Be advised. Be wary. Be gone. The Etron sales team added over $2000 in fraudulent add-ons ( dent protection and carpet care- both of which I clearly declined before the sale) that were credited after the sale. Sales team says most everyone who buys there is a busy professional and that drop-off of loaners at my residence is and will be the norm. Not once in almost two years and several service calls were they willing to provide a loaner at my home; I have an hour ride each way. The service team makes the sales team seem like Elon Musk. They schedule you in. Show up - no one knows why you're there. Car is then in there for service and I continue to receive texts to bring the car in! No one knows or cares there. Etron doesn't have enough charge to do a RT without an on site charge there. You have to request it at pick up even though they've had the car for several days. Then, they spend half hour "charging" it - only to add 3- yes, three, miles to the range when delivered to me. Nicola Tesla they are not. Barely make it home, put car on charge and- voila- hatchback opens- into garage door - again. Yes, that repair was on their punch list during the "service" call. Staff couldn't care less- as these complaints are essentially duplicates of the same ones made by me to them since day 1. My other car is same year Tesla M3. Never bring car to them- they come to you. Things get addressed correctly the first time. Look around-- how many Etrons do you see vs. Teslas? I in fact like the Etron. But, with dinosaur sales and service policies and staff such as at Audi Peabody, these stuffed-shirt types are hanging on to yesterday's automobile dealership nonsense and profit-at-all-cost diversions. Leased my first Audi earlier this month here and my sales experience was good - our salesperson listened and eventually made everything I asked for possible. He was eager to please, especially considering my hesitation to move from my Toyota Corolla to an Audi. In the end, after some usual haggling, I got everything I wanted. On the other hand, the paperwork/finance person to whom our salesman directed me to finish the deal was another story. He was pushy, rude, and showed zero interest or tact in getting to know his customer (this was my first time leasing a car). Without an introduction or any explanation about what he was about to do, he dived into describing the insurance/maintenance packages that were literally DOUBLE the cost of my monthly lease amount! The salesperson had given me the impression I was going in there to simply "sign the papers" so I was lost as this person tried to terrify me with future maintenance costs, making sweeping generalizations about regular Audi oil changes and inspections costing $300+. When I explained that I was new to leasing, he didn't try to ease me into it, he just used my ignorance to create fear to get me to buy these outlandishly priced "exterior scratch protection" options. I asked for real breakdowns of routine maintenance costs: he wouldn't give me any specifics, just that they were really expensive. (He knew I was coming from driving a more affordable make.) I insisted I didn't want any of them but he would not back away. It was annoying, the most aggressive and grimy I've ever seen a salesperson be. To my surprise, since I was so resistant, the package he'd originally listed as $200 he eventually dropped to $50! I mean, what are these packages actually worth? Had a great easy sale on my girlfriends q3 but when it was time to get something fixed under warranty they seemed to not want anything to do with it. They gave her a loaner that had a busted tire and made her pay 300$ for it. Nothing was fixed that it was brought in for ( took over a week). They called to say it was ready for pickup at 3 we showed up at 5, they lost her car in the lot so it wasn't ready for pickup, wasn't washed like they said it was, and THEN they lost her keys. So an hour later still waiting for her car( now it's 6:00 at night) not pleased with service department will take my business somewhere else. read more

I bought my car from "Auto house" now "Prime" in Saugus. It was not the cheapest I found. I wanted white. Problems since day one. Brakes, battery, tires, ignition. Then towed to the wrong dealership bc of the name change. I will never buy from a fly-by-night car dealer again. I walked into "Prime" only to be spoken down to as the sales associate that sold me the car ran outback. I have officially learned my lesson. I know my dad and brother were watching out for me. BUYER BEWARE....On 3/23 I put a 1000$ deposit on an Audi e-tron. This was done over the phone and the salesperson ASSURED me that this was refundable. I called within 24 hours and canceled the order. Copy paste from my post-purchase dealership questionnaire- WHY DID I SELECT THE DEALER? Short answer: Salesperson, Hunter. Long answer: I went to BMW Peabody first to test drive the 4 series convertible - the sales person reeked of cigarettes and forced my girlfriend in the back seat for the test drive. I then went to Audi Peabody and found the experience quite the opposite - Hunter was knowledgeable and very straight forward with facts vs. salesmanship. It was nice having a salesperson that also drives an Audi - and an S. I had gone to Audi Burlington to see the car in most of the configuration I was interested first, but they didn't know about the car... All I could think was - you're only required to know about the car, how can you not know the simplest things like the fact that the seats fold down!? HOW WERE YOU WELCOMED? Short answer: Positively Long answer: The usual, salesperson sees you looking at a car and makes a comment relating to the car/situation. All positive. HOW WERE YOU TREATED? Short answer: Positively Long answer: Hunter made sure to not waste our time, I appreciate that. He also didn't pull the traditional salesperson bull - if he did we would have purchased my car somewhere else. HOW WAS THE NEGOTIATION PROCESS? Short answer: Comfortable Long answer: Initial offer on a car on the lot was very good, at the 'exceptional deal' value of TrueCar. I didn't wan't that car, so I ordered and negotiated via email to a still very fair better than average price. However, I did see some amazing sales at different Audi dealerships while waiting for my car - primarily for those that have been on the lot. HOW WERE YOU FAMILIARIZED WITH THE PRODUCT? Short answer: Salesperson & independent research/youtube Long answer: Salesperson, Hunter, went through all the settings and options in the car. He was honest on what's cool and what's weird with the latest tech and design - I appreciated his candor (another selling point vs. all sales pitch, car is perfect bull from other dealers). ANYTHING ELSE YOU'D LIKE TO SHARE? Custom ordered a car. Had 21 miles when went to do the first test drive and confirm the final paperwork. Business manager put 10 miles on the paperwork. Was at 28 miles at pickup a few days later, with the bass and treble all set to max. A little odd to me since all my other new purchases came with under 10 miles without custom/personal orders. May be an Audi or German thing... others were Japanese - Mazda, Lexus, Nissan, Toyota. The buying process was easy, and the salesperson, Hunter, was very respectful of my time. It would appear Group 1 is doing the old "bait and switch" sales practice in Massachusetts. I saw a Audi R8 at their Danvers Ira Lexus store for $74988.00 and inquired about it by e-mail. I was told they had sent it to their Audi store just down the street. I was very interested so I went down the next day. I was told by two sales folks it was a manual transmission, even though the post said auto, I wanted an auto so I left. I look over the post that night and by the pictures its an auto. I send an e-mail to the sales manager asking him to clarify. The used car Manager called me the next day to apologize, it was in fact and auto. I go back down and drive and like it. We start to talk price and they tell me its $85990.00 now! $11000.00 MORE! They were so nice to offer it to me for just $5000.00 over the original posted price. I told them I felt like it was a bait and switch. and left. I have filed a report with the Mass attorney generals office as well as the FTC. Once these clear I will likely take legal action. Watch these folks.....it is just not right to try so blatantly screw someone over like that. I got a call from the Marketing supervisor of the Northeast, John Zillow, tonight. He was perfectly fine with the $11000.00 mark up! He had a nice long tall tail as to why. I guess when you rip folks off you should have you story straight. Incredible any normal person...well other then a sleazy car dealer...would think that is fine. What a bunch of cheats from the top to the very bottom. I have pictures of both prices but cant seem to post them. They even used the Lexus pictures in their post! Mr.Stockel Both places are Group 1 owned. Why would you pay market value and then sell at market value? Makes no sense. I am just a guy that wanted to buy a car. I got caught in Group 1's game of bait and switch. This is by far the WORST service center I have been to. Long story short, I ran over a nail with a very new set of tires. I purchased this set from another dealership recently, but due to the distance I would have to drive to get serviced there, under warranty, I decided to go to Audi of Peabody (the original dealership advised that this simple repair service can be done at any dealership). In communicating with Audi of Peabody, I was once again assured this would be a simple replacement and would just need to bring my wheel & tire, receipt of purchase, and VIN to have it done under warranty. On 11/7/2020 I brought my car to the dealership and was told they didn't have that tire on site, though I'm not sure why this wasn't checked before they told me to bring it in. I was inconvenienced but let it go and was told I would get call by EOD the following Tuesday when the new tire came in, which I didn't and I had to reach out myself on Friday. Upon checking the status of the tire, I was told it had come in and I also confirmed with the associate that I would only need to bring in the damaged wheel & tire, receipt, and VIN for servicing. However on 11/14/2020 around lunch time when I came in with the damaged wheel & tire, I was met with a completely different story. I was told Audi had 'an entire process' where they needed to have the wheel & tire on my car to take videos, pictures, and other forms of 'evidence' to fulfill the replacement under warranty coverage. Being as this was the second weekend of me taking it in and not having it replaced, I was frustrated to be told that I would need to put the wheel & tire back on my car for this service after confirming multiple times of the process with their associates. So, I asked 2 different associates to speak with a manager, both of which refused to even give me a card with a managers contact info. The best part about being refused to speak with a manager was then being told by a male associate that I was going to have to be nicer in order for me to get serviced, as if I wasn't the inconvenienced party in this transaction but, was actually inconveniencing this associate for doing my business there. Unfortunately due to the matter in which I was spoken to, I walked out before I was able to get their names and elected to do business elsewhere. I then called another Audi dealership explaining the situation, and I was not only serviced within an hour, with just my wheel & tire, but was treated with respect and dignity. They also confirmed that the supposed "warranty process" of videos and pictures of the wheel on my car was false. Needless to say when my S/O and I go to purchase her new Audi and need servicing, we will drive the extra distance to avoid Ira Audi of Peabody AND I will be reaching out to Audi USA of this poor representation of the Audi Brand. read more

Stefan and Ryan have been extremely helpful, communicative and always solved any issues that came up on my car. Loaners have been available every time I visited plus they are brand new 2020 Audis. This was my first experience with Audi Peabody but Having dealt with numerous dealerships I felt like I had a good baseline for expectations. During the covid shut downs many dealerships were less than helpful and hard to schedule with however this was not the case here. Stefan was prompt, professional and responsive. They took excellent care of my car and worked around my needs and schedule. I made a few requests that were outside of the ordinary and required them to do a good deal of research and investigating to help. They did it all with a smile and true professionalism. The tech (Esteban) that worked on my R8plus made it a point to communicate to me directly and keep me informed at all stages of their work. My car was prepared and waiting for pickup right on time and checking out process couldn't be easier, smoother or more appropriate given the current social distancing rules. Russel helped us with what we needed and suggested that we purchase another packed that ended up saving us quite a bit of money. Service was done in a timely manner and we were able to request a loaner that my wife wanted to check out for her next vehicle. Had a great low mileage Mazda CX 5 that the previous owner traded in for an Audi. Theodore (Ted)Piotrowicz was great over email and phone talking and getting close to the deal I wanted for my wife. We live an hour away, so Ted knew if we made the trip we were going to buy the car. Showed up, met with Daniel Otavo who was extremely professional and friendly, what you want in a salesperson. Always polite and not pushy, which it also helped that most the deal was done before we got there. If this was not the case, I would have been happy to go through the whole process with Dani. The Finance was fine, there was some confusion but they stuck with their word and made sure they honored the deal that we showed up for. SAVE THOUSANDS BY AVOIDING THEM COMPLETELY!! These people are the biggest liars around. After they charged me a diagnostic fee of $300. They Lied about what was wrong with my Audi A8. They said the Valve on the cooler control curcuit to the transmission had leaked and migrated all the way to the ECU. They said, I needed a whole new harness because the cooling fluid corroded the wires hence a whole new harness for over $6000. I told them I was not paying that kind of money. I took it to my mechanic (Fastrack in Peabody). Who suggusted i go there in the first place. Because, he said the error code was the same as last year.(Being impatient i took my car to Ira Audi and had them fix it last year) My mechanic (Fastrack in Peabody) thought it was the same problem, It wasn't. It was the valve next to the valve they replaced. My mechanic (Fastrack in Peabody) just called and told me. "The $300 diagnosis was TOTAL BS" There was no migration, and there was no corrosion on the wires!! Though, I do need a new valve. These people are complete liars!!! Save yourself thousands of dollar by avoiding them completely!! DON'T HAVE SERVICE DONE at Ira in Peabody. They will lie to your face and smile!!! read more

if I could give this place a 0 I would . This place is a scam. They ( Elison) will lie to you and will convinced you to buy Warranty for $3000. be careful with him because he will make it seems like you are paying the warranty monthly but instead it comes off of the deposit that you make towards the car. For example, if you put down $10,000 like I did, youd think at least $8500 would go towards the principle of the car after taxes and registration fees. But noooo that $3000 would come right off of what you think is the deposit for the car so only $4000 something goes to the principle. Also They let me take the car before the loan was finalized. I was mortified when I got a call from Capital One saying the loan wasn't finalized at the dealership. I called in to cancelled my warranty and Ellison PROMISED me that he'd refund $3000 towards the principle of the car . As of 9/16/2019 that promised refund of $3000 hasn't been received by capital one . I really wanted to like this dealership considering I had my sister in law came in to look at the cars and was going to bring my parents who are interested in Audi. Audi shouldn't hire liars like that to represent the brand. It's embarrassing for Audi . The fact they let me take the car and drove around for a week and a half before the loan was finalized is beyond me . Below is the picture of the time that I have spent so far with capital one on 4 different occasions and the warranty that I was promised. We wanted to look into the Q5 so we visited here and spoke wh Richard but then were t/o'd to an old tall white haired guy... Right off the bat he gets into saying how we probably cant afford the Audi lease deal and that MBZ was basically getting rid of their cars at dirt prices. I was very specific in what I was looking for, this guy didnt even want to walk around the lot to show me what he had..who knows..maybe he knew their inventory sucked.... After he dissed our current car and said that the Audi lease was too much, we were done with this clown. One of the top rules in sales, never insult what your client owns...get them into your product and out of what they currently have. I've always had lowly expectations for car salesmen and I dont care if this guys been selling cars for 30 years...shouldn't you have moved on by now??? I had the worst possible experience at this dealership. First, let me preface that I bought two cars from this dealership and had referred two others who bought brand new cars. I dealt with George Maria who is a decent guy but I was forced to work with the sales manager Rob Carozzi. Rob is the typical used car sales manager who has no technical knowledge, no financial understanding, and will say any cliche line to make the sale. Rob is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever seen in the business (which is a business of mainly scumbags). After I had purchased my new car from them I went in to retrieve the Cd's from my trade in and Rob ignored me and walked right by me with a bag of Wendy's. Then screamed at me from his office that he did not have any of my belonging's while stuffing his face with a 5 piece nugget. Let me explain: When I traded in my first car, the IRA team stole my CD's (100 count) and some expensive pens, my Dolce and Gabana glasses from my car yet returned my easy pass transponder. Now for the best part: I had been very sick for a 1.5 yrs and was put in a difficult financial position so I wanted to trade in my car for something a bit cheaper. I talked to both George and Rob and they basically said they did not care. What a shame - I previously basically sold 5 cars over 30k for them and they could not even help me get into a better position. I walked out and went right over to BMW of Peabody and they were glad to do business with me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this establishment!! I went in August 2012 to buy a Q5. I played in an Audi Golf event for charity at Granite Links and had already test drove it. I went to IRA so my wife could agree that this was a great car for me. We test drove it and it went great. Told the salesman we were ready to talk, but someone else showed up and he told he was too busy. I gave him my car, told him I worked down the street and i would happily come back. A week later, and nada...no call. So I went back, told the sales manager and was given someone else to work with (Juan). Juan was nice, but inexperienced. The finance guy had to take over. He was nice and we got the deal done, even compensating for my original problem salesperson. 5 days later, my audi wouldn't start and I was down the street at a grocery store. It was 95 degrees in august and I had just bought $200 in food. When car didn't start, I called Juan. He said he had to call me back after I asked him to pick me up so my food wouldn't spoil and I didn't have to wait in the 95 heat in a parking lot. He called back 15 minutes later and said he couldn't help and to call 800 Audi Care. Audi didn't have me in the system, well because the car was 5 days old. They said they would tow the car, but I had to wait there for 1-2 hours before someone would show up. My wife came and got the food and the tow truck came in an hour. Got to IRA Audi service and they gave me a smelly Camry to use. Car dropped off on Thursday. Friday at 4pm no call, so I call back. They didn't know the issue. I said I deserved an audi loaner, because that's what they sold me at the dealership. Service for Audi's you get picked up in an audi, you use an audi and it's all Audi. They said to be there at 8am on Saturday morning or they would give the last audi loaner to someone else if I didn't. Monday afternoon, no call again to when I get my car back. I go down this time and call the GM of IRA after talking to the dope at service...who was useless. GM finally gets it done, but i get my car back Wednesday. Turned out the started disconnected. They took the whole car apart to figure that out. They needed their best guy to get this done. So I was blown off at sales, misled with service and had the worst service people in the industry working at Audi service. I work and live right in the area of Audi. I have talked numerous people out of using IRA, now I hope this YELP review helps more people be aware of the perils of dealing with IRA Audi in Peabody. I refer them all to the Stratham NH Audi as that is where I met the sales person who gave me the test drive originally. I only went with IRA because it was so close to me. Turns out it didn't matter because 1 mile down the road, they wouldn't pick me up. Audi in Stratham, NH has picked up my cousin at his house in Massachusetts for service. There is your difference. First I bought the car and only 6 months ago. After about the third week of owning the car the breaks started to become extremely noisy. I called and made an appointment. I brought the car and thought the service here was absolutely awful. The breaks on my A6 needed to be changed because of the terrible noise they were making. When I told the service rep, he told me "well we can change them but they would still make noise because of the material used in the breaks." I don't understand the point of paying close to $3000 for a break change if they are still going to make noise. You're better off going to Audi Norwood. Way better service. read more

Walked away happy, came back to finish up finance with Russ -- got the opposite experience acting like I was wasting his time and treating me like I know nothing about finance or interest rates (I've been in Investment Management +10 years) -- after some back and forth Russ basically finishes the paperwork and storms out of the office without a word. If I could give them six stars I would! After dealing with several Audi dealers (Audi of Nashua, Audi of Norwell and Audi of Burlington), I had finally found a dealer who was willing to meet on my terms and conditions concerning the car I wanted. While both Audi of Nashua and Norwell were very professional in their approach, they could not match the deal I have received from Ira. Audi of Burlington was just a complete cluster-f. Beware of Nick Dota, he has been fired from many dealerships and is unprofessional. Here is the rundown of my process: I had spoken with several dealerships in the area in order to find the best deal for myself. As an 2012 A4 Lessee, I had amassed quite a bit of miles and had some front end damage to my vehicle. Knowing that I was going to take a bath in the end, and was in an undesirable position, I had to get out of the car. I took the car to Nashua, who was competitive in the process; however we could not close a deal. I do want to stress though that the sales staff and management there were top notch. I had contacted Norwell, who were very professional in their response. However, they could not meet my numbers. Audi of Burlington was unprofessional and rude. And then there was Ira. I had contacted the sales department on a Q5 they had in stock. I had set my price and my expectations on the trade. Ira was able to meet my price and the trade in. Michael Ackroyd and Juan Tejada were excellent in dealing with them. Nigel Slack (the finance manager) was able to make the numbers work and find me a competitive rate, and the rest was history. All in all, I am very pleased with how they handled the business transaction and the level of professionalism. The added cherry on top was Gail who handles car registrations was able to seamlessly transfer my low-number license plates from VW Finance back to me (this car I am financing not leasing), not to mention I was also given an A6 for a loaner (An AMAZING car!) I had my car serviced at Audi Peabody last weekend and would like to thank the service manager, Jon-Eric Fleming, for his great customer service and prompt response on an inquiry about an issue I had. He responded very promptly, appropriately, put the customer first, and rectified the situation immediately, which, in turn, will render my return to Audi Peabody for future services on my Audi. This is Audi dealer. They give loaner for repair service 2 hr or more. WiFi and gourmet coffee. Complimentary car wash. Service waws not that good. I was there a Saturday in Apr-2011. 2 things needed: Pothole Specials and Oil Change. Because of Saturday they close at 4pm, my job was rushed. 3 things they didn't do : NOT rotate my tires after alignment (i know aftwards by checking the wheels' curb marks), NOT reset my Service Minder, NOT wash my car. read more

I walked into the sales office to kick the tires on the cars. And only that. I warned the sales staff that I was only shopping for information and a glimpse of the car that day way back in Jan. They were helpful in allowing me to sit in the car and look around. I then came back three months later to request a test drive. They asked me which one I would like to drive. They were evening willing for me to drive around for a short time without sales person riding shotgun. Such a great way to tell if you are going to like the car. Ride around in it for a time with no one else there talking your head off. Changing radio stations on you. Futzing the air conditioning and etc..... After my ride, I walked up to them, Asked when they would be getting the next wave of models with the Quattro and said I would be back then. Six months later, I show up, Take the car out for a blazing fast ride with the salesman riding shotgun. He goes over everything with me as best he could. We do the usual talk shop and such. He was such a great salesman. The hardest time was deciding on making the purchase that day or ordering out the car with the color I wanted. They understood my delimia. The general manager came out and helped to make the decision to purchase that day a whole lot easier, by lowering the price of the car and tossing in a set of rubber floor mats. Now that is a way to move cars off the lot. so stop by and drive the best in all wheel drive cars. and ask for Henry. Please mention my name. When I was looking to Lease my Second Audi, I had a rather large choice as to which dealer to use, since I also live in Long Island, NY. I think they need to hire some women in this joint. Maybe a woman would actually listen to a fellow woman. Brought my A3 in on a Wednesday after one of the tires kept losing pressure. After 10mins, the tech comes out and says I am all set. I said how? He looked at all tires and couldn't find any leaks or anything wrong. So he turned off the tire alert. I said there must be a nail or a leak somewhere because I have filled the tire back up twice now and the alert kept coming back on. I even checked the psi on it and it was always lower than it should be. But he didn't listen and sent me on my way. Then Friday rolls around and my husband & I are driving to the Albany area...tire pressure alert OBVIOUSLY comes back on. We drive straight to Audi Albany and Marcie was SO helpful and so professional. Her tech found a nail right away! They plugged it and we were out of there after only an hour. Moral of the story - Marcie listened. read more

Don't get me wrong I love my car but the service and the financial department at Audi are a joke. I have been disputing an excise tax bill for almost a year!!! They just called me again told me I didn't really owe the 525 they have been claiming for a year. Then state I actually owe 219. I asked for a new bill , they say well you need to send us the 525 and we will send you back the difference!! Haha what kind of craziness is this.. it's just constant lies and stories . I have spent so many hours with calls etc it's just a waste of my time .. Don't lease or buy a car from Audi they will nickel and dime you over money you don't owe just hoping you will give in .. they have to make up for the big loss they were hit with somehow I guess.. think twice before this purchase maybe BMW instead heard their service is stellar read more
