me not to drive the vehicle. I consider this delay to be a breach of contract and will be returning the vehicle I purchased 10 weeks ago for a refund. read more

I bought my A4 last year and yesterday the low tire pressure indicator came on. This morning before work I went to put air in in and noticed there was a bubble poking out on the tire wall. I called and was able to make an 815 am appt for same day service. Since I was coming in, I scheduled the tire issue, resistall clean up (when purchasing they only had black or cream interiors..I did not like black and they insisted that with resistall, the cream would not get dirty...but of course it has gotten dingy), and the 10000 mile service. I also indicated that I needed a rental car to get to work as she quoted that service would take 4 hours. The lady on the phone did not indicate any issues with getting a rental for the day. I arrived at 815 and I was greeted promptly by service advisor Evan, but my appt was not in their books. I described my problems again and checked in. He asked if I needed a ride home or to work; I asked about the rental car I had mentioned when I made the appt and Evan told me that they did not have any rentals available until next week. I needed to get to work in Dallas, he hesitated when we talked about the shuttle taking me to work (I think because of the distance) so I asked how long the service would take. When he said only 1.5 hours, I said I'll wait. Sometime into the wait, they Evan tells me they can't do the resistall since a resistall technician would need to be scheduled and I would have to make a separate appt. he states that he will try to clean it up a bit. I say ok. 1030 rolls around (after two hours waiting), he says that they don't have the exact same tire and that the one they have in stock is practically the same. That information should have been given to me at 830! I said I want the EXACT same tire, at which point he said he could have it done by 5 pm and that someone could NOW take me to work. Again, why didn't that option come up at 830? I had missed two work meetings while waiting unnecessarily at Audi. The driver got me to work quickly. At 3pm, i hadn't received any updates and I was thinking that I should arrange for a ride soon before rush hour...so I called to check in the status. I get connected to a technician who pulls up my order and wasn't sure if my car was done because the write up was conflicting (said it was complete, but also awaiting tire??). He connects me to Evan and he states the car is done and is being washed. Not sure why I had to call to find out the status of my car. Driver2 was great (props to Joey, props to driver1 also). We pull up and I see my car sitting in the rain with the hazards on. I check out and am glad to be done with Audi for now. I am offended by this dealership's commitment to overpromising and under delivering. Although the lady on the phone and Evan have been polite and friendly, they need to state the truth (and when something is uncertain they need so relay that info) so the customer can make well informed decisions and schedule accordingly. read more

We were working with Audi Grapevine with the intention of purchasing a 2018 Q5. After our first visit last week, we had all the details ironed out to purchase the exact Q5 we wanted (right price, right trade in amount, right monthly payment, etc). The agreement was I would come back & close the deal (the last day of May), after returning from a biz trip. We went straight to Audi Grapevine, upon return, from DFW. It was THE WORST car buying experience & waste of our time & energy. The tone changed & after waiting there an hour, the Manager advised everything we previously discussed wasn't going to happen. He then tried to pressure me into something I wasn't comfortable with, nor was it something I / WE had previously discussed or agreed upon. The whole experience was VERY disappointing and misleading. And we are Audi people (other car is an A6). In the spirit of transparency, we ended up buying a Q5 from Sewell Audi in Houston & had an awesome buying experience there! read more

Had purchased car here (DFW Audi) but drive was a bit much, Grapevine location is a little better but even going out of way is worth it if future experiences are like this. I made an appointment, they had me and my car in the system and had my loaner waiting, Evan was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I received a call when complete. Couldn't get back that day before close, so came back following morning with no issue. Car was clean and appears to have been serviced correctly. Textbook experience of a premium marque; so relieved after a less than stellar experience at Audi Plano. Will be back to Audi Grapevine! read more

I went in to Audi Grapevine to lease a vehicle. I had the worse time being rushed by the Sales rep who constantly reminded me that I need to pick one vehicle and stick to it and not keep changing my mind. When it came down to the negotiation process and lease payments and terms it got even worse. I kept getting different price quotes for the same terms I was negotiating. The Finance team there wanted no part in working with the Customer or directly explaining to them how they came up with these lease terms and payment options. When I looked back there they were tossing a football or some sort of ball back and forth while laughing away. Horrible service and do not recommend this dealer to anyone. read more

Would give them no stars if I could. Their service department sucks. Can never get a return phone call from them. They love to sell you a car, but don't want to deal with you when you need service or have an issue with their repairs. When you call to get a price for a specific service, they won't quote you a price without looking up your specific account. Asked a specific question which could not be answered by the service person who answered. Waited on hold for a while and was told that nobody was available to answer the question (related to price, not anything technical). Told them that I needed a call back within a specific timeframe and of course, no return call back. This place is a revolving door. Never can find the same people that you have worked with in the past. I will go out of my way to use another dealership and will not be back purchasing a car from them for any reason. read more

When I went in for my first oil change, I made an appointment and showed up expecting a loaner free-of-charge. The woman who checked me in needed my license and a credit card which was scanned into her personal phone. When I told her I thought that was odd, she said "that's how we do it here". She then told me that I had to fill up the tank before returning the loaner or I would be charged. I took the loaner and went shopping to waste time. After almost three hours of not hearing anything, I drove back and my car was sitting in the pick up area and ready. She told me she didn't have time to call me and let me know it was ready because she was in a meeting. Between my husband and I we have owned Mercedes, BMW, Acura and even Honda and have never been asked to fill up a tank on a loaner or waited three hours for an oil change when we had an appointment.
