On the minus side, this is kind of like going to an Apple Store - vaguely snooty help, overpriced services, aesthetics over practicality, and a widely-varying amount of ass-kissing based on what demographic you appear to be in. You will be charged for everything you mention - "can you take a look at the brakes to make sure I don't need new pads" translates to "deluxe brake inspection by certified mechanic @ $200". The final time I went was for an airbag warning light issue. It was such a circus I ended up going elsewhere. They clearly lacked any experience as the problem is very common on my model - a frayed wire between the door and body where all the wires pass from body to door. Money to diagnose without a diagnosis? No thanks. Buyer beware, there's no standout incompetence here, but this is typical dealer service center stuff to the nth degree - prepare to be gouged and to be pitched a bunch of stuff you likely don't need.

They only do one free oil change for an entire lease at 10k miles When you return the car off a lease you have to pay a disposition fee. Google it. Ridiculous!

He was very calm and we had been going back and forth for 2-3 days during which he kept me updated and presented me with the best pricing options availaible. He was a pleasure to work with.
