I have never had such a horrible experience doing business in my life. I purchased a preowned car from the dealership, dealing with the preowned department only. Hours after completing the purchase and signing the papers, I was informed that a $3000 fee would be added to the price. This was for an "emissions test" that is made up by the company, and not mandated by any government entity. Proof that such a test was done was never provided to me despite my request, nor were any results ever produced. The people at the business admitted it was internal, and the price was simply arbitrarily chosen by the dealership. It only gets worse. I had chosen an expensive preowned vehicle, and was intentionally sold a vehicle with a dead battery. Keeping me in the dark for hours in the dank, barren "waiting room", I realized after the fact that rather than detailing the car as they claimed, they were trying to get enough charge into the battery to get the vehicle running. They finally brought me the car with the engine going. A few miles after leaving the dealership, I noticed the dashboard warning of an electronic malfunction. I called the dealership, and was reassured by the "director" that I just needed to drive home to fully charge the battery, and all will be well. Stuck in rush hour traffic, I continued home. On arriving home with my expensive new car, I immediately discovered it was dead. It would not start, the door would not lock, I could not get my things out of the trunk. The salesman I called told me that he'll see what he can do "tomorrow." For now, I have a very expensive paperweight in my driveway, and I have absolutely no doubt that the salesman and director knowingly and intentionally sold it to me in that state. I will add that I was not the only exasperated, frustrated customer trapped in their hell that day. Run, don't walk away from the preowned department of this dealership. I can't speak of the behavior of the new car department. I just hope the general manager will accept responsibility for those he oversees, and help correct their horrific, underhanded behavior. I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and the sales team has been very good, and in the past the service department has been fine. More recently, however, the service department has been totally incompetent. If Shaelin is your service advisor, ask for someone else. She has no idea of what is going on with my car. I brought it in 3 weeks ago for an oil change, an inspection and small warranty repair. Fortunately I took a loaner, and I was told it would be ready the next day... or the day after, and someone would call when it was ready. Nobody called for the next 11 days. I called and left messages every single day, but noone called back. I left several calls to speak to the manager, Vincent, but I was repeatedly told that he was too busy to speak to a customer. On the 12th day I was told the car was next in line to be test driven, and then it would be inspected and done. Noone called back. The next afternoon, I was told it had not been test driven yet but that it would be done the following day (last Friday). I was leaving to go out of town. I called back today at 2:30 (Monday...day 19) and was told it still hadn't been inspected. Daily phone calls and routinely being kept on hold for calls for 12-16 minutes has been a complete waste of time. Someday I hope to get my car back and when I do, it will be my last Audi. I cannot deal with this type of incompetence any longer. read more

"Luxury" dealership full of lies and deceit. I purchased a certified preowned Q3 from Lloyd in June 2024 - there were about $2500 in hidden fees that were never communicated to me. One of these hidden fees included an Audi multi-point inspection which promises (as the website states): "pre-owned vehicles undergo a rigorous inspection and reconditioning process before being listed for sale." The lack of transparency left a bad taste in my mouth but I was able to negotiate a very small discount and went forward with the transaction. As I was pulling off the lot, I was only then informed that the car had one key instead of two, as promised. Lloyd promised to look into it for me and get me the second key. After following up with Lloyd several times and not getting any response for 3 months, I reached out to the preowned manager, Ali, who promised he would make this right. However, the key promised to me by Ali was always delayed as there was a "chip shortage." I was told this from August - November. In November I reached out to the parts department at Northern Blvd to learn that keys are readily available and I could have one within days confirming that Ali never ordered the key. One week after pulling off the lot on Middle Neck Road, I noticed a strong smell of gasoline as I drove. I brought the car to the service department on Northern Blvd and was informed that the cars fuel injector was spewing gas and not safe to drive. The entire fuel injector had to be replaced as a result. A few weeks after that, I realized that the seatbelts in the back did not work. Again, I had to take the car to the service department for them to fix this other issue as I was given a car with serious mechanical and safety issues. It is very hard to believe that the "intensive inspection" Audi Great Neck promises and charged me $1,300 for actually happened. My family and I were happy customers of Audi Great Neck for 30+ years but that relationship has been severed by the horrible experiences listed above. Repeated attempts to have anyone from Audi rectify their mistakes resulted in a game of whack a mole as someone (Audi Great Neck management) would seem to be interested in helping and would wind up ghosting us. read more

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our 2023 Audi Q5 for our son!! From the moment we walked in we were immediately greeted warmly by the staff. The salesperson Kit was outstanding and made us feel at home. He really took his time to understand what car we were looking for and informed us on all our options. All our questions were immediately answered by himself or Ali, the director. The whole process from the test drive to finalizing the paperwork with Ali was transparent and smooth. My husband and I couldn't decide between the Q5 and Q3 but Kit patiently informed us about the differences between both models! We will definitely be back for our daughters future car. Absolutely awful experience (8/31/24). I'm writing this review as I drive away from the dealership because you need to know not to come here. Pierre acted like he was too busy to answer our questions and refused to show us a Q5 that was not in the showroom, only willing to show the hybrid that was on the floor. As we thanked him for his time and left, he proceeded to tell us that there are plenty of Audi dealers we can go to and he can give us their numbers. He then yelled out (in front of the whole showroom) that we were nasty. No one came after us, there was no apology. I'm sure we would have been treated very differently if there was a man with us. I made a 9:00am appointment for a check engine light . i was there at 8:12 I was checked in at 8:32 to be exact informed the service advisor I was waiting. At 10:30 I asked an update he had nothing my car was still sitting outside. I asked again at 11:00 and they just assigned it to a technician, at 12:30 they told me it could be the alternator but when they check the alternator it comes up fine .. well what is that supposed to mean to me? I would have to leave my car and they have to call Audi and see what's going on . I asked for a price quote if I was to leave it here and fix that how much? he states let me check with parts as another service advisor tells another customer everyone is at lunch right now .. so I waited a few for the advisor to come back telling me he's still waiting for parts, it does not take that long to look up prices but didn't tell me they were out to lunch I asked him to pull out my car I have been here since 8am ! . I'm sorry but I have worked at a dealership before and this whole experience is absolutely ridiculous. he gave me no updates even when I asked him.My best advise is drive a little further to a better dealer . $300 diag fee for absolutely NOTHING! the place is a damn shit show and everyone looks and acts like they don't even want to be there or help anyone! Went to Audi to try to find my first luxury car spoke to an online rep named Stephanie she was nice but as I went to the dealership to check out the vehicles I was interested in. It became a disaster. I also took my 4 year old son to experience first hand what's it like to buy the car. Met a sales representative named Lloyd and could already tell he had no interest in showing us the car nor selling the car. We walked out to the car slowly and it was buried behind five cars and dirty. We barely got to start it up or sit in it. My son was highly disappointed not even take a test drive . I called to follow up with Lloyd a week later and there still seem no interest. Recently I tried to contact the Dealer asking about the car and another rep on the phone didn't seem so interested even answering the phone. Worked with Lloyd at Biener Audi and had a horrible experience buying the car. There is no concern for your happiness of your purchase, they show no regard for your time as they just want to earn a commission check and go home. Safe to say I won't go back there for my next car as I'll 100% be at any other Audi dealer. Also the finance manager was a nice guy but not the most helpful, you'll get a better finance option on your own. read more

I received confirmation that it is still available and there was "no rush" because the vehicle had just arrived on their lot. I was planning on driving to Long Island today and I received an email in the morning that it's no longer available. Saved myself of a classic bait and switch. If you are looking to buy a pre-owned Audi, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. These people (Lloyd and his unnamed "sales manager") are the spitting image of used car salesman scam artists. They play the nonsense game of hiding their made up fees to boost their profit and try to scam you into paying thousands more than you should for a vehicle. After Lloyd supposedly came up with an "out the door price" after multiple consultations with his "sales manager" but refused to provide any details as to what was included in that price, we got escorted to the sales manager who then came up with a price thousands more and laden with nonsense fees including a $771 title transfer fee which should be $50. After questioning him on it, he made up some nonsense claim that they use a service to handle it, but then when pushed on it, admitted he could "go to his manager" to try and waive it if we would pay the list price for the vehicle. This is the oldest trick in the book and you would think a high end company like Audi wouldn't treat their customers this way. If you dont want to be scammed by old school use car salesman tricks, go somewhere else. read more

The worst experience i have ever had at a dealership. Test drove an SQ5 on a Tuesday, made offer on Wednesday which they accepted. Set up financing and insurance and arranged pick up on that Friday with sales person Lloyd. I was in constant communication with him the day before and the day of, informing him i was selling my wife's current vehicle Friday morning and would go straight to him after. Lloyd calls me Friday as i am driving to him to tell me they cannot sell me the car as they didn't have the title. This is 20 minutes after i sold my wife's car which he was aware of. He told me " you can look around the lot and see if there is another one " . I am now , as of writing this review 10 days into a rental, they keep coming up with stories about where this car is and why they still have no title. Have done nothing to help, like find a comparable car for me, offer a loaner ect. Three days ago the Manager Ali tells me they think the frame " might be" bent. Says he will send pics which never happens, keep in mind car fax shows they have had this car for three weeks and already inspected it.Everything about this place and their people feel slimy and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars, I would but this dealership does not deserve any stars. We tried to return a leased Audi Q5 back to the dealership. They refused to take it at all saying they have no space but the parking lot is full of empty parking spots. We had an email in writing from an employee at this dealership and we tried to show this to the supposed manager in charge and he just tells I don't care, I don't care, I don't care. When I also returned our leased car back to Audi of Queens, they also said that they had other customers complaining about the same issue with Audi of Great Neck. When we returned our leased car back to Audi of Queens, they didn't even ask if we leased the car from their dealership, they will take back any Audi and I was in and out of Audi of Queens in 5 minutes. Do not bother going to Audi of Great Neck for anything as they do not care about anything. Terrible customer service at a supposed luxury dealership at Audi of Great Neck. Bought a used 2016 Audi 3 months ago. Sales person Kit showed us it was serviced, oil change was done and battery inspected 1 month before we bought it. The battery died twice already. I had the car towed and now they want to charge over $600 for a new battery. Tried calling the sales person, he wasn't answering my calls. I called from another # and he answered right away. Told me he would speak with his manager and call me back in 15 min. It's been almost 3 hours. I called and asked to speak with the Manager and got transferred to a line that just rang. They're dishonest and they don't do right by their customers. I asked for a breakdown of the cost. The battery is $220 and everything else is labor. The cost of the battery is standard, no complaints there but the customer service is horrible. I would never buy another car here or take my car to get serviced. read more

I recently purchased a brand new Audi S3 (2023) from Audi Great Neck. I dealt with the salesman Michael Abu and the general manager Leo Menuzzo. Let's start off with how professional and courteous everyone was when I entered the showroom. Of course at any dealership this is to be expected, however here was different. No one was pressuring me into sitting down right away so they could make a sale and no one was trying to rush me in and out. The woman at the front desk allowed me to look around a bit while she got me in touch with a salesperson and she even asked what my preferences were for my ideal car so she could have the salesperson show me cars more in line with my taste. I was lucky enough to be paired with Michael Abu. When I tell you this man went above and beyond to get me any and every deal on my new car, it's not an understatement. He even had me sit down with the general manager himself (Leo Menuzzo). All three of us talked as if we were childhood friends in Leo's office. Coincidentally we are all into cars and we're talking about our favorite cars, ones that we've owned and ones we would love to own in the future. Michael Abu has even reached out to me a few times since I've purchased the car to make sure everything has been going well and that I am still happy. Never has a salesperson ever reached out after the sale has been made but Michael Abu did. The team over at Audi Great Neck is incredible and you would be silly to look for a great luxury car anywhere else. read more
